Proceed with caution when booking. I think service depends on your movers. I was so impressed with my experience while booking the move everything was straight forward and easy unfortunately my experience day of was less than ideal. They arrived 15 minutes after the hour arrival window with no heads up like promised when booking. The first stop of the move appeared to go smoothly. A small bachelor pad apartment, no kitchen, with minimal items took them one hour to move. The second stop went smooth for the first hour. They managed to move everything in my living, dining room, and majority of my bedroom minus my desk and bed. Then they disappeared for 40 minutes. It took them an hour to move the remaining two items completely running up the clock. At this point I'm frustrated but hoping the drop off will go faster. The drop off was smooth until we got to around 4.5 hrs when they disappeared again. This time to get food which is okay if they needed to break but they were still planning on charging me for this time. They did not communicate with us that they were leaving. They also left our stuff unattended and the door to our apartment complex wide open. At this point we go looking for them because it's been at least 30 minutes and we can't find them anywhere so I call to complain. They agree to take an hour off of the total time. When it was time to pay I mentioned the hour being taken off and he started to get aggressive and denying it. I had been keeping track with a stopwatch and they ended up taking about 1.5hrs total off. It was very unfortunate experience since we were paying by the hour and it felt like they were taking advantage of us. The total move took 6 hrs which at that point I told them we were done and we couldn't afford to pay them anymore. They probably would have taken all day to move everything and put things back together. They left having not completed reassembly. I felt taken advantage of after the experience. They also damaged tiles on our building so now I need to go through that process to see if they'll repair or pair for the damages. Tiffany on the phone was helpful when I called to complain but I would never recommend this company and would not use again. They also tried to over charge us for using a credit card. I was quoted that a credit card was $10 more than cash and they tried to say it was 10%. The whole thing felt scammy and makes me hesitant to trust movers again. read more

Brandon and Dane did a wonderful job moving us. We'd recommend them to anyone! Very careful and considerate!

Joe and Samuel showed prepared to do the job. I was 100% happy and satisfied with the job they did. These guys work really hard and they go the extra mile for customers. I highly recommend them if you are planning on moving. These guys will take a big burden off your shoulders with the great job they do. Also, they have a great attitude toward the job and they make sure you are happy and comeback the next time you need to move. I highly recommend them, especially Joe and Samuel. They make a great team...thank you Pro Movers... read more

Fantastic service!! I worked with Victor to schedule the move and he was super responsive and easy to work with. Today is move in day and Dennis, Payden, and Victor L. did a really great job. They were professional, efficient, and made today soooo easy for us. Highly recommend their team to anyone looking for movers! read more

I hired Pro Movers this past weekend to help my fiance move to our new place. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the pricing was very reasonable and the guys ended up being pretty cool. After doing a quick search for an affordable, quality moving company, I quickly found that it wasn't as easy as it sounded. A lot of companies charge way too much for a simple 1-bedroom move, while others will quote you a ridiculously low price without any guarantee that they will finish the job quickly. I found that these guys hit a pretty good sweet spot, by doing a professional job with honest workers, while still trying to give you a good deal. The morning of the move, John and James gave me a call before the scheduled appointment time, and arrived exactly on time. I had gone out to run a couple of errands, thinking they would be a little late. But by the time I had returned, the truck was already neatly loaded with more than half of her things. Both guys moved quickly and efficiently, and we ended up finishing the move quicker than expected. Not only that, both John and James were friendly, polite, and just honest guys that wanted to do a good job. I can't really ask for anything more than that. So if you're looking for a moving company, or on the fence about hiring one vs. a uhaul, give these guys a call first. They won't try to rip you off, and they will take good care of your things. The only other advise I would give to potential clients, is to be a little open minded during your move. Everyone thinks that they don't have that many things, and that their move should be done in the shortest time possible. But you wouldn't be thinking about hiring movers if that was always the case. I hate moving with a passion. So I can really appreciate a couple of hard working guys willing to do a great job, at a reasonable price. Thanks guys. I'll be sure to hit you up again when I make my next move. read more

