I already had an issue last year with freeway insurance when I was charged $1,000 for insurance and a broker fee I was never told about. I spoke with Yvette Acosta this time who said she can rewrite my policy and it would be cheaper. I was charged roughly "$500 for the month". As I was signing the documents and reviewing them I seen another charge at the end of this month for roughly 300, which is more than my old policy to continue it. That's a total of 900 to start it. I asked to call back and I looked into it further and saw that the new policy was more expensive. What they did was ask for AN EVEN HIGHER DOWNPAYMENT to make my monthly payments look cheaper. I called back and to my surprise she was in "meetings constantly" after taking my initial $500 payment. After multiple attempts to speak with her I finally got through and confronted her about it. I was told that the payment was $500 this month of May. She was never transparent/clear that I was going to be charged an additional payment of $300 at the end of May. She was rude and told me she did not know where "my math came from". She added everything up herself and saw that this new policy was indeed more expensive than my old one. I asked for my $500 back which they submitted a claim but now can take up to two weeks. Don't come here! Not worth the hassle. I wasted 4 hours of my day.

Unfortunately, I didn't keep up with my tax records as closely as I should have. I explained Liliana my scenario and she went straight to work. Liliana had me sent her everything tax related from receipts, to W-2's, IRS letters you name it. She meticulously organized everything by year. Which I know alone wasn't an easy task. Then she tackled the returns year-by-year. I can't count how many texts and calls where made back and forth (even during weekend off hours) we had to make sure everything was done right and properly accounted for. I was unable to change it and he's good he will make it look like helping you after finding out I'm not the only one looking for this man for same issues he will never reply to you i been trying for months.
