Very efficient, but no masks, hard workers.. I want too concerned because I would not have worn mine, but please ask customer first. Nothing broken, yea!!! read more

This is my second time using this company and both times I've been very satisfied with the efficiency, professionalism and communication from the movers. Joe and Christian were the most recent movers we used and they were absolutely amazing. I would recommend then for their work as well as their pricing! read more

I had a really bad experience with this company. I had contracted them to move my items in October 2022. The terms of the deal changed once they arrived. I was made to pay for five hours, despite the while job taking about 2.5 hrs altogether. The drive was around 45 minutes so even with the newly explained double time for the drive, it did not total five hours. One of the movers refused to start the move until I paid for the full five hours. I asked if the can contact his supervisor, but he said that he was instructed to charge me for five hours and that the supervisor would not take my call. I had to move out that day so I felt cornered. The job had not even started, and he asked me how much gratuity I will give them. This was adding insult to injury. I had given the movers a 15 minute head start to head to the new place. I informed them where everything should go and let them know that the the housemate would be there if there were any questions. The movers arranged the bed randomly in the bedroom. Everything else was left in the garage. Unfortunately, I had missed them by about 5 minutes. My housemate informed me that they only wanted to bring in the bed. Many of the items were not wrapped as they falsely claimed that they would do. I contacted the owner/supervisor and he did refund me one of the overcharged hours. We also made future arrangements to help me move the dressers and nightstand to the bedroom since I could not do it alone. I texted him for follow up arrangements but he stopped responding. I had to hire an additional person after waiting for months for a response. I would definitely not recommend this company. So much dishonesty, shortcuts and lack of professionalism on their part. My experience with them was not even decent. read more

We had a great experience with the crew, they were very helpful, quick, and efficient. All of our stuff was transported with care, they wrapped everything perfectly and there were no damages. General Manager John was also very kind and helpful, giving us so much information and answering every question and concern that we had. Great team, great people, and a great company. read more

Joe and Donavan were our movers today. They both did a wonderful Job. We had heavy dental equipments to transfer from two storage locations into a dental office the guys were very efficient and careful they did not drop or damage any items which is what most important part ! they were also fast, I highly recommend them. read more

Called on a Saturday and they were able to move some things out of the garage and into storage on Sunday! Right on time very polite and business oriented. Great personalities, professional and listened to directions. read more

I have to give these guys props for going above and beyond. Edpecially Bryan a one man moving machine!! Let me tell you my story real quick. I had a previous appointment from dessert movers. See my review on these guys. They showed up stones and two hours late, so I sent them packing. Called Larry at Pro movers and he could not been more professional and helpful. Now here is my predicament that Larry and pro movers were dealing with. 1 superbowl Sunday 2 sunday 3 I called around 11:30 4 I had to get out that day from my apartment. Initially they said they could do it but then called and said that their crews were to busy. Then a voice from heaven called me an offered me a one man crew Bryan!! I jumped at it because look at my predicament. Bryan came and although I was still upset about the previous company assured me he could handle it. I have never seen one man do so much without missing a beat. He moved everything, he told me if I had had music he would have moved faster.. and I believe him.. nothing was an issue couches refrigerators you name it he lugged it out like it was nothing. Cannot say enough good things about these guys!! They will definatly go above and beyond for you. Thank you Larry and the second guy who called me back( sorry forgot your name) and especially Bryan!! read more

Excellent movers, above and beyond what we expected, compared to previous moving companies. If you need the job done right, call these guys!! read more

The worse experience I ever had in moving . The Forman, Denis , was rude , uncaring and careless . They lied and unprofessional. Many of my furniture were damaged as well as my wood floor . They had caused so much stressed forme during the move and they did not move all my items as agreed . They are not pro and they overcharged . I should report them to the better business bureau read more

John from Pro Movers reached out to check on my concerns and laid out what his plans were in order to alleviate the situation. I appreciated that he followed up with a list of things that he was going to do to make sure what happened to me wouldn't happen in the future. While what happened to me was unfortunate, it's nice to see that they are trying to better themselves as a company and take care of consumer issues. read more

Kris and Art helped with my moms move today and it was the best experience with movers I have ever had. They were quick, courteous and professional. My mother has some difficult furniture that I couldn't imagine moving and they handled it with ease. We did a quick walk through of what I needed moved and once we went over what I needed moved they went to work. I had no worries while they were working and loading the truck. I highly recommend Pro Movers for your next move. Also, there was a move they did previous to ours that made them run late but they kept constant communication with us and were apologetic. End story, Kris and Art were awesome and did an amazing job. read more

They were on time, and did the move quickly. Hard workers with a friendly attitude. Would highly recommend Thank you Jesse, and Charlie, you guys rock! read more

