When I followed the link to fill out the contact form you mentioned I saw this.

Comment regarding the Exton locatio. I can't comment on the hoagie I wanted. i stood at the counter. There was a guy dutifully fulfilling an order. The young person who was supposed to be working the counter was talking to someone eating their sandwich. I waited for longer than I cared to and I walked out. Happily, there was a location a little farther away. I drove there and the young person on the counter took my order. He gave me "sirs" was polite, suggested additional toppings (which was good because I forgot to ask for sweet peppers). As they say, you get one chance to make a first impression. This was my first visit to the Exton location. They lost this order and all my future orders over one poorly trained inattentive counter guy.

My kid had to spit out the meat because it was rancid! Look at the lettuce!?! I should get a full refund!!

We used to love this love this place. Unfortunately, they've spiraled downhill at an alarming rate. They changed their rolls and then new ones are cheap and the ones we got were obviously stale. The turkey tasted rancid; up all night vomiting! Look At the pic - brown lettuce!! So sad because they used to be really good. You know a hoagie place is bad when wawa sells better hoagies!! ** I gave them 2 stars based on their excellent customer service. The girl at the register was sooooo pleasant and professional!!

The Turkey Schwarzie- Turkey & Swiss with Thousand Island and Cole Slaw. Very good.

Let me start off by saying that this place is corporate-ized. Which I generally don't like. The prices are not super cheap but moderate. It took $10.50 to fill me up without and drink. This was the Primo size which is what I'd suggest if you are hungry. I got the Turkey Schwartzie and it was good. The standouts in flavor were the 1000 island dressing, which was superb, and the turkey, which tasted fresh and delicious. The bread was very hearty and good, but not great. Overall, the lunch atmosphere was inviting and casual. It does feel pretty franchise-y though. If that's not an issue for you, check this place out. My sandwich was very good.

We chose the patio for several reasons, it's a lovely area and we brought our puppy, (20 month old Newfoundland) for her first visit to our FAVORITE restaurant. She was well behaved too. We were greeted by Julia, our server, who immediately provided a large container of fresh water for our Lizzy Lou. Julia was very attentive and so pleasant. Made us feel like family. Samantha, one of the talented bar staff, made me a delicious spicy margarita, it was on point! My husband had a Grapefruit Crush, one of his favorite cocktails there and he was pleased as usual! As long as our pup was enjoying the shade provided by the big umbrellas we ordered food. We both decided on burgers, Turkey burger and the CH grille burger. Made just as we ordered! I am all about presentation, I know they were burgers, but the way they presented with the variety of layers and the rolls with grill lines on them, made them look extra appetizing. DELICIOUS Our visits to this Chophouse Grille in Exton is always a huge treat for us. The managers always make it a point to check on us, they are so very special. Thank you Mo, Natalie and Lexie ( sorry we missed you Katie) The servers there are amazing, we just can't thank them enough for making us feel so much like family! We loved the decorations in the restaurant too, seeing all the local dog portraits on the wall while we were waiting for our table was enjoyable. The food was incredible. We recently moved to Exton and haven't really gotten a chance to spoil ourselves, and White Dog was a great place to do so. We started with the Mushroom Soup, Oysters, and Artisan Cheese Board. All were delicious! One of the things I loved most were the portion sizes. For the price it was only a touch expensive, but for good reason, the entrees were delicious. My girlfriend got the Salmon, I had the Seafood Bucatini, and textures were masterful. The contrast between the tenderness of the shrimp/scallops and the broccoli rabe/parmesean crisps made each bite a truly special experience. I'm going to be dreaming of how light yet flavorful the sauce was too!! The GF is telling me to stop typing but I could go on and on about this meal. Thank you!!! We will be back

I'm really not sure how they manage to find so many people who are completely indifferent to their jobs spread over such a large area. We arrived right on time for our reservation and checked in with the hostess. The place was 3/4 empty so seating should have been fast, but she ignored us, fiddling with her computer for 4 minutes before bothering to pick up menus and lead us to a table... in the bar. The waiter was nice, but he was never around when we needed him and it took 15 minutes after us being seated before he even asked us about food. At one point my daughter needed to use the restroom but we didn't know where it was. I couldn't see the waiter, so I walked up to the bar, only to have the three people there ignore us, even though one was looking right at us. Bill was over $300 for three people. 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 drinks, a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card, and 5 separate people who didn't seem to care about their customers. Ridiculous.

