I asked francisco about that $500 restocking fee the negative yelp review was talking about, he did not deny the negative yelp review but gave me a vague and unclear answer about it and said "uhh, yes, you would have to pay that fee" and the he was also mentioning a "$150 cancellation fee" in case we want to return the car. Cancellation fee, for what? It's not like we're financing the car, we were going to pay in full. I usually am the type of buyer who would ask more questions until everything's clear and both sides understand each other, but just talking to him about the warranty and return policy made me realize it would be a waste of time if i try to clarify stuff because it's already bullshit from the beginning. So if he sells you a car that SEEMS AND LOOKS okay, if it breaks down the next day, it wont be a hassle free return or a full-refund due to all these fees that don't make sense. I ended up not buying the car that i liked from their dealership. Like i said, nice man, nice cars.. But lacks better sales terms.

If you want to a very clean and well taken care of car he has hand picked it for his lot. I felt better about my purchase because the vehicle I selected had every service done at a Lexus dealer according to the carfax. - The test drive process was very easy, he made a copy of my drivers license and off I went with Felix the sales associate. Felix was very knowledgeable and professional. I was allowed to take my time but also test the power of the vehicle. - I opted to finance with the dealer and it was great , the owner fought for me over the phone to get the best rate with my 670 credit score. He finances with Ally bank the largest auto lender in the US. - I was allowed to do a pre inspection with an independent repair shop or service department before purchasing that was made clear to me. This is a no BS dealer and I appreciate that. Here's the advertised price add taxes, license & registration and thats it. Ariel worked on my car and when I got my car back I noticed a squeak or tapping like sound coming from the rear. I paid no attention and thought maybe they need to be broken in. I paid over $2,000 and about 4 months later the sound got noticeably louder but only when I went over speed bumbs. I went back to his shop and said I still have this weird noise when I drive over speed bumps. Ariel asked if I had my recipe as he couldn't "FIND" a record of one in his system (sure buddy) . I didn't think I needed it, since we both knew he worked on my car at his shop. He said all warranties are voided since it was over a year. I should him that I called 9 months ago and that's how long ago he worked on my car. I told him if it's something else I'll pay for whatever else needs to be worked on. He said he would lift my car and check it out. 30 minutes later he said he didn't see nothing wrong with my vehicle and that his work is good (sure buddy). He said let me show you what the sound is. In his parking lot, not on the lift. He started kicking my exhaust very aggressively and (was talking to me very aggressively as well) said when u go over a bump that's what's making the noise. I said OKaaaaay, whatever bro and left since he was being very None professionally. I went on a trip to Solvang with my family in my car and started noticing my car didn't feel stable on the highway. I figured maybe I needed to get new tires, or change my brakes and rotors. I replaced all that and took a friend to Solvang as I had such a good time 2 months prior. My friend noticed the sound and how my car would feel unstable/shaky. Solvang is a 4 hour trip, which I did twice. I took my car to the dealership to check everything including my suspension since something hasn't felt right and the sound never went away. You will see in the pictures that ARIEL did not bolt my stabilizer bar and the sound came from it bouncing off my dual Exhaust Pipe. He knew that's where the sound came from cause he was kicking my exhaust to show me where it was coming from. I don't think he even put it on the lift. This guy is playing with people's lives. He buys cars, mickey mouse fixes them and resales them. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHISTY MECHANIC. The dealership put the bults in for free as they said this was very dangerous and at higher speed could of been bad. Especially, being rear wheel drive. They also said the Struts in the rear that World Motors worked on are starting to leak. I don't even think he put in new Struts. I gave every opportunity for Arial to find what was wrong with my car. I was cool and collective when he was being an azs and unprofessional. It took everything in me to not confront this peace of work after finding out what he did since I had my family in the car and felt my car fishtail a few times. He's lucky nothing happened. Ariel is lucky I don't tell Sebastian and Ursula.

Lets be honest there are not a lot of things that I have known that are good to buy off Holt other than street tacos. I was not exactly what you would call an easy sale. I was also a bit strangely organized financially because of my type of business so I proved to be a bit of a challenge for them. Calm and collected they were never worried. Only me. I left this place driving an excellent car with great milage and what I would call no buyer remorse. Mostly because of the experience which I thought would or could get salted over time but it has not. There were a few issues with my purchase that involved the navigation and control module. Steve assured me he would help me take care of it and another minor issue was that the lights are so fogged up they hardly look they are on. Once I get to a place where I can drop this car off I will have it handled but either way I can say this. There is reason why this organization is 5 Stars. They do everything right. They have the cars you are looking for and more importantly the attitude needed to make a good experience. In sales its about the CAN DO attitude. I was frustrated and felt a bit hopeless and they made me feel like I mattered. Steve Knows Sales and the Finance Guy not only knew finances but also computers. My family has been coming here since our struggling origins. When I say struggles, I mean, we were a ONE CAR household. My dad would drop my mom off at work in the mornings and either he or my aunt would pick my mom up from work. We had a humble living and even with one car, we couldn't afford anything too new. The La Costa brothers were there to provide their automotive knowledge and extremely reliable recommendations. The cars we purchased from them throughout the years had no headaches. When it was time to afford to budget a second car into our household, it was legendary. We felt extremely blessed and fulfilled to have what others would imagine to be basic necessities. La Costa Auto Sales was a major factor in making that transition possible for their reasonable rates and reliability.