Great experience for my local move! For my local OC move (~15 mike's), i called a number of recommended companies based on MV Connections' FB page. I asked a couple to give me a not to exceed bud which ranged from $2,600 to $1,600 based on their hourly team rates. I ultimately chose Pro Movers due to the clear and concise communication on the phone, no fuel surcharge fees, and best team rates. My team of Flash, Tim and Frank were outstanding! Personable, funny, and excellent customer service attitude. You can tell how much people like/dislike their jobs and these guys were simply five stars. A great decision and i would highly recommend them! read more

Joe and Donnovan helped me with a point to point move. The guys were totally responsible, respectful, and reliable. They listened to my concerns and made quick work of protecting and loading my belongings. They transported them safely, then lifted everything carefully up to my place. All while maintaining a great attitude. Couldn't have asked for a better duo on the job. Thanks guys! read more

We were lucky enough to be assigned Joe, Jesse, and Donovan for our move. They were extremely professional, caring and personable and obviously very hard workers. I'm so appreciative of all their help with my move. And would 100% higher them again and ask for them by name. read more

Very great experience with this moving company. I was planning move from Los Angeles California to Cincinnati Ohio. Then I had been looked for a moving company for months and read a lots of reviews and usually bad. So I felt so frustrated because I am not from USA and no help, no family no friends, not my language, everything by myself. Finally I found this moving company and I talked to the manager John, he is very helpful very nice, and comfort me. Finally, everything done very smoothly, everyone in this company is very helpful, very nice. I am very appreciated everything they did for me. I am highly recommend this company for people who is struggling for moving to other places. read more

We were in a tough spot and needed movers quick. We called around and Pro Movers was the only one that was available on such short notice. From start to finish they were very accommodating and helpful in choosing the right package, so to say, for our sized move. We originally only had 2 movers for the job but after talking thru what we had to move on the day of, they recommended that we add a 3rd mover. The rate would go up, but because it would take less time, we would end up paying less in the end. Jesse, Donovan, and Anthony showed up on time and were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and we were truly amazed at how they were able to handle our large move so quickly and in an organized fashion. To me, a simple smile goes a long way, so I was so happy that their service went beyond what I could have ever expected. They even thanked us multiple times for helping them during the process. Jesse, Donovan, and Anthony made our stressful ordeal as easy going as it could have been. They truly are professionals! Tip: Drive time is added to the amount of time it takes for them to finish. They also have a 3 hour minimum. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will not show up. I had this move scheduled for weeks. I talked to Diego yesterday to confirm my move. Everything was set arrival between 9-10 sounded great. At 10:10 I called to see en eta was told they were still an hour away even though arrival was at 9-10am. Went back and fourth for about an hour no one called me to tell me what was going on as promised. Finally the mover called me to say he's arriving at 12pm... for a 9-10 and arrival time at 11 your going to call me and say your still an hour away. They clearly took another job before mine. No worries on my end I lost nothing they lost money. They literally lost $1000 today for my move. So instead I found a great mover and will spend my $1000 elsewhere. This company just books people for no reason they don't take deposit nothing they just don't show up. So not sure how they are still a running business. Hope they don't succeed because they suck big time. DONT HIRE THIS PLACE trust me. Hope they get shut down. read more

Rafael and Jen were amazing, super responsive and on time. They also handled my stuff with care and delivered it in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone who needs a mover! read more

WOW--let me tell you, I think most of these reviews MUST BE FAKE, because this was the worst moving experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've moved a lot, mostly cross-country and I've always had a pleasant (yet stressful) experience. This was more than stressful and it was made horrible by the staff from Pro Movers. My boyfriend and I decided to move in together and we organized and packed our own boxes and prepped for our move for weeks prior to make this process as seamless as possible. The movers came to my apt first and were VERY UNFRIENDLY. Barely said a word to us, but did pack my apt in 1.5 hours. Once we got to my bf's apt, that's when something took a turn. The movers became CRANKY, RUDE, AND LAZY. Telling me to move stuff myself to save time, and had attitude about us being on the 2nd floor. They took 5 HOURS to pack my bf's place that was completely bare bones with hardly any furniture (no idea what took so long). It was then when I realized they had canceled their second move for the day and decided to milk me and my bf for every hour/penny they could. Taking things off the truck, then putting them back on etc. When we finally made it to our new apt, it had been 8 hours. By this time, they were done working really. One guy making passive aggressive comments the entire time and moving one box at a time off of the truck. Also taking time to be on his phone and sit in the truck for most of the afternoon. We also got completely SCREWED when at the end of the day, the guys give us random screws to our furniture they completely took apart into a million pieces and couldn't tell us which hardware goes to which furniture. Half of my boxes that have clothes in it are in the garage and we're missing the slats to our beds. AWESOME. In the end, the mover wanted MORE tip and he charged us for OVERTIME. $1500 for a VERY SIMPLE MOVE. It was the worst experience and the worst way to start our time in our new home. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. In short: RUDE. LAZY. CRANKY. FUCKING RIP OFF. read more

