The employee shared that they would need an approval from enterprise but it should take about 40-45 minutes to complete the service. I arrived around 1:15PM where I was again quoted a 45 minute timeline. The vehicle was not taken back until 2:45PM and once taken back it took about 1 hour to fix leaving me in the body shop until 3:50PM. Based on previous experiences from other body shops, a process of an oil change should not take 2.5 hours. I was concerned with their quality of work as they had taken so long to complete the car. HOWEVER, I brought my car to their shop initially for a rotor and brake pad replacement. I picked up my car and only a few days later the car started making grinding noises. I took it back to them and they assured me that the brakes were fine. No issues. But the car continued to make noise. So I had them replace the wheel bearings because I thought this was the issue. Still the car was grinding. I finally took it back and asked them to look at it. They said "you must've bought cheap parts off Amazon" because my wheel bearing was busted again. In only a month. Well I was upset and stormed out and said "whatever man" because I was not getting the proper help and one of the mechanics followed me to my car and shouted at me "You GOT A PROBLEM WITH ME?!?" and he stood in front of my driver's side door and gestured at me to fight him. It was a scary and insane experience. The owner called me and apologized for the employees behavior which I appreciate but that was all. He then told me maybe I need an alignment. Well, the grinding continued and only got worse. So I took my car to Firestone auto care. They found the issue. They told me that the driver's side rotor wasnt properly tightened and they were surprised the wheel didn't completely come off. So the initial rotor and brake replacement I had done at Martinez and sons was the issue and when I took it back because of the grinding they simply told me "No, nothing wrong with the brakes. Everything looks good. I doubt they even pulled the brakes off because how do you not notice the rotor isn't properly tightened down. And because of this, many other things were damaged. I had to get resurfaced rotors, new brake pads, new wheel hub and bearings. In total I had to pay 1,400 dollars but now the car actually drives great. This is on top of the initial 900 I spent at Martinez and sons trying to fix THEIR issue which they didn't catch. I no longer recommend this place to anyone after everything I went through with them.

After putting the rebuilt engine into my car, the car would not start. He checked and rechecked all his work and found nothing wrong. He even took the time to call you regarding the issue. He then did a compression check on the rebuilt engine and found the camshaft on the right side to have been installed upside down. You barely acknowledged the mistake and did not pay him a fair amount for the work he had to do to correct. Now we went to replace the water pump and discovered that you never put a new water pump on the rebuilt engine. Instead the outside was painted to appear new. When he opened the casing it was obviously a very very old water pump. There is rust everywhere and the metal disks are almost nonexistent! I would recommend to anyone not to get anything from this company.
