bringpro helped me with what I thought would be a stressful move, but their outstanding help made the whole experience stress-free. When the guys first showed up with their truck I thought they wouldn't be able to fit enough of our stuff, since we were moving out of a three-bedroom house. Turns out I was very wrong. These guys are like magicians when they pack your items into their truck. Everything is first shrink wrapped and padded to make sure nothing gets damaged. Then the bringpro pros come up with a plan of how they can fit everything in, then they execute their plan efficiently. I was shocked at how much they were able to fit when it was all done. The experience of using the service was smooth as well. I got text messages when the drivers were on their way, when they arrived, and when they made it to the final location. The drivers themselves (shout out to Sergio) were awesome and professional at all times. Don't! Don't waste your money, don't compromise your furniture, just overall DONT! Worst ever!!! Darrell was the most rude and unprofessional person they could have sent and mentioned he was hungover upon arrival!!! At first all was good. I broke down all my bed furniture and had it waiting for the movers In my living room so it was easy for them.. so I thought. First off, they come up, start "evaluating" the furniture and stretching like they were going to run the Olympics, not that big of a deal I guess, burned through time stretching. Took 1 hour to move 1 queen mattress bed set ( not wooden- not heavy ) 1 child's dresser and a small chest from a second floor apartment to their truck. At this point I was really frustrated- clearly taking their time. Unloading - dropped my box frame cracked the side argued with me about it. Broke current furniture in my new apartment as they brought in furniture from the truck. To top it off when all my 3-5 items where out of the truck Darrell asked to look at the broken box frame, I asked to sign off on the move so I wouldn't continue to be charged. He laughed and said if I needed 2$ for the extra minute that bad he had 2$ in his pocket. How rude and unprofessional. Later that day he started to text me from his personal phone number to ask to come to my house to look at the broken items. How inappropriate!! Overall I'd never use this service again or recommend! Their customer service team actually called the next day, I told them wht happened and they said a manager would call back, and no call back yet!! Don't use these people!!! 220$ for bad service ... they will break your belongings , milk the clock and harass you after the move from their personal cell phones ! read more

This was my first experience with this company and all I can say is A-plus! I'm a realtor and needed furniture, trash, etc removed from a home for the new buyer. This company works like "Uber"... You download an app and set up a time for pick up. I wasn't sure sure about this at first as you input your credit card...So I called the number and spoke to a "live" person to confirm. Everything they said they would do they did. The movers were courteous, hardworking and moved quickly as the payment is based on time. Their truck was new and clean. Called them from Costco to deliver a small refrigerator. I love about 2 miles from Costco. They quoted me $89 which I was fine with. Then they did an oh by the way your refrigerator is 300lbs so we need to add a $75 surcharge to that. No thank you. I am surprised Costco endorses this company and disappointed Costco does not have their own delivery service or at least a process that makes it easier and makes sense from a cost perspective. $170 delivery fee for a refrigerator 2 miles away (this isn't the large ones it's a small 2nd refrig for a garage) is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I contacted bringpro to set up a time and this company went above and beyond. Pasadena was out of their service area for delivery but for a few extra dollars they accommodated me. He got our stuff up FAST and made the process easy. He called me when he was on his way, and also when he got to our place and was again, just so nice. I am really happy with the moving service today! Darrell and his work partner helped me moving a king size bed and a mattress from Costco. The bed and mattress are pretty heavy. But They do things fast! I though "drop off" includes only drop off at first floor. They helped me moving them to the second floor bedroom without hesitate. Thank you, Guys. I used this service to deliver a couch set I purchased at Costco. The process was extremely easy to set the pickup at the store & schedule the delivery date to my home. The "real time" texting system they utilize on delivery day allows you to follow their movement & know your estimated delivery time well in advance, which is a huge plus. First, out of the five moving companies that I asked a quote from here using Yelp only Bringpro gave me an answer. I found an open slot for next day, booking was easy, and I could even apply a $20 off coupon. On the moving day two guys arrived on time in a nice uniform. I was sent text messages when they set off, when they arrived, and when they left at the end. These guys really know what they are doing, they wrapped all the furniture in foil and worked super quick. They were also polite and very friendly. The pricing is also straightforward ($2 per min, $100 minimum), no hidden surprises. The only thing I missed is a tip option before giving a signature on their mobile device. Bringpro brought the professionalism during our move on 3/26/18. My husband and I have the great privledge of living with my Mom for a few months while we rent back our new home. We hired this company to help us with a furniture delivery from the RH Outlet and they were awesome! We needed our purchase picked up from the store in 24 hours or less and these guys made it happen. They actually answered their phone on a Saturday and sent us confirmation within minutes after we called. They picked up our item without us even being there as soon as the store opened the next day and were super careful with our purchase, using moving blankets and all. The pricing was reasonable (cheaper than RH directly actually) and best of all, we weren't stuck with the two hour window issue like other delivery options. I am super impressed with Bringpro. I went to Costco to purchase a new couch, but I didn't have a car big enough to get it to my house. They told me about Bringpro and I'm so happy they did! For $79 (discounted from $99 for being a Costco member), they picked up the couch from Costco, brought it to my house, moved the old futon out of the way, built the new couch, and broke down all the boxes/trash to take away.