I highly recommend this moving company. They were right on time and even called when they were on their way. Three movers showed up and all three of them were extremely polite and respectful. They did an amazing job moving our home and were extremely efficient. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. We planned on using pro movers to relocate from CA to WA, and everything was fine until they arrived at the apartment and tried to jam us for an extra 50% of the quoted value with several item specific fees (even for items I know were quoted for, including a piano). Ended up renting a uhaul and driving myself because my schedule had some flexibility. During many rounds of good cop / bad cop negotiations and many phone calls they said they would "go back to the recordings" to see what exactly the quote was for. When I asked for a copy of the recordings they suddenly said they might not be able to find them. Then the person I was in on the phone with suddenly had a call on the other line, and promptly hung up on me. They lost my business and they shouldn't get yours either. read more

Wanna say thank you to Jose E and his crew who made our move from across the state as smooth as possible! Don't know what i would've done without your guy's help. Really appreciate you guys. Top notch service for the price, Totally recommend! read more

Horrible attitude from you movers. Your website claims professionalism. Wrong! Nothing professional from what I experienced.

Showed up late. Showed up short one mover. Moved incredibly slow. Overcharged us. Took over 11 hours for a very basic move. We have move a lot and this was the worst experience ever. Would not recommend. Try two guys and a truck instead. read more

Terrible moving company -use someone else. A bunch of no-talent clowns. They "lost" multiple boxes of personal and irreplaceable goods, while in storage, and broke an expensive lamp by driving over the darn thing. They seemed like they were drinking too. Never admitted fault to their mistakes and refused to compensate the losses. read more

Simply fantastic. These people are on it. Spoke with John, he explained everything in detail. He called to confirm as he promised, the movers Tanoise and Jesse showed up when they were expected, and moved extremely efficiently. Five star all the way, they really eased the pain of moving. Thank you. read more

Tanoise, Kris, and Art were great. They were efficient and careful with all my furniture, and were very flexible when I added more stuff to take, asked for items to be moved around, etc. When I made my appointment, I told the office I needed only two guys since it would only be about 10 items. I expected the job to take maybe 2 hours, and that I would just pay the minimum (3 hours plus travel). The day of the job, 3 guys showed up and Art let me know that the third guy would be tagging along at no charge to me. Well, due to a last minute change of plan, the job went from 10 items to probably 30, and it took the 3 guys 3 hours of non-stop moving and wrapping to finish everything (not including travel). I'm definitely glad I lucked out with having three guys, or else I would've had to pay a lot more. Even after a large tip, I felt it was still a very fair price for the work they did, and they worked really hard. If I had to pick 2 things to complain about, they'd be: 1. When scheduling, I was told there's a slot at 9am and 1pm. I chose 9am, at which point they said the movers would arrive between 9am and 10am, and that I'd get a call beforehand. Well, I got to the pick up point at 8:45am, and the movers didn't come until 9:57am :( And no call beforehand. 2. While moving a very heavy and large bookcase up my spiral staircase, they accidentally bumped the drywall once and left a pretty large hole. My drywall is due for some patching up anyways so it wasn't a big deal to me, but I can definitely see someone else getting upset. All in all, would I use them again and recommend them to my friends? Absolutely. Thanks Kris, Tanois, and Art for a quick and easy move. read more

Jose and Carlos did a great job. We were under some time restrictions and on a very hot day they made sure to load/travel/unload within the time I needed. They were kind and respectful of family members and the property. Like another review, due to traffic, they did not arrive within the start time window. So it is wise to ask where the truck is originating from because those of us living in L.A. understand the traffic. Also, remember that the travel time is in addition to the moving time. Finally, moving time is calculated to the 15 minute increment, so if they are loading for 1 hour and 20 minutes, you will/should get charged for 1 hour and 30 minutes, not two hours. I am grateful to have saved time and our backs in lifting and moving many heavy items. read more

Joe and Christian were absolutely amazing. They're great communicators which help us out a lot when we were in the midst of packing and having them load as we went. They were also extremely patient with us since we still had some packing to do and my fiancé and I were both stressed. They helped eliminate SO MUCH stress of the move and were super quick to load and unload the truck. They offered to do more than we needed which again made our lives so much easier. I highly recommend Pro Movers especially if it's your first time working with movers. Super pleasant to work with, they maintained good conversation where appropriate, and have very reasonable rates for the value the provide and stress they eliminate. If you can, get Joe and Christian on your team because they're a power duo. Seriously I cannot stress enough how EASY they made this move!!! read more

If I could give more than five stars I would! Joe and Donovan were friendly, helpful, communicative, and quick. They made the move very easy and were great to work with. read more

Kayden and Omar did a great job! They were fast and professional. Nice guys I recommend there services highly. Cheaper than most services.

