When I called in I was professionally greeted and ordering service was simple and straightforward. I ordered the "White Glove" service which included unboxing, assembly and disposal of box. Max and Billy went right to work putting my media center together and the whole process of delivery, assembly, placement and removal of boxes were all done in 30 minutes. I am so glad I opted to pay the extra $49ish to have the "White Glove" service. Highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again. read more

Drivers are not equipped or trained to move furniture. I ran a furn consignment shop for 4 yrs - never had a mover moan groan and grunt complain as they did. Not knowledgeable about proper moving techniques. No protective plastic wrap as shown in photos! No back support belt, surgical gloves only?!, no proper moving straps. Highly Recommend BringPro! We bought some furniture from Costco and needed it delivered. It was a large sectional and TV console. We do not own a truck and wanted an economical way to get it home. Costco recommended them so I decided to give them a call. They have special pricing for delivery ($79 for first 3 boxes and $15 for each after, as if 1-2018) and $49 more for 'white glove' service which includes delivery, install, and clean up. It was very reasonable and I opted for the white glove treatment. It was the best $173 I spent for a delivery service. Chris and his colleague went to pick up from Costco (with confirmation number). I didn't have to be there. We were in constant contact. They arrive much earlier than expected. They diligently installed the couch, which was harder then expected. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything together and cleaned up the boxes. They were mindful of mess and cleaned up any trash. I don't get too excited to write reviews but in this case I was really excited to share about my experience. I worked with them today, and I'm writing my review without unpacking. I've moved a few times to say the least in the last ten years or so. I've had some awful experiences with movers so anytime I move now, I get a little nervous. Today was different. I had the opportunity to work with Troy and Jamie today. I didn't move too far today but nonetheless, we packed up and moved to our new home. On a side note - my wife had to go to the ER because we are expecting, so that being said, emotions are a bit high. Movers are easy targets to boss around or yell at, or fight with. Just being honest especially after dealing with health scares and working on a Sunday. But they never gave me one chance to get mad or get impatient with the move. They were detail oriented, calm, professional, quick, safe, and very polite and nice. I would highly recommend them. I made a purchase at costco. I paid for bringpro to not only deliver, but set up. They came and were very polite, clean and professional. However, the extra money paid for breaking down and disposing of the boxes it came with never happened. They placed all the boxes inside a larger box . They did not disassemble as promised. They left it in the side yard. I have to break or cut everything down to size. On the paperwork provided by bringpro, it states they did this. I paid additional monies for this. Alex was the customer service rep who scheduled my delivery and he was very professional and nice. They send text messages and call you to update you every step of the way. Overall, our experience was perfect - special thanks to the movers Jose and Felipe. We needed to move an old fridge to our new home. Our movers made sure that everything was covered and protected from start to finish. The fridge at first had years of dust/hair collected underneath and the movers had it tilted for us to clean outside before bringing it in. The movers offered to reconnect the water line, but because we did not have the right connection available they left us details on what to get and how to do it ourselves. At the end they thanked us for our business and we will for sure call BringPro first next time we need something moved. Well my only problem with BringPro is that they're not really working in my area yet (we were able to have furniture delivered from Costa Mesa to Long Beach, but they're not set up to originate in Long Beach yet). What an incredible service they provide! The process for setting it up was very straight forward, I had text notification as the truck arrived at the store, as it left the store, and as they pulled up at my house. Jose and Mark were polite, efficient and very careful with the furniture. They seemed very conscious of the fact that every minute counts--there was not a wasted moment at any point in the process. Ok ok ok. I was so stressed about moving my business and my friend mentioned BRING PRO. I went online and reserved my time, two strong uniformed professional young men moved my electric massage table and some very delicate equipment. The whole thing is genius. They have a sprinter type van that can fit into tight spots, the app follows them so I can track location, and the price was less than the estimate. That was 2016. I've used them 4 times in total and aways impressed with the friendliness of the staff and ease of transaction. Since we purchased it at 4:00pm from Costco, and they could not deliver it the same day. Costco held it over night for us to the next day (an exception to their regular policy). The table part of the set was extremely heavy, and when Andy and Liam arrived with our set, it took them only 45 minutes to move it into our backyard and set it up...amazing efficiency!! They did a great job picking up my boxes from Costco, and showed up wearing masks. They assembled the dining room table and chairs efficiently. It's a perfect fit for people who do not have trucks and need to have larger products delivered. The customer service is great. I would love to give them a five, but I wasn't informed that I would have to dispose of all the boxes myself and it took me several hours to cut them up in pieces small enough to go in my recycling bin. I purchased a curio cabinet to display collectibles in at our home off of craigslist and it is so large it wouldn't fit in the back of a truck properly that I took up there to pick it up in. So long story short I got on trusty old Yelp and looked up a company that could pick it up, properly wrap it and take care of it as there's a lot of glass on these things. Reserved moving time from 10am-12pm Get call at 9am on the day of, stating they will be late and will be arriving towards 12pm I called at 11:30am to get an update, they say they now will be arriving anytime between 12 and 2. Called again at 1 pm, they explained to me that their employee got injured and won't be able to send a crew till 3 ish. In the end, the last conversation I had with them, they just told me that no matter what the mover will be there by the end of the day but dont have the exact time. So I canceled because on the time frame I was working with. Well I just ended up relying on my friends and my sick wife to walk our belonging literally two blocks because it was too late to rent elsewhere and I had to be out of the old unit. They offered me a free delivery as compensation but won't be needing to use it because everything else has been delivered properly and on time. I use Bring Pro at work for moves that need to be executed quickly as well as regular client orders that need to be delivered. The staff is extremely helpful, and very willing to be accommodating to customers. I've been in the logistics industry for almost almost a decade, and this is definitely a great app for product delivery. $2/ minute is a really great option to avoid hefty larger carrier's with higher fees. If it's for personal or professional moves Bring Pro is definitely a choice I would make to use for a delivery service. ENJOY! Accidents happen, nothing you can do about it. What you can do is hire professionals that make it right when the inevitable occurs. We bought a sofa at an RH outlet and the Bringpro folks were super easy to work with. They had a representative there who quickly explained the process. Although our initial delivery was slightly outside the given appointment window, Bringpro was always reachable by phone and provided accurate updates. When our sofa was finally delivered, one of the legs was missing a plastic leveler. The delivery team identified it but was unable to do anything about it. I sent an email with photos to the support center the next day (fortunately I had taken photos of the sofa in the store and was able to see that the leveler was in tact when I bought it). Its still unclear whether Bringpro had broken the leveler or if the RH Outlet team did. However, after my email, I immediately received a phone call from Bringpro (Jamie). Jamie was apologetic (even though it wasnt clear how it was broken) and committed his team to making it right. Within a few days, I received a follow up from Jamie that they found a replacement part and that they could dispatch a team member to immediately repair the broken leveler. I can't recommend Bringpro enough and would definitely use them any time I need to move large items. read more
