I just have to say what a bunch of professional movers Edgar, Frank and Corey are. We had the pleasure of meeting them today and having them move our entire office with a smile. I mean, I watched these guys work their tales off and they did a fantastic job without hearing one complaint. These guys are friendly, courteous, polite and the crew you want to hire when you move your home, office, apartment or whatever. These guys rock! We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know that is moving & we will use them again thanks a bunch Manny. read more

I used pro movers to move out of my house recently and they were great. I contacted Pro Movers on Sunday, got a response within the same day, and confirmed my appointment. Joe, Samuel, and Antonio were prompt, efficient and very diligent packing up my belongings. They took great care and made the moving process a lot smoother. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future for my moving needs. read more

Hired this company to move inventory from a warehouse to our office within one mile of each other. They were very slow, added unnecessary packaging to my move, and slugged through a job in 8 hours that should have taken 4. Would not hire again. read more

These gentlemen were fantastic they went above and beyond to accommodate us I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience in moving. Joe was absolutely wonderful. Charles and Tanoise were amazing! They were both gentlemen and they were super hard-working I really appreciate both of them! This was the first time I hired movers and I don't think I'll ever not use movers again. Two guys (Peyton and Erasmo) showed up with a truck that was big enough for my stuff (one trip). They were really nice and put up with my micro managing. They wrapped all of my furniture REALLY well and handled all of my stuff with care. It took them 4.5 hours for a full one bedroom apartment... which was longer than I expected ... but I've also never hired movers, and my new place was 3rd floor, no elevator (it would have taken me a lot longer). They stopped twice for a 5 minute break and asked if it was ok first. I thought that was more than reasonable. It was a really hot day. Other than that they were really efficient and definitely hustled. I would recommend them and use them again. read more

I can't tell you how much I would recommend Pro Movers! Jesse, Spencer, and John really saved the day. A few unforeseen complications came up along the way and the guys stepped right in and stepped up to exceed all expectations. I understand why they are called Pro Movers. Because they put the true professional in "Pro." The team was absolutely amazing every step of the way. They moved me from Irvine to RSM. Nothing broken and not even a scuffed wall?! Never seen such a thing. I never thought a moving company could be this good at customer service, professionalism, and effort. I highly recommend Pro Movers and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

Ben Christian and Josh really saved us in our long distance move. We're moving fro. cA to FL tomorrow and our original plan fell through but Pro Movers saved the day. Not only did they show up in the nick of time but the guys that showed up really were great. All three were perfect gentlemen, polite and really helped us out if a tight spot. If you've got to move in town or cross country you gotta use these guys. Thanks Ben Christian and Josh you guys saved our a$$es! read more

We had Excellent Home Moving Experience with Pro Movers on Feb. 28, 2018. Thanks to Paydon, Dave and Jesse, the 5-Star Team. Our move from one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment was smoothly and Quickly. All This team member were very friendly, and very Professional. Their Long years of moving experience helped our moving smoothly and easy. We had lots of furnitures and house items, but they did our services very quickly. And the price (Service) they charged was reasonable. We are Totally Happy and Satisfied with this Team. Thanks to Paydon, Dave and Jesse. We certainly would recommend our friends and family members to Pro Movers, specially this Professional Team, Paydon, Dave and Jesse. read more

