Jiffy Lube needs to update their website. I wanted to get pricing on an alignment. Website asks to give car details including license plate and mileage to get an online quote. I did the whole process of inputting the car info and now it it says to call the store for pricing. I call the store and Jiffy Lube DOES NOT do alignments. What a way to phish for your car details . The website doesn't even give a disclosure on how my car info would be used . Too bad I have to give a minimum of one star on Yelp. I would not give any stars for wasting my time read more

I usually take my vehicle to the Ford Dealership, just because I like to keep a maintenance record, but when I'm not in the mood to make an appointment I can always count on these guys. Their customer service has always been good no issues there, the type of service I get is a bit on the expensive side but the guys here always take my coupons that's is great customer "first" type of service. The lobby is always clean and so are the restrooms, now that's attention to detail. If you are in a hurry come check them out, they are always happy to get you out of there as fast as possible. read more

Came here last week for a routine oil change. I was fortunate to get off work early, and thought maybe I could squeeze in maintenance for my car. I was working in Ontario, and searched on Yelp for a place to take my car. I found this Jiffy Lube, and quickly checked the reviews. The reviews looked alright. So I decided to give it a try. I pulled up at 3:30pm on a Thursday. Sat there and waited.... And waited.... And waited. There were three cars in front of me. I finally left right before they closed. It took over 2 hours for my oil change. They seemed kind of slow to be honest. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes and they were quicker. There was multiple times that I thought about just leaving instead of waiting for the oil change. It just took so long. 2 and 1/2 hours. I sat inside the shop room, it was hot in there because there wasn't air conditioning. There were ants inside the waiting room. Gross. Overall I got my oil change done. Just took forever. My car still has the honda oil filter on... hmmm... didn't know jiffy lube uses honda parts... they never changed the oil filter, freakn geniuses. Did They use synthetic oil??? I went to get my oil changed. The manager (OSCAR) also said I should get my tires rotated ($29.99). All together with a $25 gift card, I still spent $130.49, which isn't horrible but not great either. Then I waited and waited. It took 2.5 hours for my car to get serviced. Then I went home and realized that my front left hubcap was missing. I went back the next day and saw OSCAR again. He said there was no reason to keep hubcaps. I said "Yes, but you can make sure that your employees put them back on correctly." I acknowledged that my hubcaps were made of cheap plastic but com'on. He said he would call and try to get a hubcap for me and call and let me know. It's been 6 days and OSCAR still hasn't called me back. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. read more

Since there was no lobby staff after all this time, I proceeded to the garage area where what appeared to be one of only two employees tells me he is unable to do a Lyft vehicle inspection even though I had an appointment. He added that they don't like doing them anyhow. What a huge waste of time. By the way...haven't been to a jiffy lube in over a decade since I promised myself I'd never return after they let my car slide off the hoist bending the rear driver side tow bar. While waiting in mu car, one of the employees did tell me it may take a little bit longer as they are short staffed so there is nothing I can do about that, just didn't think the wait would be 1 hour. The employees are nice, umm basic service. I just annoyed due to the long wait and getting out of the car. I come to this location for all my oil changes and a few times for my breaks on my old car. Oscar is usually the one that helps me at the desk and he's very friendly. Never tries to upsell me on things I don't need, and makes the process super easy. There's a Starbucks in the parking lot so I grab my coffee and just chill. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 40minutes. And even that is pushing it. The team is very quick in getting cars in and out. The guys who usually show me my oil after the change are also super helpful. They answer my questions and reassure me that everything looks good. Honestly, these guys are so nice to work with and they always get my door for me when it's time to get into my car. I feel very comfortable coming here and really do trust the guys here to get my car taken care of. read more

Effing SCAMMERS!! On 11/01/18 I called and spoke with James at this Jiffy Lube location. I asked him how much for a cabin filter for my exact make and model. He told me $39.99 out the door after he put me on me hold for a few minutes to double check. He told me I could come in now and it would only be a short wait. I verirfied with him AGAIN that my make and model is $39.99 for parts and installation of the cabin air filter. I brought my car in and Matthew started the work. The cashier, Manuel calls me up after a few minutes to sign and said it was $69. WTF!!!! I told him the whole story and he said that was only the part and I told him NO WAY I verified on the phone 3 times it was parts AND installation. Then he said my make/model was harder.. AGAIN NO WAY.. I gave exact make and model when they quoted me the price, then he tried to say it was tax!! Sure scammers, when was the last time you charged $30 tax on a $39 job. Then when driving home my air wouldn't blow cold. My boyfriend had to get in there and take the panel off because the guy putting it back together NEVER RECONNECTED IT!!! I went to this Jiffy Lube with the intent of getting just an oil change. The technician explained to me all that needed to be done to my car and we communicated which oil I wanted put into my car. I assumed the technician was trustworthy and knew what he was telling me and giving me his true opinion and correct estimate on the services I expected done to my car. As I sat down after our discussion the total seemed incorrect for a simple oil change. I called my father and he agreed the price was way too much. I asked the technician to explain to my father what was being done to my car for this outrageous price. It turns out I was taken advantage of. I was told by the technician I would be charged $10 to have my transmission taken care of, but I was incorrect. Because of my gender and not having the proper knowledge of all the technical terms for my car. I was not only charged for an oil change, but for transmission services done as well. What I expected to be an $80 service turned in to a $250 service. The technician told my father it was too late to get the transmission work cancelled as it was the first thing they did. They knew they were scamming me all along. I truly was disgusted and ashamed that in this world today we are not all treated as equals and do not get full transparency and trust we expect when going into a reliable business. read more

However, if they ordered it, it would take an hour to arrive. Maybe that's the reason the business was empty and the customer before left. This jiffy lube has NEVER let me down. They also apply my coupons (even if I forgot one, they will apply it anyways). This establishment is always clean and the employees really seem to care about their customers. I have never had to stay more than 30 minutes (on a busy day).
