Movers in Irvine, CA - Movers in Irvine, CA | Pro Movers Inc. Pro Movers Inc. provides professional moving services in Irvine, California, for households, apartment residents, property managers, offices, and businesses. Whether you are moving across Irvine, relocating elsewhere in Orange County, or planning a long-distance move, our team can organize the job around your inventory, addresses, schedule, access conditions, and service needs. Choosing the right Irvine moving company matters because every move is different. An apartment near the Irvine Business Complex may require elevator scheduling, loading-zone coordination, and careful timing. A family move in Woodbridge, Northwood, Turtle Rock, University Park, or Westpark may involve large furniture, stairs, garages, fragile items, and detailed placement at the new home. Moves in Great Park, Portola Springs, Cypress Village, Stonegate, Orchard Hills, and Quail Hill can require planning for gated access, HOA rules, parking, and truck positioning. Our Irvine movers handle local residential moves for houses, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, senior communities, and other residential properties. The crew can assist with loading, transportation, unloading, furniture protection, basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when appropriate, and placement of items in the requested rooms. We plan the crew size and equipment around the move details instead of treating every relocation the same. Apartment moving in Irvine often requires extra coordination. Customers may need to reserve an elevator, obtain building access instructions, protect hallways, confirm loading areas, or work within limited move-in and move-out hours. Sharing these details before moving day helps the crew prepare and reduces avoidable delays. Our apartment movers assist with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and larger apartment moves. Pro Movers Inc. also provides commercial and office moving services in Irvine, CA. Commercial moves may include desks, chairs, filing cabinets, shelving, computers, boxed records, conference-room furniture, inventory, and other business equipment. We coordinate the work around access, parking, elevators, building requirements, and the company’s preferred schedule to help limit disruption. Packing services are available for customers who want help preparing for a move. Depending on the job, our team can assist with full packing, partial packing, kitchen packing, fragile-item packing, or selected rooms. Proper preparation can help protect dishes, artwork, electronics, lamps, books, clothing, décor, and other belongings. For larger, delicate, or unusually shaped items, disclose the details during the quote process. Tell us about heavy furniture, oversized pieces, glass items, antiques, exercise equipment, appliances, safes, long carries, narrow stairways, or conditions that may affect labor, tools, crew size, or truck space. Accurate information helps us recommend a plan that fits the job. Our local movers serve moves within Irvine as well as relocations between Irvine and Santa Ana, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, and nearby Orange County communities. We also assist with moves between Orange County and other parts of Southern California. For long-distance moving, planning should address the origin, destination, inventory, requested dates, delivery expectations, and services needed at either address. A dependable Irvine moving service starts with a clear estimate based on real move information. When requesting a quote, provide the pickup and delivery addresses, move date or preferred window, home or business size, approximate inventory, stairs, elevators, walking distance, parking conditions, packing needs, and special items. Photos or a detailed inventory may be useful for jobs with substantial furniture or unusual access. Customers searching for movers in Irvine, local movers in Irvine, apartment movers, residential movers, office movers, commercial movers, packing services, furniture movers, or long-distance movers can contact Pro Movers Inc. through Yelp. We support homes and businesses and review each request according to its route, size, timing, access, and service requirements. Pro Movers Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured moving company. License information listed by the company includes CAL P.U.C. T-0190899, MTR 0190899, USDOT 2211293, and CA 0420718. Before booking, customers should review the written estimate, included services, scheduling details, and terms that apply to their move. If you are planning a move in Irvine, CA, send Pro Movers Inc. the details through Yelp. Include where you are moving from and to, your preferred date, the size of the move, and any packing, storage, residential, commercial, local, or long-distance moving needs. Our team will review the information and explain the next steps.