Edgar, Payden and Jesse did an outstanding job with our move on Jan 11th. This is our second time using ProMovers and we couldn't be happier. Due to issues in Escrow, as there always are, our moving date changed a few times, everytime we emailed or called we received great service. Our final moving date choice was booked so we were scheduled for the day after. A couple days before the move they called and said they would be able to move us our preferred day. ProMover's pricing is more than competitive. We couldn't believe some of the inflated quotes we received from other companies. The guys showed up right on time w/ a phone call prior letting us know they were close. We had everything boxed, labeled and ready to go. They were so efficient, organized and great personalities (which actually made moving not so bad). Everything was reassembled at the new house with care. We made sure to have donuts and a case of water for them in the morning. As well as getting them lunch after seeing how hard they were working. They were so appreciative. Take care of your movers and they will take care of you and more importantly your things! We have passed on their info to our family, friends, realtor and lender. We don't plan on moving again for many years. But we definitely know who to call if we do. read more

I used Pro Movers for the second for the reason that both times they did a super excellent job. I had Jose, Ceasar and Omar as the moving crew. They were very efficient, courteous and finished the moving in the minimum time expected. Not single time broken or scratch on the walls on floors. I will recommend them any time. I will refer this company to my friends and families when they are moving. read more

We had the best experience with Dan & Alex from Pro Movers! They made the moving experience so easy and above all worked so hard to make sure we were happy with the entire experience. They arrived on time, packed up and unloaded all our things quickly and efficiently, and had a great personality that made moving day so much less stressful and more fun! Could not recommend them enough!! read more

I would give them no stars if allow. I hired and schedule a move out from my 2 bedroom apartment, Pro Movers with 3 people crew came to my condo at 9am to start. the move starting just fine. I already had all the boxes packed and labeled. They broke a roman column statue, they said it was already broken which it was a lie. They decided to lower my dinning set from the balcony. they did not remove the plasma tv from my wall. its against their liability policy. We went to my storage to drop off some item before going to the apartment drop off location, Once we arrive to the storage facility, the truck took forever to make a u-turn, i complaint to one of the workers and he got so angry at me, i can tell he want to take a punch at me for saying that. The worker are hired from the streets, the company hire 3 party vendors to do the labor work. There is a miscommunication between company management and labor workers. It took them 7 hours to complete the move. I paid $840 really disappointing. read more

I just had the pleasure of meeting Dennis, Carlos, and Frank from ProMovers. They professionally and quickly got all furniture moved into a very challenging 3rd story condo. They were careful and double wrapped furnishings to make sure they arrived up stairs in perfect condition. A hoist had to be used to get the couch in. They expertly maneuvered the couch over the front balcony and voila we had a couch. (I had previously thought I would be selling the couch and needing to buy something much smaller. ). Thanks ProMovers and especially Dennis, Carlos, and Frank. read more

John R. did reach out to me as he promised in his response from Pro Movers. He pointed out that the company had problems during this period of my move and was not performing to its usual standards. He indicated the company has updated procedures and policies. In addition, he guided me through the claims process. I am now satisfied with their response and that is why I am updating my response. A reputable company stands behind their work and Pro Movers has done that. read more

I called them & got the quote around $149, so I reserved it & got bunch of emails about the reservation but didn't double check the price. & I found out on the moving date that it's $169 instead. 2 guys with language barrier showed at the last of 1 hour window. In other words, I waited for almost.1 hour for them. & they moved so slowly, not professionally at all. So I couldn't ask them to do anything else like unpacking that I was going to do since I couldn't afford because it would be double charge. & I had to call & speak to many people before the movers arrived since they were communicating one way. I felt like I was the middle person to communicate with the movers & the office/manager. No good. read more

The last 24 hours has been pretty stressful from a long move in a U-Haul with a newborn to getting our U-Haul towed in the middle of the night, and I'm sure you guys can guess the rest. Anyway, my fiancé and I decided to throw in the towel and hire help. We are extremely grateful for the men who not only waited for us to get our U-haul out of the impound, but also helped us move-in. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. You guys helped our stress to disappear. 100% recommend! read more

What a great experience...thanks to Dave and Peyden (were both exceptional)! They were on time, did a quick walk through with me, and then got started right away. They were very careful with the fragile boxes and were able to repack a few of my boxes to ensure that all of my items were properly protected. I'm always nervous when it comes to dismantling and assembling IKEA furniture, but they did both flawlessly! Would definitely use Pro Movers again. read more

Pro Movers - The smallest truck is still huge! - Movers Near Me - Anaheim, California

If I can recommend 0 stars I would. This company is full of BS Lies. They will hold your shipment hostage and continually give you broken promises as to when your will receive your shipment. Goods picked up on December 26th. It is now January 26th and still have no delivery of my possessions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. They will give you excuses on top of excuses and do not care. They hold your shipment until they can get a full container. If they do not have a full container, they will not ship your items. MOVERS BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM THEM. read more

The worst experience moving I've ever had! DO NOT use this company! Movers were 3hrs late with no notification. Communication from office was horrible. I was in a bind because a company from which I had purchased a refrigerator promised "white glove" service (haul-away of old fridge, delivery and install of new fridge), but when time came for the delivery, they refused to remove the old fridge. They were understanding of my situation and extremely accommodating. Thank you ProMovers! read more
