Now I spoke to another copy place told them what I wanted and they happily explained what I wanted was not doable but were willing to help me find a solution. I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be.

I came in today for an Amazon drop off now that I know there is one and the young man stayed staring and not helping. He helped the first lady and then ignored me and decided to help the check out lane. Fine whatever but then when the line died he never helped he ignored that I was there standing with a big box waiting patiently, no "ill be with you right now". I had to wait for another employee to notice I was frustrated to help and even then she was rude. Don't work if your going to be acting like that. The worst staples ever.
