Crooked Mechanic/sales man. Be Careful. Ariel is a POS! I came to get my rear shocks/Struts replaced. Ariel worked on my car and when I got my car back I noticed a squeak or tapping like sound coming from the rear. I paid no attention and thought maybe they need to be broken in. I paid over $2,000 and about 4 months later the sound got noticeably louder but only when I went over speed bumbs. I went back to his shop and said I still have this weird noise when I drive over speed bumps. Ariel asked if I had my recipe as he couldn't "FIND" a record of one in his system (sure buddy) . I didn't think I needed it, since we both knew he worked on my car at his shop. He said all warranties are voided since it was over a year. I should him that I called 9 months ago and that's how long ago he worked on my car. I told him if it's something else I'll pay for whatever else needs to be worked on. He said he would lift my car and check it out. 30 minutes later he said he didn't see nothing wrong with my vehicle and that his work is good (sure buddy). He said let me show you what the sound is. In his parking lot, not on the lift. He started kicking my exhaust very aggressively and (was talking to me very aggressively as well) said when u go over a bump that's what's making the noise. I said OKaaaaay, whatever bro and left since he was being very None professionally. I went on a trip to Solvang with my family in my car and started noticing my car didn't feel stable on the highway. I figured maybe I needed to get new tires, or change my brakes and rotors. I replaced all that and took a friend to Solvang as I had such a good time 2 months prior. My friend noticed the sound and how my car would feel unstable/shaky. Solvang is a 4 hour trip, which I did twice. I took my car to the dealership to check everything including my suspension since something hasn't felt right and the sound never went away. You will see in the pictures that ARIEL did not bolt my stabilizer bar and the sound came from it bouncing off my dual Exhaust Pipe. He knew that's where the sound came from cause he was kicking my exhaust to show me where it was coming from. I don't think he even put it on the lift. This guy is playing with people's lives. He buys cars, mickey mouse fixes them and resales them. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHISTY MECHANIC. The dealership put the bults in for free as they said this was very dangerous and at higher speed could of been bad. Especially, being rear wheel drive. They also said the Struts in the rear that World Motors worked on are starting to leak. I don't even think he put in new Struts. I gave every opportunity for Arial to find what was wrong with my car. I was cool and collective when he was being an azs and unprofessional. It took everything in me to not confront this peace of work after finding out what he did since I had my family in the car and felt my car fishtail a few times. He's lucky nothing happened. When you bring cars back in, that have to be repaired for some reason or another they'll partially repaired. They won't do really what it takes to do the job and I noticed that after I put my car in the shop that I purchased from them and had it checked out so be real careful going there that's all I can tell you when I recommend it read more

Hi everyone, I hate to be this person and feel like I'm the bad guy at the end of the day but my silence is over with and I feel like the world needs to know that there are some terrible people that fix cars and sell cars and people who don't not even need to own a business. Please take my advice and go somewhere else, do not get your car fixed here or even buy from this business. I had purchased a 2016 Audi a3 from the owner . And I trusted him and everyone made him out to be a good person, in the beginning our relationship was good everything was fine . I have bought used cars and when you get a used car it has a few issues because it's not new but when somebody is telling you the car is fine you believe it's fine but in this case it wasn't, the car was a ticking time bomb . I bought the car left and the car literally told me it was low on oil but I thought it needed an oil change.... But who sells someone a car and doesn't change the oil for almost $11,000 . I called they said bring it in I paid $145 for it got it done thinking it was fine . The car told me it needed oil every 2 weeks or less. Car finally misfired I took it to another mechanic. The other mechanic said there was a bunch wrong with it costing to get it mechanically sound almost $6000. Ariel lied to me. That is the owner. He told me to my face at his establishment that there was nothing wrong with the car that I was just anxious. Enjoy the car it's gonna last me for a while boom got my second opinion third opinion and found out he was a liar please learn from my mistake. Thanks to anyone who read my review. went to World Motors today. I had been told by my dealership that I needed new brakes on all 4 wheels. Ariel inspected my vehicle and told me my brakes were fine and wouldn't need replacing for approximately 20,000 miles. so I left with peace of mind and having saved a lot of money. This review was