Movers in Newport Beach, CA - Movers in Newport Beach, CA | Pro Movers Inc. Pro Movers Inc. provides professional moving services in Newport Beach, California, for homeowners, apartment residents, property managers, offices, and local businesses. Whether you are moving within Newport Beach, elsewhere in Orange County, or preparing for a long-distance move, our team can organize the job around your route, inventory, access, schedule, and services. Moving in Newport Beach often requires more planning than a standard relocation. Coastal neighborhoods, narrow streets, gated communities, limited parking, elevators, HOA rules, loading restrictions, and high-value furniture can all affect the plan. Homes near Balboa Peninsula, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, Lido Isle, Dover Shores, Eastbluff, Harbor View, and West Newport may each present different access and timing considerations. Our Newport Beach movers assist with residential moves for houses, condominiums, apartments, townhomes, luxury residences, and senior communities. Services can include loading, transportation, unloading, furniture protection, basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when appropriate, and placement of items in the requested rooms. Crew size, truck space, equipment, and estimated labor should be based on the actual move details. Apartment and condominium moving in Newport Beach may require elevator reservations, certificates of insurance, loading-zone coordination, gate access, parking permits, hallway protection, and compliance with building hours. Customers should share these requirements before moving day so the crew can prepare correctly. Early planning matters when a truck cannot park near the entrance. Pro Movers Inc. also provides office and commercial moving services in Newport Beach, CA. We help relocate offices, professional practices, retail spaces, businesses and professional practices. Commercial moves may include desks, chairs, shelving, filing cabinets, records, computers, displays, inventory, and conference-room furniture. We coordinate around building access, elevators, loading areas, parking, and the preferred schedule. Packing services are available for customers who want help preparing their belongings. Depending on the move, our team can assist with full packing, partial packing, kitchen packing, fragile-item packing, closet packing, or selected rooms. Careful preparation helps protect dishes, artwork, mirrors, lamps, electronics, books, clothing, décor, and other household or business items. Newport Beach homes may contain oversized, delicate, designer, antique, glass, or custom furniture. Customers should disclose these items during the quote process and provide photos when useful. The same applies to appliances, exercise equipment, safes, artwork, unusually shaped pieces, long carries, stairs, narrow hallways, steep driveways, or limited truck access. Accurate information helps determine the right crew, tools, materials, and time. Our local movers handle relocations within Newport Beach and between Newport Beach and Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Tustin, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, Anaheim, and other Orange County communities. We also assist with moves between Orange County and other parts of Southern California. Long-distance requests should include the origin, destination, inventory, preferred dates, delivery expectations, and services needed at each location. A reliable Newport Beach moving service starts with a clear estimate based on real information. When requesting a quote, provide the pickup and delivery addresses, preferred date or date range, size of the home or business, approximate inventory, stairs, elevators, walking distance, parking conditions, packing needs, and special items. Photos or a detailed inventory can help with larger moves or unusual access. Customers searching for movers in Newport Beach, local movers, residential movers, apartment movers, condo movers, office movers, commercial movers, packing services, furniture movers, or long-distance movers can contact Pro Movers Inc. through Yelp. We review each request according to its route, size, timing, access conditions, and service requirements instead of using a one-size-fits-all plan. Jose, Sergio, David and Jose were Professional, on time, flexible, knowledgeable re moving specialty items such as sleep number bed. They protected our items well, and protected our home - no dings anywhere. They were efficient, clean, and friendly. The price was very reasonable.

Joe and Zeke were awesome with my move. I had 1 bedroom and a good amount of other items to be moved to another place. They worked well together, were safe and quick with moving and loading all my items onto the truck. They ensured that all my items would be safely delivered. They arrived at the new location and were able drop off my all items without running into doorways and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Pro Movers when searching for a reliable moving company. They were professional, had great communication, and customer service was excellent. Thanks Joe and Zeke!

They showed up several hours late with a truck way too small, no boxes, and no tools. It took 5 guys 5 hours just to move my stuff not including unpacking for a minimally furnished 2BR. They carefully wrapped plastic cups yet damaged furniture and appliances. They left many items behind, and I had to make multiple trips to finish the job. One of the movers also tried to flirt. During a move. No. Paid over $2k for this experience. The positive reviews don't line up. At this point, I'm requesting a refund for the damage and the incomplete job. If you've hired them, you should seek reimbursement too. Don't hire them.