Was hoping I would be able leave a good review after the initial call but since that nothing went as promised. I have scheduled two helpers to come and assist with unloading of a truck in Irvine. The crew was supposed to arrive 9-10am. I had to give them a call at 1130am to find out that they are just not going to show up. The manager Sam extremely rude and not helpful at all. Just told me that they can't help. I understand that things and situations happen but a call in the morning would have been great. So thank you for nothing Pros. Horrible honestly horrible. Stay away read more

I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company. I called set up a move, paid a substantial deposit. First, they missed their three day window without any communication, then when I called to check on the drivers eta, we arranged a new pick up time. Then lucky me, they called a half an hour before pickup time and canceled the entire move. Don't waist you important time on this unreliable business. read more

I moved today and hired Pro Movers to assist me since i didn't have access to a truck or people to help. Can i just say this moving business is the best thing to ever happen cause i didn't have to worry about the heavy lifting of moving my furniture from My 2 story town home down the stairs. I was assisted by Chris S and Chris M, and they were efficient and friendly individuals. I would definitely hire this company and the 2 that assisted me with my move again. 10/10 thank you! read more

Frank and Dennis provided excellent service during our recent move. They were careful with our furniture and took many measures not to damage the house. They were quick and professional, many thanks! read more

These guys are your typical movers, that don't listen to what you tell them to do. They try to get out of there as fast as they can, and when they say they are done, you find out later that was not the case. I hired these guys for minimum 3 hrscto box my daughter's appt. To start the mover packed my CPAP hose and mask, that was on the couch, when I specifically told them not to pack anything on the couch. When I discovered it was missing, he has thrown it at the bottom of this huge box, and I told him to unbox it, and never found my mask. All this took 1-1/2 hrs to do, and wanted a tip on top of that. Then he referred one of his cronies to move everything into a pod, and they were just two thieves, seeing what they could steal, when I was not looking. If you want to get ripped off, please use these guys read more

Pro movers should be put out of business ! We hired them to move are furniture and the rest of personal items. The movers came with 3 men and when they showed up they pressure us to hire a 4 th man! So we did hire the 4th worker. They started out unorganized and without any tools to take apart the furniture ! As they were coming down the stairs they damaged the drywall ! That cost me $350 to have it fixed. After that they took 2 hours to go to the store and tools to take apart the furniture and our new refrigerator ! As they were trying to move our refrigerator out of our house they tried to force it through the front door as they did this they damage our new refrigerator . We just paid $1500 for it. After that the damaged most of our expensive furniture ! Put our mattress on the street ! My wife was crying as they destroyed our furniture and other items. The foremen pressure us for a tip up to 30% of the bill! Pro movers offer us $750 for the damages ! My advice is never use this company EVER!!! read more

Joe and Jesse were great! They helped me move my 1700 sqft 2 Bedroom Apt to Santa Monica AND some into my storage. Probably should have had another guy helping them but they got it done as efficiently as possible and were professional as can be. Nothing was broken which was surprising given how many expensive items, glass, and flatscreen TVs I had. I highly recommend Pro Movers and specifically asking for Joe and Jesse! Also, Joe can pack a storage like a pro! He fit everything in there perfect. Thanks again guys! read more

I was extremely impressed with the movers my family had for our recent move from garden grove to fountain valley. They were soo fast but also soo safe with my things. Not only did they move all my things from my storage unit, but also went to my other house and moved those things. I've moved myself more times than I'd like to, as my travels have taken me across the country. My movers, Joe and Carlos were friendly courteous and hard working. They knew what they were doing and i just had to stay out of their way! Soooo worth it! Anthony S. read more

