The funniest thing about this is, I came to your team to buy a truck. Your team did very little work on this deal other than asking management if my offer would be accepted. After Frank Vera confirmed to my friend with 2 different emails that you still had the truck, your team seems to try and make people feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a vehicle. The sales representative told me that the price was negotiable only if I came into the dealership in person and mentioned a $1,400 anti‑theft device as part of the quote. When I explained that I planned to finance the vehicle through my credit union, I was told that Fiesta Motors does not accept credit‑union financing as a matter of policy. Because of this policy and the requirement to come in‑person just to discuss pricing, I decided this was not the right dealership for my needs. The experience led me to believe the process would be less transparent and less customer‑friendly than I was hoping for, so I chose not to move forward with a purchase at Fiesta Motors.
