Accidents happen, nothing you can do about it. What you can do is hire professionals that make it right when the inevitable occurs. We bought a sofa at an RH outlet and the Bringpro folks were super easy to work with. They had a representative there who quickly explained the process. Although our initial delivery was slightly outside the given appointment window, Bringpro was always reachable by phone and provided accurate updates. When our sofa was finally delivered, one of the legs was missing a plastic leveler. The delivery team identified it but was unable to do anything about it. I sent an email with photos to the support center the next day (fortunately I had taken photos of the sofa in the store and was able to see that the leveler was in tact when I bought it). Its still unclear whether Bringpro had broken the leveler or if the RH Outlet team did. However, after my email, I immediately received a phone call from Bringpro (Jamie). Jamie was apologetic (even though it wasnt clear how it was broken) and committed his team to making it right. Within a few days, I received a follow up from Jamie that they found a replacement part and that they could dispatch a team member to immediately repair the broken leveler. I can't recommend Bringpro enough and would definitely use them any time I need to move large items. read more

I purchased three large items from Costco Fountain Valley a few days ago. I had help getting them on the giant cart and Costco said they could have a third party deliver them for me. I paid for them and then went to the customer service window and was told I had to pick them up that day because they could not store the items since that location had some construction and they had no room to keep them overnight. They then told me that BringPro likely could not pick it up today. They should have told me that before letting me wait for an extended period of time to get help to putting them on my cart. I was telling a different employee to just to refund my money and I would go to a different Costco which would have been a lot of trickle Ava taken more time than I had that morning. Then he gave me your number to call. I would have thought they would have made the call for me but evidently they don't do that. I called BringPro and was greeted with a very pleasant young lady who was happy to help. I explained that the the large items had to be picked up from Costco that day because they wouldn't hold them overnight. I was frustrated but very patient. The lady on the phone said she would see what she could do. She put me on hold and came back to tell me she was still checking. I even told her I didn't need the items delivered to my house that day, I just wanted to see if they could retrieve them from Costco. She came back and said they could do that and deliver them the next day. I was very grateful. Shortly after I hung up, she called me back and told me they could deliver it to my house that same day. I was so happy she went to the extra effort to help solve the issue. Jeremy and Jose made the delivery and it was the last one for them for the day. They got out of their van with smiles on their faces and pleasant greetings. They were neat, clean and very professional. They were careful with my merchandise and placed then where it was convenient for me. I greatly appreciate the huge effort of everyone involved who made the delivery possible. I purchased a loveseat from Costco and chose BringPro as the delivery service they referred me too. This was a great experience! I was given the time range of 1:30 - 3:30 pm. The office called ( and the driver called and left a voicemail) at 11:42 and said they were ahead of schedule and could be at my place at noon. I was at work and explained it would take 20-25 minutes to get home. She texted me man's said they could take a 30 minute lunch and then deliver! I called the driver to make sure he got the message; he did, and said they would be at my place at around 12:40. Doug and Brandon were here at 12:44, unloaded the truck, unboxed the loveseat b, bright the couch in and we're done in 5 minutes. AND they were super nice!! I booked my appointment with BringPro over the weekend to get me from my one bedroom into a two bedroom. The move was only around the block, but what made it challenging was coming from a 3-storey building to a 2-storey one. I am super impressed with their service. I had to move my old gas range from my home in Ladera Ranch to parent's place in Irvine. I hoped to get this done ASAP in preparation for upcoming sale on my house. Since the distance is only 15 miles yet it's not much to transport and i was swamped with other maintenance this week, I was dreading to rent a truck from rental places like homedepot, budget or uhaul. I decided to utilize delivery service and got quotes from maybe 10 places with the majority of traditional trucking/moving service quoting in the range of $150~300. Bringpro on the other hand charges by the minute ($2), no additional mileage charge, sends 2 guys for load/unload with minimum 50 minutes ($100). Knowing that my service would only take 30~40 minutes at most, I reached out to Bringpro and got a very detailed message from Jamie (Owner/Manager?). He was extremely courteous with no "call for pricing" BS. I was skeptical at first for possible hidden charges, tax, etc.. but nope he clarified it is straight $2/min and told me to go schedule on their web and I was able to schedule the next morning on Saturday between 8~10am. When I woke up around 7:50am on Saturday, I already had received a text message with live tracking information on where the truck's current location on its way to my place, ETA 8:30. Glenn and one other guy (sorry I forget his name) showed up right on time, both very friendly guys. Promptly carried my stove out of garage and loaded it up without hesitation. They strapped it so it wouldn't bang around in the cargo. As they were headed over to my parent's, the tracking information updated to reflect in-route information. They got there around 8:50 and helped carry it into the house. Later, I realized I had received a voice mail from Glenn saying that they may have forgotten to take oven grates and burner cap (top portion of the oven that I previously intentionally removed to handle separately) and that if necessary they'll do something about it to make sure that is delivered too. I texted him to let him know that I removed them so they don't move around during transportation, so it was all good. I can't speak for larger volume delivery, but for couple pieces of big appliances I'd definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone in my situation to do the same. We purchased a sofa/loveseat at Costco but had no way of getting it home. We were told about BringPro and gave them a call to arrange delivery. We spoke with Michelle to arrange the delivery and she was very accommodating after a few changes that Costco forced us to make (they said the items were in stock and they actually were not, necessitating driving to a different store and re-scheduling). The driver and his partner (Christian and Henry) also were very accommodating when we asked if we could make the delivery earlier in the day. Christian and Henry showed up at Costco at the time promised and they took it from there. When they arrived at our home they were extremely courteous and professional. They were very careful and the set-up went off without a hitch and we are now enjoying our new furniture. There were a few hiccups with the online procedure that were dealt with promptly and correctly by the staff. I recently used bringpro because HD Buttercup doesn't have their own delivery service (weird for a high end store - great for bringpro). I scheduled my pickup for them to deliver that next morning (you can do same day too!) and they showed as scheduled. They call, they're polite and efficient. Their app could use a bit of help though. When I logged back in to check on delivery time the app erased my delivery info so I had no idea if they would actually show. Luckily, they called and said they be here in scheduled time and they gave me the driver I could track on the road via the app (like Uber). In sum, I would use them again and I recommend for heavy, awkward items you can't move on your own. read more

