3 years ago we had Legacy replace most of our windows and front door. Our house is 20 years old with typical white aluminum grid builder's windows. I did a lot of research on window types and companies. Matt was very knowledgeable answering all questions. Took a picture of our house to show what a new front door would look like. Our 23 windows and front door were measured twice to ensure they fit perfectly. The Legacy installation crews were polite, efficient, and meticulous. Numerous compliments from neighbors. Windows keep the heat down and let light in making the house much brighter inside. Matt kept in touch through the whole project and was very easy to deal with. I bought windows from this company back in 2011. The purchase and installation went off without a hitch. According to the contract, the windows come with a life time warranty for as long as we own the house. Fast forward to 2026, one of the windows counter balances broke. I contact Legacy back in May to get the window repaired. If I understood correctly, the company was sold to the current owners. The name is the same and as far as I am concerned, if you buy the company, you honor the contracts. They balked but reluctantly agreed. Only thing is, they do not follow through. I started this in May. I have had several text conversations, everyone of which I had to initiate. I was made promises, none of which were ever kept. I finally decided to contact NT Windows (to day is Aug 12 2026) directly and have them fix it. I am out $152.00 but the window is fixed and I no longer have to deal Greg making promises that will never be kept. Moral of the story, if you have issues with this company after the fact, don't expect anything to get resolved, at least not very quickly. That is no way to run a company. read more

Legacy Exteriors replaced our windows. They came in and did the measurements; described the windows and how they were made; gave us options and a quote. They took about an hour, unlike others who took 2-3 hours. We got 3 bids. Although Legacy was a little higher than another company, we chose Legacy because they said they'd move anything that needed to be moved to install the windows. Garry Sorrell kept me informed about the progress of my windows and always returned my texts. On the day of installation, The crew did an excellent job of moving furniture, removing blinds, and taking down curtains. Legacy also replaced old rotting wood around the windows where needed. When they finished, they put everything back as it was and cleaned up all the mess from the installation inside and out. They hauled away our old windows. I used Legacy Exteriors 5 yrs ago. They replaced siding, doors and windows. They did a great job but that is not why I am writing this review. During all this spring rain, I had a small flood near one of the doors. I called Legacy and Matt and Chris came out to look at the problem. They spent over an hour and figured out that because my gutters were old and the patio sloped, water had eroded the door base. Matt got a ladder and cleaned out my gutters (at no charge) and told me when new gutters were installed a patio graded near door, they would come back and replace the door at cost. We had Legacy install vinyl siding to all the trim on our house a few years back. Matt showed us several options and was great to work with.
