In my last visit to a bigger chain nearly 3 months earlier, and they quoted me with a bunch of work that "all" needed to be done that would cost me well over $3k. Decided to give this place a shot, as it's down the street from my place and heard great reviews on Yelp. Jay was great and did a great job breaking everything down and reviewing next steps of what I could expect. After reviewing everything and taking my needs into account, he saves us over $1500 compared to what the big mechanic shop would charge us. Solid business and will definitely be taking my car to this shop for any big fixes or repairs.

I took my 2001 Toyota Sequoia here to get repaired after originally taking it to a Toyota…read moredealership that quoted me $7,500 for the repairs. That felt insane to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Technik instead. I am SO glad I did. I first reached out to them through Yelp, then hopped on a phone call with them, and they were able to take my car in the very next day. After diagnosing it, we were all pretty shocked to find out that what the Toyota dealership said needed to be repaired had actually been misdiagnosed. Jay was able to figure out what was really going on simply by plugging into the car and properly reading the diagnostics. We were honestly appalled that the Toyota dealership hadn't caught it in the first place. So instead of spending $7,500 at the dealership and most likely STILL not fixing the actual problem, Auto Technik was able to properly diagnose and fix my Sequoia for around $1,500. Aside from saving me a ton of money, everyone here was just so nice and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I felt like they were honest with me, explained what was going on, and genuinely wanted to make sure the actual problem was fixed. I'm seriously so appreciative of Jay and everyone at Auto Technik. After this experience, I'm really glad I found a shop I feel like I can trust with my car. I wish them nothing but continued success!

Chase even double checked the work before getting me on my way! I ended up changing my engine air filter along the way since I was there already. I was out of there in maybe a total of 35-40 mins from when I pulled in to pulling out! They were quick & efficient! I would definitely come back again because I usually go to my dealership but they have me waiting 3-4 hours sometimes which is crazy... even with an appointment! But they're reliable & keep my car maintained at its highest value so I trust them! But time is money & I hate to waste valuable time so I will definitely be back (:

This visit I was guided inside the bay close to the car in front being serviced so I wouldn't be sitting in the sun, very thoughtful. These are the kind of experiences that are non-existent these days, and the best part is that these are all young people which makes this even more impressive these days, I highly recommend that you chose this location for fast, prompt, and professional care for your car

The crew changed my synthetic oil, serviced the transmission, and then brought out my air filter like they were presenting evidence in a criminal trial. "Sir, have you seen this?" No, because apparently it had been busy filtering every dust particle in California since the invention of the freeway. Fair point. Air filter replaced. Then came the cabin filter. The technician showed it to me with the seriousness of a doctor reviewing an X-ray. "You're breathing through THIS." Listen, I've survived worse. The cabin filter and I have a long-standing relationship. We've been through seasons together. Road trips. Construction zones. Wildfires. I wasn't ready to end it. So I declined. The staff took it well, which I appreciated. No pressure, no guilt trip. Just professional service, good humor, and a transmission service that has my car shifting smoother than a politician changing opinions during election season. The synthetic oil is fresh, the new air filter has my engine breathing like it's doing yoga, and the cabin filter remains employed for at least another six months. Fast service, friendly people, and nobody judged me too hard for my questionable filter decisions. 10/10. Would absolutely return for another episode of "Things My Car Has Been Hiding From Me."
