Really great sales team, perfect balance of persistence and professionalism. Unfortunately the performance of the printer and related service have been severely lacking, which leaves us paying well more than twice what we were paying for our run-of-the-mill-big-box-printer for a unit that does not support our small business adequately. After several attempts to resolve the issues, all resulting in varied levels of excuses related to 1. our macs 2. our internet service - we are left either paying $6k to get out of the lease or keeping the unit that works hit & miss at best, and costs well more than what we used to pay for maintenance & ink. Very friendly and helpful staffs. I have their printers at two companies I work for. Total of 4 units of Multi-function Business class printers. Knowing that these printers are taken care of by the knowledgeable people, even while I am away, I can concentrate on other things as an IT. Great price point, easy to use, works just as expected. They are always willing to help their customers, which I found it absolutely valuable. We have mix of Windows 7, 8, 10, and MacOSX, networked, RDP through the internet across the cities all over the place, and they all work just fine. I recently purchased a new Ricoh copier from Pacific ConnecTeq to replace our older copier that was at the end of its lease. Our Sales Rep Rob Scalfaro really took the time to analyze our needs and gave us some options that the other three companies didn't even talk about. The new copier has really reduced the time my office was spending on copying and scanning our customer documents. I really like that I can now send complete files from my copier to my server so everyone who needs to have access can access the documents quickly. I don't normally put reviews on Yelp unless I feel really passionately about a serviced I received. Pacific ConnecTeq has gone above and beyond my expectations. When Rob came out he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I told him the kind of work we do and was pleasantly surprised to know that the equipment that we need is so much cheaper that the one I thought we needed, and budgeted for, (scored me some extra brownie points from the boss). Before I had to purchase cases of ink from Amazon, now I don't even have to worry about it. They send me ink when ever I'm running low. The ink literally arrives before it's out, I don't how they know but it's pretty amazing! One less thing for me to have to worry about. Oh, and the amount that we pay every month is a fraction of what we were spending on just ink alone. I despised our old printer. It wasn't even that old and required maintenance at least every other month. I can't tell you how many times I've made an emergency run to Kinkos for prints. We have dead lines and our business literally depends on a printer. Oh, and if service is needed, we haven't ran into any problems yet, but they send a technician out same day and it doesn't cost me a thing. My only regret is not finding Pacific ConnecTeq sooner, would have saved me so much time and money. read more