Great service for a reasonable price. I love that pricing was completely straight forward, and LESS than ALL of the other companies I contacted. Also, their minimum, for my job was 2 hours, when others were at 3 hours. The guys were extremely nice, and though I was super stressed about my move, they made me laugh, which helped a lot. They basically said: we are here for whatever you need. I kept an eye on my clock and fit in as much as I could within the time I could afford. Everything was handled with care (wrapped, carried gently), and though my move included 3 flights of stairs they never slowed or ran out of energy. If this review of the actual moving crew I would agree with their 5 star rating. My one negative comment would be how I seldom get any "heads up" on when they will be arriving. I usually get a call or text saying they are here. That 15 minute lead time is extremely important as it's hard enough trying to cram a moving project into my busy schedule so I like to stay busy getting all I can get done and every minute wasted being anchored at home is costly. 1-Star for BringPro's management. They are never pleasant to deal with and I only hear from them when there's an issue and not once have I received a call saying thanks for my business. My wife and I have used their services on about 20 different occasions, so I am not writing this from the prospective of a one time angry client. Management runs this company more like Uber (BringPro's App uses a terrible truck tracking GPS OS) than a typical Moving company. They charge $1 per minute for their service and book on 2 hr blocks. My tip if you use this service is book the earliest appointment possible bc otherwise if the previous appointments run over their allotted time the movers aren't allowed or are highly discouraged to have overtime hours. I realize it cost more to have overtime but when Uber has busier times they charge more for their service but if their client wants to spend more for the same service they have that option. Bring Pro doesn't care about whether the clients task is completed they are just concerned about micro managing their employees hours. Knowing all this, I still used them up until today. But I after lying to me this afternoon, I will never use them again. They said would be at my residence after they finished the job before mine, however come to find out at 4 pm they couldn't fulfill their obligations to me because the job before mine was taking too long. Again not only is lying unacceptable, but this total disrespect says to me that my business with them isn't as important as someone else's is and that's just another business practice I won't put up with. read more

I used BringPro to have a large (9' x 4') bookcase delivered to a store I was opening in a large shopping center. The delivery was completed in less than an hour from when I requested it and cost only about $40.00 I tried using the BringPro app to book my delivery, but it didn't recognize my address at the Bella Terra shopping center in Huntington Beach, so after 3 or 4 tries, I gave up on the app and called BringPro directly to place my order. They were super helpful and responsive on the phone and took care of me immediately. For this reason, there's no way I can dock them a star, because they were easy to reach & super responsive. I will definitely use them in the future and look forward to when they expand service into LA, where I live. read more

I used Bringpro to move a bed from Mission Viejo to Newport. They were top notch!! Not only are they prompt but they go the extra mile to even call you beforehand to confirm they're on their way. You then can see exactly where they are on their route to you so you have a better idea of exactly when they are arriving. The 2 guys were very careful moving the bed and placing it in the truck so that the pieces wouldn't move around on the drive and get damaged. I recommend them to everyone I know and have yet to hear anyone not totally elated with their service. FYI there was also a coupon on YELP so check for that too when you need them. read more

I've used Bringpro three times now, and it's been fantastic! The first two times were for items that were just too heavy for me to lift. The Bringpro crew had two young and friendly guys come and made quick work of it! The third time was ordered a couch from a furniture store. I didn't want to burden my friends with pick up trucks, but the earliest the store could deliver it was Saturday for $140! I called Bringpro, had them pick up the couch from the store (without me having to be there, brilliant!) and place it up the stairs and in my living room for me. Went to Sears Outlet in Santa Ana and got a great deal on a new refrigerator but needed it ASAP. Sears delivery $89 and not for 3 days. Used the bringpro app and bam!, less than 20 minutes later, they picked it up and delivered it to me. They brought it inside and hooked up the icemaker. Best part...it only cost $47.
