Checking in was quick and efficient, they had three lanes where you pull your car up to and a sign stating what you needed to have before they came up to the car to take your info and put it on a clipboard. Leave your key in the car, then go inside with the clipboard to do the admin stuff at the front desk and let you know they'll contact you once the car is ready, and payment will be at the end.
