I'm extremely disappointed with the service from this termite company. We were loyal customers for over 10 years with the original owner (the grandfather), and the service was always excellent--no issues and no recurrence of termites during that time.
However, since the business was handed over to the grandson last year, problems have started to arise. After the initial termite treatment under the new management, the issue actually became worse within just a few months. Termite recurrence after treatment like this is unheard of based on our past experience with this company.
We chose to continue with them because they advertised a one-year warranty, which we are still under--yet our experience has been unacceptable.
We initially had an appointment scheduled for additional treatment, but the technician never showed up. When we followed up, he said his car had broken down and asked to reschedule for a couple of days later. We agreed and gave them another chance. He then assured us that his car would be fixed by Friday and that he would come out--but once again, no one showed up.
After that, we made multiple calls, left voicemails, and even sent emails, and have received absolutely no response. Being ignored like this is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with an active termite issue.
To make matters worse, it has been less than a year since our last service, and we are still seeing termites. This should not be happening, especially with a one-year warranty in place.
The lack of communication, repeated missed appointments, and failure to honor their warranty show a serious decline in service and a disregard for longtime customers. Very poor customer service overall. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. read more
