Hired this company . The service is slow , it took them about 5.5 hrs to move a two bedroom apartments within 7 miles distance. The tv got damaged and they said I will have to submit a claim for that. They also charged drive time too. Moreover , i talked to their manager Sasha about the slow workers and she didnt want to do anything. The workers were working non stop but not experienced and slow. For a rate of 149 per hr, thats alot of money. Will not be doing business again and will not refer friends neither. Plus , the workers didnt wear masks.Stay away.... read more

Pro movers moved my son so quickly & did their best to not hit anything. Joe & Donovan were so fast & efficient, I think they should change their name to Lightening Express Movers. In particular, Joe was so careful, I thought he was the company owner. Overall, very happy with my son's move. Also, on moving day, they kept you up to date as to when they will be there. Mr. Tanoise or Tony, Mr. Bryan or Ryan and Mr. Dean or Dan or Dane went so far above and beyond that I am still in disbelief at their unwavering optimistic attitudes and their ability to maintain such a steady pace of such strenuous work! For example, even when my storage facility caused some ludicrous dilemmas (I was not informed that the storage facility closes at 5pm sharp and does not allow access at all after 5pm), these three lads maintain professionalism and a steady work pace. They had already began unloading dozens of heavy commercial shelves and appliances when I realized the storage facility is not going to work with me to allow me to open my storage door. So the only thing that could be done was to load up the truck back up again and bring the load to my residence as I am fortunate enough to have a long gated driveway. Even though these gentlemen had been working all day, not one of them even so much as even looked annoyed or unhappy when I gave them the bad news that they unloaded so much only to have to load it back up due to my inaccessible storage unit. In fact, these guys simply reassured me again and again by telling me not to worry about it, that it was not my fault (even though it was of course!), it is no big deal, and that they are going to make it easy for me and get the job done no matter what obstacles arise. I was truly impressed with these young men and I hope to use and refer them and the whole Pro Movers team again and again and to all my friends and family anytime a move is needed. Joe, Miguel, & Gilbert of Pro Movers were-by far- the smoothest part of our moving day. We hired them to move our office (which has been in the same spot since 2004). It was a big deal for us and a bit of a mess all the way around but one of the best decisions we made was hiring them. They were there on time at 9:00 a.m.; helped us pack left over items; and organized everything onto the truck. They were polite, professional, and efficient. We had large file boxes, file cabinets, random things we just threw into bags but they were extremely patient with us. To add, we also had some hefty office desks and lots of executive chairs. All of it was moved perfectly. Their prices were also the most competitive in comparison to four other companies. Couldn't be happier! Request those guys if you can. You won't regret it! read more

Was quoted $120/hr with a 3 hour minimum plus $20 for gas for a local unload of a 2BR unit near the Brea area. They were responsive and even called the evening before to confirm time and location. They gave an hour gap for an ETA which was reasonable. After 30 mins had passed their ETA window the day of, I gave the online number a call to which I was transferred to the customer service voicemail. Left a voicemail but never got a response. Wasn't able to get ahold of their office or the movers. The day was wasting away and during a move, every bit of time is priceless. Finally decided not to wait for movers and start unloading. I'm glad I didn't pay ahead of time because these clowns showed up 2.5+ hours late. They were unprofessional and had a shitty attitude saying "well we're here now". A simple call saying they were behind schedule would have been great, but they had poor communication to there would be paying customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache. If you're looking for reliability, look elsewhere. They lost a $400+tip job in the end. read more

Entitled, Rude & Overpriced. They were anything but "pro". They showed up two and a half hours late and didn't even apologize for it. One guy (Jose) was taking personal phone calls whilst working for us, whilst the second guy (Peydon) was constantly complaining and making snide and rude comments to us (not even under his breath-straight to us)...he would leave our belongings in multiple places throughout our complex, all whilst whining that nothing was getting done. I actually started taking things from in front of the elevator to the truck myself so things were moving along and getting done. Fast forward 8 hours later of constant complaining about how much stuff we had and how long it was taking (all by Peydon)--when we get to our new apartment 2 out of 3 guys complained about how far our new place was from the elevator (isn't moving fun? ;) --thats why we HIRED help) At the end of the night when we get our bill, it is wildly higher than we were originally quoted and later we find out they overcharged us (but the manager won't answer the phone anymore or return our phone calls) but whilst we were attending to the bill, Peydon says " So how do you think we did today, we did a good job right? Like we didn't break any of your stuff? We busted our asses for you." I'm sorry, Peydon just said WHAT? When he hears we decided not to leave them a tip, he literally leaves in a huff and slams our door. Completely unprofessional, wildly rude from start to finish and made me so bloody uncomfortable the entire day. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT. read more

