I got pretty lucky & just drove up behind someone ending in 10-15 mins! So not a long wait to be seen & taken! Everyone was very nice & friendly. Xavier & Andre serviced my car! Chase the manager took down all my information & let me know the details of the inspection! They were very informative & helpful along the way! Chase even double checked the work before getting me on my way! I ended up changing my engine air filter along the way since I was there already. I was out of there in maybe a total of 35-40 mins from when I pulled in to pulling out! They were quick & efficient! I would definitely come back again because I usually go to my dealership but they have me waiting 3-4 hours sometimes which is crazy... even with an appointment! But they're reliable & keep my car maintained at its highest value so I trust them! But time is money & I hate to waste valuable time so I will definitely be back (:

This location in Ontario is by far the most courteous, professional location and although it is an 11 mile drive for me it is totally worth it. Last summer I was given Ice Cream to keep cool while waiting, how nice is that! This visit I was guided inside the bay close to the car in front being serviced so I wouldn't be sitting in the sun, very thoughtful. No, because apparently it had been busy filtering every dust particle in California since the invention of the freeway. Fair point. Air filter replaced. Then came the cabin filter. The technician showed it to me with the seriousness of a doctor reviewing an X-ray. "You're breathing through THIS." Listen, I've survived worse. The cabin filter and I have a long-standing relationship. We've been through seasons together. Road trips. Construction zones. Wildfires. I wasn't ready to end it. So I declined. The staff took it well, which I appreciated. No pressure, no guilt trip. Just professional service, good humor, and a transmission service that has my car shifting smoother than a politician changing opinions during election season. The synthetic oil is fresh, the new air filter has my engine breathing like it's doing yoga, and the cabin filter remains employed for at least another six months.