It's tough for these types of restaurants to really stand out and distinguish themselves. They have to pretty much be doing everything right. The place is fairly cozy - read small. In fact the bar of the same namesake right next door is actually twice as large as the restaurant. The place is done up to be slightly upscale in terms of decorations and table settings. As for the food, we were there on a Friday night and it turns out they have a buffet on Fridays. It smelled good and the price was right so we opted for it. For starters they had mixed greens salad which was fresh and delicious, a mozzarella salad, breads and chilled shrimp. The chilled shrimp where the medium-small size and they had a really off/chlorine taste to them. Fortunately I only took a few of the shrimp. For entrees they had a cook to order station with choice of pasta, toppings and sauces. They also had a chicken dish, tilapia in a butter cream sauce and prime rib. The sides were mashed potatoes, squash and a few other typical sides. The pasta was so-so. The chicken was the same. The big stars of the night were the tilapia, the prime rib and the mashed potatoes as all were delicious. My wife even commented that the tilapia and the mashed potatoes were amazing. The desserts were in a word, horrible. It was painfully obvious from just looking at them that they were the mass manufactured type (you know, the kind that taste like Little Debbie) and not at all fresh. We sampled a few between my wife and I but were disappointed by it all. The service was half decent and friendly, though not exceptional. Our server was MIA at various times which for how small the dining area is and how empty it was when we were there is a bit ridiculous. Another strike was that the first wine glass I was given had obvious lip marks on it. YUCK! This is a fairly benign place that I think wishes it was more than it is but just doesn't have the tools to quite get there. I would really be curious as to what items from their regular menu taste like but I doubt we'll bother going back just to see.

Welp better late than never. I came across this chill, cozy, comfortable restaurant that offers way more than a chat and chew environment (which unfortunately the Exton area has more than enough off so this spot is not only welcome. It is needed!) And just so we're clear the K -BBQ as it reads on the physical sign is the same restaurant as O2 K-BBQ found in a quick Google search. The physical sign and the name that appears on the web don't match. I confirmed this with our hostess. It was previously a Red Robbins and now makes for a nice date night for its energetic vibe that offers a friendly yet playful atmosphere. Yes there are grills at each table for you cook the most delectable meats. I'm talking brisket, steak, ribs, pork belly, and if it's your thing intestine, and abomasum. I recommend trying the Spicy Tofu soup as one of your sides which deserves a chef's kiss for its robust flavor and perfectly cooked tofu Another excellent side was the Gyoza which was a mouth sensation with or without the sauce. Add to this attentive staff who ensure your grill top is switched out with a clean one so your food is cooked to satisfaction and you have a different Exton restaurant experience. Plus this spot is open until midnight Monday through Sunday....in Exton, Pa. Check it out especially if you live close to Exton looking for an evening out that last beyond 9pm.

The dining room was extremely hot and filled with smoke the entire time. Everyone at our table was sweating throughout dinner, making the experience very uncomfortable. The service was equally disappointing. Servers would come by to ask what we needed or take orders, but nothing would arrive. Their explanation was that they were busy, yet the restaurant wasn't even full. At one point, we were told they didn't have spoons available for the soup because they were busy. It's hard to understand how a restaurant can run out of something as basic as spoons. To make matters worse, the first item we ordered--a simple miso soup--didn't arrive until we were practically ready to leave. Since this is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, timely service is essential, but our second order of meat took 20-30 minutes to come out. By the time it finally arrived, we were already getting full from sitting around and waiting. I've been to many all-you-can-eat restaurants and have never experienced delays like this. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere, lackluster service, and excessive wait times, this was a very frustrating dining experience. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this restaurant.
