Ariel worked on my car and when I got my car back I noticed a squeak or tapping like sound coming from the rear. I paid no attention and thought maybe they need to be broken in. I paid over $2,000 and about 4 months later the sound got noticeably louder but only when I went over speed bumbs. I went back to his shop and said I still have this weird noise when I drive over speed bumps. Ariel asked if I had my recipe as he couldn't "FIND" a record of one in his system (sure buddy) . I didn't think I needed it, since we both knew he worked on my car at his shop. He said all warranties are voided since it was over a year. I should him that I called 9 months ago and that's how long ago he worked on my car. I told him if it's something else I'll pay for whatever else needs to be worked on. He said he would lift my car and check it out. 30 minutes later he said he didn't see nothing wrong with my vehicle and that his work is good (sure buddy). He said let me show you what the sound is. In his parking lot, not on the lift. He started kicking my exhaust very aggressively and (was talking to me very aggressively as well) said when u go over a bump that's what's making the noise. I said OKaaaaay, whatever bro and left since he was being very None professionally. I went on a trip to Solvang with my family in my car and started noticing my car didn't feel stable on the highway. I figured maybe I needed to get new tires, or change my brakes and rotors. I replaced all that and took a friend to Solvang as I had such a good time 2 months prior. My friend noticed the sound and how my car would feel unstable/shaky. Solvang is a 4 hour trip, which I did twice. I took my car to the dealership to check everything including my suspension since something hasn't felt right and the sound never went away. You will see in the pictures that ARIEL did not bolt my stabilizer bar and the sound came from it bouncing off my dual Exhaust Pipe. He knew that's where the sound came from cause he was kicking my exhaust to show me where it was coming from. I don't think he even put it on the lift. This guy is playing with people's lives. He buys cars, mickey mouse fixes them and resales them. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHISTY MECHANIC. The dealership put the bults in for free as they said this was very dangerous and at higher speed could of been bad. Especially, being rear wheel drive. They also said the Struts in the rear that World Motors worked on are starting to leak. I don't even think he put in new Struts. I gave every opportunity for Arial to find what was wrong with my car. I was cool and collective when he was being an azs and unprofessional. It took everything in me to not confront this peace of work after finding out what he did since I had my family in the car and felt my car fishtail a few times. He's lucky nothing happened. Ariel is lucky I don't tell Sebastian and Ursula.

My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family.

We were on the hunt for an EV9 that matched our preferences, and came up against dealers unwilling to drop their dealer add-ons, unwilling to be transparent with numbers, and overall giving us bad vibes. Enter Citrus Motors Kia. A phone call from Walter and the manager and we were able to come to agreement on a brand new EV9 GT Line. We got there as they were closing up shop but the team stayed until we were ready to roll. Side note, this happens to be the second Kia we have purchased from this particular dealer. Last time, they were located elsewhere. The new facility on Guasti is clean and even the restrooms smell good. Cool decor, free water and coffee, a couple of vending machines, and comfortable seating are nice amenities while you wait. Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. Although Justin had been called to assist me, I overheard part of a phone conversation that made him seem uninterested in helping. I then went to get my daughter, since it is her car, and we waited to speak with someone. Fortunately, we were greeted by Oscar -- and he completely turned the experience around.
