Excellent customer service here. I came in at the very end of the day and understandably was invited, in the most friendly and welcoming way possible, to return another day and I'd be taken care of. Before leaving, I mentioned my car's battery had been dead for months: despite his backlog of work the gentleman set aside what he was working on, ran a quick diagnostic and informed me that the car's memory had been affected, to drive the car for at least 20 miles more before I return or it wouldn't pass. This was done for free where others would have charged over $50. I returned two days later, was promptly addressed and my car inspected, lickety split, and at a reasonable price. I found a coupon online for my smog check for a great price. It's family operated. The station is right next to the gas station. The guys are very friendly, respectful and very handsome specially the one doing the smog check I think he might be Egyptian. This place is very close to my house so I figured, location wise this place would be great for smog and also the gas price is very competitive compared to competitor gas stations nearby. When I came here with couple of my cars to get smog, I also realized that Jay the owner is very kind along with cashiers(probably Jay's relatives) and they serve you quickly, on top of that, they have the best price for smog, I had a coupon and he gladly accepted that without any ifs or buts. I also saw that they perform services, I generally do my own maintenance but sometimes when I am lazy, I will certainly bring my cars here for service and also recommend my one of my relative who live nearby to visit Jay's DNV. I strongly recommend this place! I went in the first time to get the Special Smog Check from the DMV and unfortunately my car didn't pass-I paid $30, and he let me pay the other $10 for the test next time I go. That in itself was great because he honored the test price. J is nice, calm and understanding. Also something neat is they offer free Coffee Been coffee for their customers. Came here for my vehicle smog check. One person ahead of me - about a 5 minute wait. The mechanic, Jay, was friendly and efficient. He completed my vehicle check (I only needed the computer reading, not a full dyno test) in about 10 minutes. I downloaded a coupon from the internet - reasonable price and no hidden fees!
