JOHN WILL SCAM YOU. If you had your tax returns done here, you've been scammed. Did you receive your return in the form of a check not from the treasury department? I challenge you to review the amount returned and compare it with the amount on your IRS transcripts that can be found on the IRS website. They shorted me nearly 600 dollars and didn't think I would be smart enough to look into it. In addition, it is also fraudulent to enter your bank info into the direct deposit section knowing damn well it wasn't the info I have gave you. A police report has be filed and the IRS has been notified. They are already under investigation for insurance fraud so don't even waste your time here. read more

As other people mentioned, I have an issue with my home insurance from Nationwide that purchased through Casablanca. I called Nationwide and found out that Casablanca only did one small payment entire time out of all my payments I did which caused policy cancellation twice. I even received bills from collection company multiple times. Also I asked them to cancel my policy, they never notified Nationwide. I contacted Casablanca many times but they never responded. I ended up filing an official complaint with the State. read more

SCAM company. I started my auto insurance by phone. 3 months later I got a letter from a collection company, as Casablanca didnt pay Nationwide the first months payment. It has taken me 6 months to get the refund from Casablanca and it is still not for the right amount. The people working in the office have NO CLUE as to what they are doing, they are very RUDE and SNOBBISH!!!!!! John Flores is very unprofessional and I would not recommend doing any business with him or Casablanca Insurance. John provided my daughter a insurance quote and we signed up over the phone, I provided him with my credit card information and we never received any confirmation. My daughter called him the following day and he told her the insurance carriers system was down and he would contact her. It's been over 4 days and we have yet to here back from John. We've been calling and texting and nothing. I even called and spoke to Julie and asked if the manager Unis Drayes could return my call. Twice now our payments made on our car and home insurance have not been submitted to the insurance company. (we have nationwide through Casablanca) The first time, we got a cancellation notice and brought it to Casablanca to verify they submitted the payment. They had not. When Casablanca finally put the payment in, the policy had cancelled. This cause a lot of issues that were eventually fixed about a month later. The second time, we paid to Casablanca our insurance with a debit card as we had previously done. Once again they did not send our payment to the insurance company. This was from Aprils payment and we are now ending the month of June and the issue has still not been resolved. I call Casablanca for help but never get a call back or i'm rushed off the phone when someone answers. I do not trust what he says and will no longer deal with him directly. He's a fast talker and makes you THINK he knows what he's doing, but at the end of the day it's all about money and not helping his customers with issues Casablanca created.