hard for me To write cause I honestly liked the owner. My son Purchased a truck in cash . The truck Was clean and listed at a great price . Truck was listed at $13,900 yet the paperwork says the truck was sold for $ 8500 . I get it you want to pocket that $5,900 cash ... but it made me Question his honesty & ability to Conduct business in truthful manner . Pros- great guy ! Very kind and easy going & they take care of the DMV paperwork Cons - -Fog lights don't work ( which I was Told would be fixed before the transaction went through) - brake pads were thinner than a slice of Lunch meat . So I repaired them on day 2 of owning the truck - both rear tires were bald ( metal wires exposed ) another purchase of things to fix on day 2 of owning the truck . Those are repairs I would Expect should of been done by world motors since they have mechanics on hand . - they forgot to give me the license plates so I had To Drive 60 miles one way to go pick them up On day 4 of Owing the truck . - Everything inside the truck was broken . Opened the console and the latch was broken , someone glued it on and opening it made it break off and it stayed open . Same thing with the change drawer. Two More purchases on day 5 of Owning the truck. Got a fix it ticket on the tint on day 6 so I paid $200 to have it removed (( there was two layers of tint on each window, took off the old stuff and replaced it with something lighter )) so far everything mechanically looks Ok with the truck . HORRIBLE!!! Purchased a vehicle from this guy and he stated "the car is ready to go, a little wash and she'll be good" LIAR!!!! 2 weeks later car broke down AT THE BANK trying to get the money for the next months payment. Also, taillights did not work and when replacing the bulb, there was a bottle holding the light. Odd ?!?! The car was down more then it seen the road. Fuel pump was bad. Spark plugs were bad. Coil packs were bad. Do I need to continue. More over, when you speak to "Ariel" on the phone, he does not speak professionally. He is rude and has no care in his customers needs. If you are looking to buy, Please I encourage EVERYONE to take the vehicle to an ACTUAL mechanic and have it get inspected PROFESSIONALLY. Had my daughters car towed to World Motors to have the alternator replaced after receiving a recommendation by a family member. Buyer beware!!!!!! Use caution when doing business with this company. My relative who is new to the US knows very little about car values. They sold him two cars within the last twelve months. - One was a 2004 Kia Optima for $4300 cash. We checked the Kelley Book value and it came in at $2400. They made a $1,900.00 PROFIT!!!! - The other vehicle is a 2004 Hundai Santa Fe purchased for $4,900. The Kelley Blue Value came in at $2,915 through private party. They made a $1,985 PROFIT!!! On this vehicle, my relative paid $3,000 cash and the balance in 3 payments. No receipt was provided for the cash payment at the time of the transaction. Total profit made from an innocent consumer = $3,885!!!! We met with the General Manager, Ariel, last week to attempt to negotiate a price adjustment. Ariel immediately began to call us profanities and kicked us out of the property. When asked for the receipt for the $3000 Hundai down payment, he refused and denied receiving the money. In addition, the company lied on the purchase contract by reducing the original purchase price. They have a Better Business Bureau (BBB) sticker on their entrance door and when we threatened to go to the BBB, he laughted and stated that the BBB had no oversight power over the dealer. In closing, please make sure you research the value of their cars, carefully review their contracts and always, always ask for your receipt. Rip Off Report ..... On June 2, 2012, Gary & Vanessa Fortson purchased the [2001, Saab, 9-3 SE] from World Motors Incorporated in the amount [$4,300] . When my family and I arrived at World Motors Incorporated, I Gary Fortson test drove the 2001, Saab 9-3SE. I noticed that the fuel gauge indicated empty. The owner (Ariel Verna) indicated to my family and I that he was driving the car from his home to work daily and it was a good car. I asked Ariel Verna if there was enough gas in the car to make it to the nearest gas station and he replied "yes". I drove the car to the nearest gas station. I gave the gas attendant $40 to fill the tank. But, to my surprise the 2001, Saab, 9-3 SE only took $10 to fill up the tank. Despite repeated attempts to repair the car by [World Motors Inc.], Frank's Transmission & Auto Repair and AAA Auto Repair. The 2001 Saab 9-3SE remains defective. The 2001 Saab 9-3 SE was sold with the fuel gauge not working, electrical problems, motor leaks and transmission leaks. Very nice in person. So-so on the phone. I took it in to have my car horn fixed on my Ford Explorer Sport. My horn was kind of a loud, heavy horn. They took it out & replaced it with a toot-toot horn, then it died the next day. The woman I talked to on the phone put me on hold & told me they didn't change the horn, but I know that a Ford Explorer Sport has a loud, heavy horn & the sound that came out after I took it to World Motors in Ontario was VERY DIFFERENT.