      Large scratch and dent

See this is why you can't trust all yelp reviews. This place somehow has a bunch of great reviews. Yet my experience was honestly horrific. It started out with the drivers coming on time, which was great, one of them who was the foreman was friendly and personable, and the other one was extremely rude from the get-go . He was stomping up and down my stairs, being extremely negligent with my items and scratched and put dents in my walls in multiple places. When I approached the foreman politely to ask, if he could go a little more easy, he assured me that would be no problem. Apparently he spoke to his colleague, and that man felt the need to approach me directly. As a female and paying customer to me, it's never appropriate to have a male aggressively approach a woman asking. "is there a problem with me" in a tone that was like he wanted to fight. He proceeded to be extremely combative and argumentative and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked him if he could please stop moving my stuff because I didn't feel comfortable and he repeatedly touched my things breaking plants and so on. I was literally in tears because as a woman by myself with two strange men in my house with one being extremely aggressive, I felt super uncomfortable. I had deliberately sectioned off items that were going to storage and items that were going to my final destination to make the move smooth and efficient. I was repeatedly asked, which items were going to storage even though it was clearly labeled on the box saying "storage". No one paid attention to the labeling, leading to longer move time needing to sort once we arrived to the storage facility. When we got to my final destination, there was five or six items that were supposed to go to storage that I ended up having to go back to take myself at a later time. I was doing a lot of handholding and physically moving at the same time. The drivers got lost multiple times, even though I gave them specific addresses leading to again, a longer move time. Because of the unfortunate events of the situation, I was told that I would receive a "discount" which totaled a whopping $50. Wow! Thanks.. Overall, I paid $700 for incompetent movers. The name of this place should be "unprofessional movers." Never ever again would I use this company. Do not recommend!

Thank you to ProMovers inc You both made our move fast and easy. Tho we didn't travel far, it was nice to have two extra hands and for the time spent, got it done in 3 hours! Best bang for buck highly recommend these guys for your move necessities. Thank you and will definitely re-hire when I'm ready to move again.

Cancelled due to not showing up in confirmation time

Do not recommend. I booked an appointment and they never arrived. Very unprofessional

Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or care. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. Every item, no matter how big or small, was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and well worth the cost. It's rare to find a team that's fast, careful, and affordable, but they checked every box. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. I'll definitely be using them again for my next move!

I…read moreknow this job is incredibly physically demanding work - many crews tend to keep to themselves and focus on powering through, but they each made a thoughtful effort to introduce themselves, which created a friendly atmosphere. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. Rob and his team were truly a blessing to work with, I am hiring them again for my upcoming move. I look forward to working with you again soon!

Their team was top notch akin to watching a Formula one/NASCAR pit crew perform complex repairs during a race as they packed and unpacked items. However, they maintained a respect for all of our items, even the more fragile ones and thus balancing skill and speed all at once. I am truly grateful to Konstantin and the Orange Coast team as they alleviated a monumental amount of stress that moving typically creates. Only one bedroom had a bed, and the second bedroom just had a futon, so that seemed like a reasonable estimate. When the movers arrived, one of them worked at a normal pace, but the other moved incredibly slowly. What should have been a half-day move turned into a 13-hour job, and I was billed for every hour. To be fair, they did hit some traffic on the drive to the next city, but the final bill still ended up being more than double what the owner had led me to expect. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend getting a fixed, upfront price instead of paying by the hour. Based on my experience, the crew worked very slowly, took frequent breaks, and even went to lunch while still on the clock. Paying by the hour ended up costing far more than it should have.

I'm attaching a screenshot of this. Given the context, it reads as retaliatory and connected to this dispute, and it's left me feeling unsafe given that this account and the people behind it are aware of where I live. Completely unprofessional. Response to owner: I'm not going to push it further than this. Only someone who has a stake in this company or helped me move that day would have been emotional and sent that message. I doubt another company would go those lengths when I already did a one star review, they would more likely target your 5 star reviewers. I'm not going to investigate this on your behalf because your method to verify is flawed and no one is going to own up to the issue and tell me the truth. You also told me over and over again people do this so they can blackmail you into paying them to remove the review so you were implying I was someone like that. Yelp has safeguards for that so your excuses don't match. I hope you manage your team and your company better as this move and $1500 continue to taunt me and I hope none of your future customers experience this.
