I spoke with Matt and Pink by text extensively prior to going in. They were honest and transparent the entire way through. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Absolutely recommend, 10/10!

I wrote all the details about my…read morelast visit in response to their feedback request, and received zero response, so what's the point? The point is hopefully i can spread the word so others don't have to deal with the same issues. Today, I timely arrived for my 9:30 AM service appointment and Vera Sanchez checked me in. Never introduced herself, I got her name from my receipt. According to my paperwork Jayden Yagin was my technician. I came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, and multi point inspection. As my tire pressure was low, the tire pressure light was on. I pointed this out to Vera and she said they would check all of my tire pressure sensors. My requested service was completed and car ready so I got into the car and started the engine and the tire pressure light was still on. I drove off, then decided to return, got out of the car and asked the service folks about the light. They told me I had to drive the car a little ways and the light would go off. I did this- drove around for 15 minutes and turned the car on and off twice. Light still on. So I went back and spoke with Vera who was completely apathetic. She was looking for "Hector" the technician (paperwork says Jayden) but Hector was gone. Tamar, another technician, who had seen me return to the dealership twice already, jumped into action to assist. Within five minutes, Tamar was able to fix whatever needed to be fixed, should have been fixed originally. Thank you for wasting 20 minutes of my time, which is a common thread at this dealership "service" department. I will never buy another Subaru due to the complete lack of service and apathy all around.

Once I visited the dealership, I was able to take delivery of the vehicle within just two hours. Many thanks as well to Joseph, the finance executive, who made the paperwork process quick and seamless. Liz was incredibly patient and professional--she took the time to understand my needs, provided quick turnaround on details and pricing, and was flexible in helping make the deal work. At the dealership, I didn't have to interact with anyone other than Liz and Joseph, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience and outstanding service!

Citrus Ford refused to help me. Communication is terrible, as others have noted. They use middle men to make it difficult to get help. No one was rude to me, I'll give them that. But no one was willing to step in and make it right; everyone passively shrugged and said "yea that sucks" as if it happens to new Fords all the time. I guess maybe it does! I spoke with the service manager, a sales rep, one tech and all three assured me that it's absurd to expect a customer to cover a nearly $8000 power-train repair on a truck this new. I applied for Ford's "Goodwill Assistance" program but was told I do not qualify and that they couldn't tell me why. I was offered a $1,500 discount (the price they charged me to diagnose) IF I completed the nearly $8000 worth of work, but I declined to give them any more of my money. I walked away; they got $1000 and I got a truck that doesn't work. If you're a loyal, paying customer, this is what it gets you here: a defective vehicle, a runaround, and a massive bill with zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a dealership that actually stands behind what they sell. I won't be back, and I'd strongly encourage you to spend your money somewhere else.

I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, and he was extremely gracious and down to earth. After a…read moretotal nightmare at our local dealership in Victorville, CA, that left us carless for days, scammed with fake diagnostics, and charged over $1,000 for unauthorized work, we brought our 2025 Nissan Kicks down the hill to Empire Nissan for a second opinion. From the second we arrived, Steven Trevino was an absolute lifesaver. He was honest, deeply sincere, and highly communicative. Unlike our previous experience where everything was just shady "word-of-mouth," Steven and his team actually took the time to fully inspect our car and wrote down *every single detail* perfectly. They completely exposed the fraudulent diagnosis we were given elsewhere. Steven's technicians proved our steering rack was perfectly fine and instead found the real culprits: separated lower control arm bushings and a steering angle sensor error. Steven handled everything professionally, getting those factory defects completely repaired under our warranty for $0.00! (The other dealership Valley Hi Nissan, Victorville, CA) had forced us to drive on a failing suspension, our front tires were completely ruined, but Steven got us sorted out with brand new tires and a precision alignment. I had to write this today, it's been bugging me ever since leaving this establishment…read more I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Metro Nissan of Montclair, particularly with Service Manager John and the lack of empathy shown toward my 16-year-old son. My son brought his 2014 Nissan 370Z to Metro Nissan of Montclair for a routine oil change. The vehicle was operating normally when he brought it in. There was no check-engine light and no abnormal RPM/idle issue. Within two days after the oil change, the check-engine light came on and the engine began idling abnormally at approximately 1,000 RPM. He was on his way to his first day of school only to returned to Metro Nissan because these symptoms had not been present before the service. This is his only true possession. According to Metro Nissan of Montclair's own diagnostic assessment, the vehicle showed multiple fault codes across several control modules: * U0100: Lost communication with the ECM/PCM * U1000: CAN communication fault, appearing in multiple modules * U1002: CAN communication/system communication issue * C1109: Abnormal battery voltage Their technician specifically documented that the "POWER SOURCE IS SUSPECTED FOR CAUSING CODES." They also reported finding "EXCESS CORROSION ON THE POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CREATING HIGH RESISTANCE TO ALL RELATED CONTROL MODULES." According to the repair order, Metro Nissan cleaned the positive battery terminal, cleared the fault codes and test-drove the vehicle approximately six miles. They reported that the codes did not return. Here's where my frustration comes in. I understand this is a 2014 vehicle and older vehicles can develop electrical and mechanical problems. I am not claiming Metro Nissan intentionally damaged the car, nor am I claiming we have proven that their oil-change service caused these problems. But the timeline deserves a reasonable explanation. The car arrived operating normally for an oil change. Within two days, it had a check-engine light, abnormal 1,000-RPM idle and multiple voltage/communication fault codes involving several control modules. As a parent and customer, I believe it's completely reasonable to ask whether the battery was disconnected, tested, moved, jumped, charged or whether the terminals or any electrical connections were disturbed during the oil change or multipoint inspection. What makes this particularly disappointing is that my son is only 16 years old and is learning to take responsibility for his own vehicle and expenses. We paid the $215 diagnostic charge, but he understands that his car is his responsibility and intends to pay his parents back out of his own money. For a 16-year-old, $215 is not insignificant. What bothered me most was my interaction with Service Manager John. We weren't asking him to immediately accept blame or give us something for free. We were asking for some empathy, accountability and a reasonable explanation of how a vehicle that arrived without these symptoms developed them shortly after being serviced. A simple response of, "I understand why you're concerned. Let's look into what happened and see what we can do," would have made a tremendous difference. Instead, we left feeling dismissed, while my 16-year-old son walked away responsible for a $215 diagnostic bill for symptoms that were not present when he originally brought the car in for an oil change. His response "there is No way this could have happened during an oil change"! Customer service isn't just about changing oil or clearing diagnostic codes. It's about how you treat your customers when something unexpected happens. Unfortunately, that is where Metro Nissan of Montclair, and particularly its service management, fell short for us. You lost a valued customer!!

To make matters worse, I asked to work with the salesperson Traveron I had previously worked with months ago and was absolutely amazing , but I was refused and told he "doesn't know the product." The entire interaction felt dismissive and sexist. Women are fully capable of making their own financial decisions and purchasing vehicles without needing a husband's approval or involvement.