We arrived at our home out of state and Pro Movers delivered our households goods earlier than we had planned, which was fine. Jose and Rafael did a very quick job of unloading the truck and were very pleasant, so I have no complaints with them. However, now that the unpacking has begun, I'm finding some issues. A number of boxes were not labeled, with either a general idea of the contents or even the room which they were packed in, so that's been a challenge. The biggest disappointment is that several pieces of wood furniture were not wrapped/protected and ended up scratched - one piece pretty severely. It was a small table that belonged to my husband's deceased mother, so very sentimental piece. I doubt it can be repaired. A 4-poster bed, almost an antique also ended up with a fair number of scratches on the headboard. Other wood pieces, such as the dining table, china cabinet & chairs were wrapped and protected. The guys who packed really should have been more consistent and taken better care of ALL of the wood pieces as things get jostled in transport. We moved into a fully furnished 2nd home so the unpacking will take some time. I'm hoping that I don't discover more issues when get around to unpacking the china/stemware. They appear to have been packed well, so fingers crossed. read more

First off, I am rating the 2 main guys who moved us this time. They were Steve and Robert, The 3rd person that was there was like a temp and he was terrible and made more work for them! As a team though, these two guys are really good! They are fast, but respectful of your things. They boxed, wrapped, blanketed everything and moved our heavy furniture through small doors and down difficult steps! And did I mention they did it in 100 + weather!?! They were very polite respectful men and did a really nice job! They also had a traffic filled trip from Riverside to Palm Desert and I am sure a very long trip home to Santa Ana! Proceed with caution when booking. I think service depends on your movers. I was so impressed with my experience while booking the move everything was straight forward and easy unfortunately my experience day of was less than ideal. They arrived 15 minutes after the hour arrival window with no heads up like promised when booking. The first stop of the move appeared to go smoothly. A small bachelor pad apartment, no kitchen, with minimal items took them one hour to move. The second stop went smooth for the first hour. They managed to move everything in my living, dining room, and majority of my bedroom minus my desk and bed. Then they disappeared for 40 minutes. It took them an hour to move the remaining two items completely running up the clock. At this point I'm frustrated but hoping the drop off will go faster. The drop off was smooth until we got to around 4.5 hrs when they disappeared again. This time to get food which is okay if they needed to break but they were still planning on charging me for this time. They did not communicate with us that they were leaving. They also left our stuff unattended and the door to our apartment complex wide open. At this point we go looking for them because it's been at least 30 minutes and we can't find them anywhere so I call to complain. They agree to take an hour off of the total time. When it was time to pay I mentioned the hour being taken off and he started to get aggressive and denying it. I had been keeping track with a stopwatch and they ended up taking about 1.5hrs total off. It was very unfortunate experience since we were paying by the hour and it felt like they were taking advantage of us. The total move took 6 hrs which at that point I told them we were done and we couldn't afford to pay them anymore. They probably would have taken all day to move everything and put things back together. They left having not completed reassembly. I felt taken advantage of after the experience. They also damaged tiles on our building so now I need to go through that process to see if they'll repair or pair for the damages. Tiffany on the phone was helpful when I called to complain but I would never recommend this company and would not use again. They also tried to over charge us for using a credit card. I was quoted that a credit card was $10 more than cash and they tried to say it was 10%. The whole thing felt scammy and makes me hesitant to trust movers again. read more

We scheduled with Pro Movers to move us from Irvine to Riverside. When we called they said we would need 6 individuals and two 26" trucks. They were scheduled to show up between 9 and 10am. Needless said they showed up around noon with 3 guys and one truck. The 3 guys that showed up appeared they wasn't ready to move anything let along 4 bedroom home. The lead guys asked to reschedule. At this point I didn't want anything to do with Pro Movers. Then they send out some young lady to a site visit. A waste of time. Not sure where they are getting four and five stars. Both the start and end destination had their logistical challenges and I had a lot of trickier items to move like two pinball machines, framed art, and a very full truck load all of which they handled with great care and professionalism and arrived safely. Friendly, quick, helpful movers. Moved two apartments into a 3 bedroom home. They weren't able to get all of our things on the first trip, which was disappointing and frustrating. The person I went through the entire time was Jesse Jones he was very professional and human the team including his manager at one point led through several difficult moves. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will not show up. I had this move scheduled for weeks. I talked to Diego yesterday to confirm my move. Everything was set arrival between 9-10 sounded great. At 10:10 I called to see en eta was told they were still an hour away even though arrival was at 9-10am. Went back and fourth for about an hour no one called me to tell me what was going on as promised. Finally the mover called me to say he's arriving at 12pm... for a 9-10 and arrival time at 11 your going to call me and say your still an hour away. They clearly took another job before mine. No worries on my end I lost nothing they lost money. They literally lost $1000 today for my move. So instead I found a great mover and will spend my $1000 elsewhere. This company just books people for no reason they don't take deposit nothing they just don't show up. So not sure how they are still a running business. Hope they don't succeed because they suck big time. DONT HIRE THIS PLACE trust me. Hope they get shut down. read more
