This place is a joke. I got a notice my insurance was canceled and when I called to reinstate it they opened up a whole new policy! So I had 2 policies on the same vehicle. I continued paying on policy #1 and #2 was canceled due to non-payment. They then sent me to collections for a cancelation fee that was unpaid. AGAIN I HAD NO IDEA I EVEN HAD A SECOND POLICY! Adrianas Insurnace Commercial Customer Service by far is the worse there is. They have a so called manager that does not return text or calls, is rude, and does not have any idea what customer service is all about. They need to fire that "manager" DO NOT waste your time with this worthless insurance company and specially on the commercial side! read more

The auto draft info was input incorrectly. Went to location to have corrected. Explained my situation 3 times, she had a blank face, offered no solution ir apology. Very unprofessional, might be cheaper insurance but there customer service is major lacking. Will be looking for another company to do business with. read more

Went to Ontario office for a valid quote! I was addressed as spanish speaking already. I do not speak Spanish. I received a verbal quote, I address Thank you , I'll keep searching. 2 weeks later I gave a pilicy#, also a letter to confirm I was being dropped for non payment. Along with a different letter saying they were sending information to DMV. RUINED MY CREDINTIALS. What a fraud place. Taking innocent people for granted. They're hard up for money. This place is horrible I want everyone to know scarlet Rosales is so unprofessional she is lazy and doesn't do her work I went in then canceled the insurance 3 hours later she told me I will receive my money back however she didn't process it till 2 days later and is blaming it on someone else. Adiranas insurance in a BROKER and one I would never recommend! They simply do what you can do on your own without giving them a percentage of your money because they are a BROKER! The Custer service is horrible, the reliability it terrible and my suggestion is always calling insurance COMPANIES yourself to get a real quote and no games of HAGGLING! Call Geico, Mercury, AAA yourself, don't rely on a broker....again they do what you can do and really PROVIDE nothing but headaches down the line for you! Look up the BBB for yourself! read more

Quick and to the point, Stefanie an employee here, tried to charge my brother $220 for insurance with no tickets or any bad driving history to start for LIABILITY insurance for a 1999 Toyota. And also tried to charge 30$ for a reinstatement fee to clear his expired license when its free online. I sent him to Fred loya for 81$ to start and took care of the reinstatement charge for free. I paid less than what she gave him for full coverage for myself. She is funny should probably find a different type of job. Don't waste your money here. read more

So my HONEST review was taken down for "personal attacks" which I was only attacking the beast who attacked me in the first place. The point of reviews is for people to read REAL experience and I feel that by taking mine down is lying to you so I will leave out the bad words on this one but I will STILL keep posting my review. So bottom line is, these independent brokers are the worst. Especially the guys over at this office. You won't understand what they are saying, and when you ask them questions, they will put you on hold for so long they will either hang up or wait until you hang up. Lady in the front was not helping anyone asked me if I was going to make a payment I told her that I need a quote and she told me to go to her desk and had me waiting on her while she was doing something else. I was a insurance policy holder through Adriana's, I paid a very high insurance rate because I insured 4 cars and my daughter wasn't the best driver when she was younger, as she got older her driving improved and I still continued to pay a high monthly insurance rate. I finally had the time to sit down and address the fact that I was still paying a very high monthly payment. I called to inquire why my insurance rate had never gone down and was told that they could lower it by $20 dollars but I would have to cancel that policy and sign up for a new policy...... what! I decided to just double check what it would cost me if I changed insurance companies, so I submitted all pertinent information and I could not believe that I could get the same coverage for 150.00 less each month through another company! Figure it out that's $1800.00 less every year. Shame on you Adriana's, shame on me for having such confidence in my broker to think they would have my back! I guess they just sell policies! But guys don't let this happen to you. I was paying them for years! read more

I just want to say Adriana's is the worst insurance I ever came across. I'm glad I am out. For years I wasn't told..... I had no road side assistance or rental coverage and I was paying over $300 a month. When my daughter got in a wreck it was at least an $8,000-10,000 crash I only got 3,000 for it and with full coverage! It wasn't even her fault! Thank God my daughter made it out alive. It just goes to show all they want is your money and not for the customer! Heck! Even when I tried to call the adjuster I kept getting jumped around to 5 different adjusters and most of them didn't even answer me! Not once! Some customer service! If I could tell Adriana herself I would tell her what I think of her company! read more