I used Pro Movers because of the high average rating/number, but I am very disappointed with the moving service provided on 3/21/17, Tuesday. Apparently I had similar experience with Poojya P., who left a review on 1/9/17. Not sure what is going on with the other positive reviews, but at least I wanted to state the facts about the experience we had. There were two workers that came to move my one-bed room apartment (for reference, the total SQFT is 745). The main helper was nice on the move day, so I wanted to give him and his other helper the benefit of the doubt. Even though they were extremely slow, I said to myself that this is because they were being extra careful with the move, so I didn't rush them nor did I give them any negative comments. But unfortunately that is not the case as we later discovered that walls and furniture were damaged from the move. I have listed all of the issues. 1. The team was very late; they did call me at 9:17 to let me know that he'll be running late because his helper didn't show up. He said they'll get here at 10:30, but they ended up not getting to my apartment until 11:23. 2. The move was extremely slow. Yes I know that third floor is hard. But I was moving out of the third floor, which is much better than moving in. And it is an one bedroom apartment. There are only so much you can fit into an one bedroom apartment due to the sheer size. The whole move took 8 regular hrs + 1.5 hrs overtime, which is absurdly slow. Not to mention, after the 9.5 hours, they still weren't done. We had to move the remaining stuff ourselves until 2am in the morning. 3. As stated above, we didn't rush them because I thought that they were being extra careful with my furniture. But no, that was not the case. There were -One big dent at the apartment we were moving out from. They said he'll give us discount for that big dent because we had to turn in the keys yesterday so no time for their touch up guy to come, but he didn't at the end. We paid the full amount. -There were two big dents on the wall in the brand new house we were moving in plus a couple of scratches on the stair rail. 4. Last but not least, there were three huge dents/scratches on three of my furniture. These are very nice furniture and one of them is antique (they scratched off a big piece of wood on two of them and damaged the furniture). They were so big that they couldn't have not noticed. And of course they made no mentioning of the severe damage, so I didn't discovered it until after they left. For the full price + overtime + $50 tips we paid, we should not have had to endure such a horrific moving experience (ended up having to move the remaining stuff ourselves past 2am and still have to work the next day), not mention, we've also suffered financial damage especially in the scratched off furniture. I did send message to the manager, about the issues first. He said he'll refund $20 about them being late and send claim forms to claim for damages. I haven't received those. Though I don't fault them for that because it's only been one day since I gave them my email address. I do appreciate their getting back to me, but his crew made some lies about the move. He should have reflect on the poor job instead of taking his worker's side of the story only with the lies, and tried to rationalize their actions. Summary of what he said 1. 1) The crew was late. This was our fault. He said when he called you were really sweet and said you would be home So not to worry. Sounds like it was an issue after all. So we will refund $20 for that. We had to rearrange our schedule last minute because of a internal issue. [Again, they were supposed to show up between 9-10am, Dom said he was going to be there at 10:30am but didn't show up until one hour later. without additional phone calls] 2. [Again John made some comments that are not true. I only took the ones that are the most insulting and pasted them below.] When you add a 3rd floor stairs to a 2 story 3 bedroom with switchback stairs that makes the move go alot longer. The average is 7-10 hours. As specially if the customer isn't prepared. At the begging of the move, your husband told my movers that you guys had a 1 bedroom but you lived there for 6 years and had alot of stuff. At one point you were making comments so your husband sent you to get food and apologized to our movers for you. [1. The 3-floor is the one-bedroom we were moving out from. That move took 7 hours alone. The 2-story 3-bedroom is where we were moving in. That only took 2.5 hours. 2. The only comment I made was when Dom asked me if they are doing OK at the beginning of the move. I said "Yes, you are doing fine." 3. Peter never sent me getting food for them nor did he apologize for me. Peter was the one nicely offered to buy them food. Yet they lied about this as well. It is very insulting that we offered to buy them lunch, got it for them, and yet they lied] read more

Had Bryan P. and Chris P. help us move from Irvine to Garden Grove yesterday. They were quick and efficient as well as careful. We tried our best to respect their time and in return they respected ours. They were even gracious enough to move the truck in the middle of unload so a crotchety neighbor could park in his driveway (he could have driven around the block and entered just fine). This shows they are respectful and understand that good neighbor relations is important on move in. Would definitely recommend read more

Scheduled a 3 hour move this week. Called the next day to cancel which when I told the employee on the phone he told me how I would get charged 85$ for cancellation fee..which is totally understandable if someone would had disclosed that to me . I went to tell him how I never was told this and he continued to get louder and speak over me basically just threatening me with a bill to my house . I'm sure other people that work here are professional but I would call any other company than This one just for the fact of dealing with people like this from the start. read more

Joe and Antonio were so efficient and really knew how best to move a huge one-piece armoire down 2 flights of stairs with no damage to the furniture or our walls. We used these movers. Worst experience ever. These movers were to be at my house with 3 movers between 9 and 10:00am they showed up with two movers at 3:00pm. for a 2 bedroom condo with everything packed they did not finish until 1:30 am we moved like 5 minutes away. They charged us double and the crew we had were so unprofessional. One continued bringing up how much they should be tipped. The other was just a complete bully. When I called and reported this to the office they said they would talk with the crew. The bully called and threatened us after something was said to them. He said to go ahead and inform the company he is threating us they wont do anything. I called the office several times regarding the fees of being double charged and they refused to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I was completely forgotten for an appointment on my move in day. When they did come, the movers were professional and quick. Another issue was that I was told on the phone during my quote that they assemble beds. When the movers brought my bed in, they stated that they don't put things together that they didn't take apart. If I known that, I would have went with someone else. read more

The movers we had were wonderful. (Bekhruz, Saiol and Begdan) These young lads backed up into our difficult drive way and started hauling everything into their truck in a very orderly fashion. They were very courteous and very helpful. They didn't talk too much, worked very hard and only asked what we wanted moved and what was to stay, then went right to work. They were careful with our fragile items and even wrapped some of the glass tabletops we had with blankets in addition to the plastic. They did an absolutely amazing job. The process was very easy. The highlight was when I had them help me stack the washer and dryer. The new place we got had a little nook that would allow the washer and dryer to stack but allowed very little room to hook up. These guys were so patient and nice that they practically held dryer (which was supposed to be stacked on top) for about 10 mins as I was trying to hook up the gas and water lines. ANNDDDD I had the wrong hook ups because of the different sizes at the new house so we actually ended up doing this TWICE! I couldn't thank them enough. I highly recommend these guys. They were great. We even wanted to take them out for dinner afterwards but they had prior obligations. read more

