Took my 91 Civic in had given them an exhaust to install (stainless steel) which quite wasn't for the vehicle. But he made it happen!!! Sounds nice and looked perfect!!! Thank you for your time and effort!!!

Had my catalytic converter stolen and was recommended by my neighbor. They were able to replace it right there at a good price.

Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. He came to the garage early in the following morning to inspect my car. He ordered the part and charged me under $1500, which was just amazing! I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around. So they helped me out so much (I'm tearing up just writing this) Upon speaking to his Dad, I found out Eddie works on his whole families vehicles.. from Benz to Beemers. That his Dad is proud of what he has built and even more proud of the type of mechanic (little) Eddie is. That they believe in customer service versus charging customers ridiculous prices. I live in San Diego California. I have no issues of having my vehicle towed to Enzo's garage to have any future work done on my vehicle. I am a customer for life and I'm telling the world!

Two months later I told him I was ready to go. He scheduled an appointment and finished the truck in 2 days like he said he would. I paid the price I was quoted and not a penny more. I found out later that the parts prices were a little more than he originally estimated, and he also had to spend more labor hours on the truck. Trying be fair and compensate him a little for the unforeseen cost, I tried to give him a tip. He wouldn't have it then he told me "they don't accept tips" I about fell over. This kind of integrity from anyone now a days is completely unheard of. The truck rides like new. Friendly courteous people in the office, great service, they do what they say, the quoted price is the price you pay (No surprises), the shop is super clean with the latest equipment. It was a pleasure doing business with Top Alignment I will definitely use them again and I'd recommend them to anyone who'll listen Thank You George C.

When I arrived, the front desk experience was immediately off. When I asked about pricing, I was met with an unprofessional response: "Didn't you already get a quote over the phone?" I simply wanted to confirm details in person and ask if anything additional might be needed. Shortly after, a technician took my van for a quick drive--literally about two minutes--then came back and said they couldn't do anything because the van has a 2-inch factory lift. This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would recommend they be more upfront with customers about their capabilities and improve how they interact with people in person.

Last Monday, my son's car was towed from Newport Beach to Tri Auto in Chino because it was making a troubling noise and was no longer drivable. Danny, the owner, diagnosed the issue immediately just by listening to the engine--even before using his sensor equipment to confirm the problem. As always, he fixed the issue quickly and got the car back on the road. We were incredibly relieved not only to have the car running again but also by the fair pricing. While we expected the repair to cost four figures, it ended up being only a couple of hundred dollars. I have been a regular customer for oil changes and routine maintenance, and every visit confirms that Danny and his crew operate with the highest levels of professionalism and honesty. This review is a sincere thank you to Danny and his polite, dedicated team for their excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Tri Auto to anyone in need of car service, especially for Toyota, Honda, and Lexus vehicles. Once you experience their service, you will be a customer for life. May God bless Danny, his business, and his family. Dan

If zero stars was an options, that's exactly what I would give this business…read more I brought my Mazda in because it's making a loud clicking noise that feels like the axle could fail at any moment. Because this is a serious safety concern, I thought I would have received a proper inspection, because I mean that's what a true mechanic would do. Instead, Danny drove my car in a small circle around the parking lot and called that his "diagnosis." My husband asked if the car could be lifted for an actual inspection. Danny said no he already checked it and there is nothing more he will do, even though the only thing we saw was the quick circle around the parking lot and yes there was a lot more he can do, but clear did not want to. He then told us to go spend around $500 on new tires and an alignment first, saying that's about what he would charge just to diagnose the problem anyway. In other words, he suggested we spend hundreds of dollars before even identifying the issue. The moment I drove off the property, the clicking noise was still clearly there and easy to hear. It's hard to believe a mechanic wouldn't notice something that obvious. After reading other reviews, it seems several people have had similar experiences where they were expected to already know what was wrong with their vehicle, and if the issue wasn't immediately obvious during a quick look, no real inspection was done. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop where the staff was respectful, professional, and actually performed a proper inspection. They were able to diagnose the issue instead of dismissing the concern. Because this involved a potential safety issue, I expected a much more thorough and professional approach. This was our experience during our visit and it was extremely disappointing. If you value your car or your safety, I strongly agree going elsewhere.

Since my vehicle was already there, I moved forward anyway. After the service, I barely used the vehicle, as I primarily rent a car for work. Following a period of heavy rain, I entered my car and discovered significant water damage in the trunk area. Clothing, paperwork, and personal items stored in the trunk were completely soaked, and there was a strong mildew odor throughout the vehicle. In the five years I've owned this car, I have never experienced any water intrusion issues. Ramona Tire is the only shop that has ever accessed the trunk area, which they acknowledged. I brought the vehicle back for them to inspect the issue. Over two days, I was told they "couldn't figure out" where the leak was coming from. When I asked whether the taillight assembly had been removed or inspected (as another shop suggested that area could be the source), I was told they were unsure. While Raul, the Assistant Store Manager, was polite and professional, there was a noticeable lack of clear communication and accountability regarding what was actually inspected. The Store Manager did not acknowledge or greet me during my visit. I am now paying out of pocket for additional diagnostics, cleaning, and potential repairs related to water damage that appeared only after their service. After already giving the company a second chance, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

The front desk woman was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. She took action right away and explained everything clearly. I even asked if there were any other warning codes or issues. She checked and told me everything was good--no pressure, no exaggeration, no trying to sell unnecessary repairs. Honestly, I was expecting to hear about "other problems," as has happened at many other auto shops, but she was completely honest. I was so impressed that I told her how amazing she was and even offered to leave a tip. She politely declined and said, "I'm just glad you're our customer, and I hope you'll come back in the future."