I had a wonderful moving experience thanks to Tangier and Anthony. First, they arrived on time with all of the packaging supplies I requested (i.e., wardrobe boxes). Secondly, they were very careful with moving and securing my belongings (didn't just load them straight into the truck but actual took the time to add padding and wrap to them). Thirdly, they were so efficient that they had me moved out of and into the new place in under 3 hours (I was pretty impressed given both of my places were located on the second floor). Thanks again gentlemen! read more

Joe and Donavan were super helpful and quick. Couldn't have gotten the move done without their speedy help.

We used Pro Movers to unpack a 26ft uhaul that we had transported from Chicago to Orange County. I spoke to the company multiple times before they came to ensure they would have dolleys & tools to unload our stuff & put it back together. I requested 4 guys. On the day of they only sent 3 guys which ended up being fine but the crew did tell me generally they don't put furniture back together & that "dispatch" doesn't understand that. However the guys we had were professional, kind, gentle with our stuff, and helped put our furniture back together. They worked quickly & efficiently and after a horrible experience using other movers they took care of us. Thanks to Marvin, Luis, & Javier we were able to unpack our full 26ft Uhaul in 2 hours. Davin from customer service was great!! He was super nice, professional and understanding! He was my point of contact in regards to my reservation. He was responsive! If missed a call, he would get back to me promptly, no longer than 5 minutes. My movers named Steven, Carlos and Gianni were an amazing team!! I had a big job that needed to get done on top of the weather conditions for today. It was literally cold & pouring down raining most of the time during my service. I felt really bad especially because of the weather but I was so desperate to move. They all got the job done with no complaints and they were able to get the job done in a timely manner even when I had some discrepancies on my end that came along my moving process. They were so cool, patient, understanding, delightful, helpful, energetic, proficient, and professional the entire time. They also handled my belongings with care! I would definitely recommend this moving company and hire also hire them 3!!!! Such a great team! read more

(A MUST READ. BROKEN ITEMS AND THE DRIVERS STRAIGHT TRIED TO CON ME, RIP THEIR EMPLOYER OFF AND GOT AWAY WITH RIPPING ME OFF) I'd never ever consider leaving a bad review even if I wasn't happy but this is a whole new level of low. First off they were 2 hours late. Okay that's fine we still had time to get to my new place which was 3 hours away driving 55mph then 25mph through the hills where diesels were fine at 50mph. Still fine. Whatever... Now let's back up again. Originally they contacted "me" to offer their services. I did have another company I was going to use but these guys talked me into using them. I told them my new house had a long steep driveway. I told them I was concerned about their trucks bumper scraping on the way up and it may not make it AND it could possibly get stuck. I was told it was no problem, "they do steep driveways all the time"and if there's an issue their driver will sort of out. Let's start again with some simplicity then we will write a book about how insanely horrible this was. 1- They don't listen at all. I mean it's like you aren't even talking. No directions were even heard. 2- All chiefs and no Indians. 3- They are sloppy workers. I mean like it's their first day of moving sloppy. 4- Destructive. To the highest power. 5- All they want to do is just get the job done as fast ass they humanly can. I mean like get your property on the truck as fast as possible even if it means destroying boxes with no concern of what's inside. 6- They will 100% try to con you out of money and also attempt to embezzle money from their own company. That says a lot about this companies choice of employees that will be in your home or business. 7- Do not try to question anything. They will try to intimidate you and to the point of getting in your face to try and scare you into paying them their extra cash on the side. If you made it this far I applaud you. It got way worse but I ran out of room so I'm editing up to here. They broke my $2300 milling machine and tried to wrap it in plastic to hide it. Broken beyond repair! They also damaged my couch, broke my desk, damaged my bed frame, damaged my driveway, didn't finish the job and left my belongings outside for me to figure out myself. Did I say the drivers tried to con me out of more money? They also gave me a sob story for a tip while knowing they ruined my mill. Grime. I have the whole story and also real time photo documentation through the entire process. It's not over. read more