We recently used Joe and Antonio with Pro Movers in Ladera Ranch. They were wonderful!!! Showed up on time 10 am. Quickly got to work and carefully moved all our heavy expensive furniture. Moving Day: They broke both our couch and our master bed frame. Forgot tools to disassemble our furniture. Get to new place, and after breaking both pieces they left it and we have been getting a run around about how they are going to fix this. Day 2: operations team was supposed to send someone back to fix it but has been no show. Sam (manager) was incredibly rude & basically told us we were SOL. Fill out a claim and we may get back to you in 2 months. Terrible customer service and would never recommend this to anyone. If I could give this experience negative stars I would. I'm moving out of my childhood home with my family and needed a moving company. They came in and insisted on moving my parents room first, even though she said to move my brothers room. They ended up saying yes to moving my brothers room but while my mom was talking to the movers they tried to touch her lower waist, which is inexcusable, unprofessional, and just disgusting. I don't care if they were just being nice you don't try to touch peoples waist and make them feel uncomfortable in peoples homes. DO NOT use Pro Movers Inc. read more

HUGE Mistake hiring this company!!!!!! I chose this company due to the price and availability. It was a straight forward job; moving large pieces, no boxes, from point A to point B less than 15 minutes away. We had already wrapped all furniture. There were no boxes and I had never asked for assembly of anything at my new place. The day before the move I got a call letting me know that they were not available to keep the date/time originally agreed upon but that they would be available at a later time. When they arrived the driver would not listen to my pleas to not block my neighbors stating, "I'm just trying to do my job." They went about moving things to the truck slowly and blamed it on the new guy who was a replacement for someone. It was his first day on the job. He was in no way qualified to be there. My husband ended up helping the process along by carrying and moving things to the truck while the driver organized the truck. They did not pay attention to directions to my new place and took an additional 30 minutes to "make a u-turn" then proceeded to eat and drink while on the clock - less than 2 hours into the move. Once at the new place I questioned them why they weren't unloading. I was not wiling to pay for another hour because they were taking a break or simply not working. The driver even said that they were thirsty and going to get something to drink. In the truck. With my stuff in the truck. I offered them something to drink and at this point was growing quite tired of the whole experience. I was told that I would only be charged the minimum and they offered to put my furniture back together. I explained that they were on the clock and I wanted to finish asap and did not require extra help. That's when I received the wonderful speech about how they would only charge me for 3 hours (the minimum) if they were to receive a 'nice' tip. I then knew that this was nothing more than a way to extort money. I knew that my belongings were in their hands and that being nice was the only way to secure my belongings. They did not hurry, they did not show care and as a matter of fact did not make any extra effort. So why tip them? The guy who told me it was his first day seemed ashamed and almost confused. He was polite and tried to help but definitely not the job for him. The main guy, the muscle and driver was nothing more than a thug. Once all of my belongings were inside they proceeded to comment on how great the place is, etc. It made me uncomfortable and I felt like they were scoping it out, looking around in places they shouldn't and asked to use the bathroom twice. When they finally finished I gave them a very good tip. Hoping they wouldn't get any funny ideas later on and come back. How a few pieces of furniture (couch, bed frame and mattress, dining room table and chairs, coffee table and a TV were such a burden I cannot understand. Wrapping and taping done beforehand - they said that most people don't do the same. (Cutting their work hugely!!!) If you're considering this company - DON'T. Know that this IS NOT a professional service. You WILL get random guys with a random truck to do whatever they wish with your belongings. At $169 an hour, prepare to overpay and all around be an extortion victim. read more

This is the worst movers i have ever encountered! First off they're trying to ripped me off with the driving time which is totally different with what i have quoted at their office. When the 3 guys showed up with all these surprises with the charges and all those stuffs are just ridiculously ridiculous!!!! Ver disappointed and will never ever recommend this place. Not a very nice people to deal with. Drivers and the person in the office said two different things and prices. So beware with their quotes over the phone and when the drivers come to your place coz it was really a surprised for me. 6/15/20 So the company made it for me! And this is what i meant of an amazing moving experience. Cameron and Charlie were the nicest people both of them we're so professional, helpful , friendly and extremely efficient! They give attention to every single detail and moved my belongings without any damages at all. Very nice work and very satisfied with their job. I gave them 5 stars for this job read more
