Thankfully, Daren took the time to double-check and realized the vehicle had already been smogged when the previous owner renewed the registration in February. UPDATE: I called the phone number listed to try and resolve our current issue and was placed on hold for 45 minutes while being transferred 4 times to 3 different "corporate associates" the final 4th transfer I was sent to a law office? What an experience it has been with this company. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I still have not been able to reach our agent and no other associates can help apparently only the assigned agent.
