Filet Mignon with garlic mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious

We had a great family dinner here last weekend! Fresh food and great service! Had a very calm and relaxing evening as we indulged in steak, lamb and desserts! From the filet to lamb lollipops, everything was great. Will be visiting again and highly recommend for families as they were very kid friendly :)

Had a delicious happy hour experience at Prime before some pre-holiday shopping. My dirty martini was mixed perfectly and the burger on HH menu was giant (and delish). I love that HH menu items aren't a smaller version of the main menu but truly the same item at a value. Our server was on top of everything and very professional. Will definitely be going back!

We visited on a Thursday night for dinner, with a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, and it was a good experience. We arrived and were seated right away, the place was maybe one third full. The waiter stopped by, took drink orders and explained the menu and specials. The cocktails were refreshing. We begin with a couple appetizers and salads; Deviled Eggs, Bone Marrow, French Onion Soup, Potato Soup, and a Wedge Salad. These were all well prepared and tasty. From there we had a Porterhouse, a NY Strip, the Steak Sandwich and 2 kids meals. The steaks were cooked perfectly and no complaints with the rest of the meals. The service was very good, with one exception. My wife ordered the Potato Soup. The waiter brought out 2 French Onion soups instead. We pointed out the error, and he almost began to argue (all of us heard her order Potato, she hates onions), but then he took the bowl back. He then brought out the smallest cup of soup I've ever seen, maybe 2 tablespoons. When the check came, it was listed as 2 French Onions soups at $15 each. It was late, I was tired, I should have argued, but didn't, oh well. Overall, nice place for fine dining, with one unfortunate incident.

1/2 of the prime rib dip, plenty for a light meal.

It was Christmas Eve and after chasing down a few last minute items we decided to relax and enjoy Happy Hour at Prime. Great decision. Although the bar was extremely busy the service was friendly, efficient, and fast. It was a real testament to the staff how unfazed they appeared despite the number of orders they were processing. We decided to share the prime rib dip, which considering the portion size turned out to be a smart move. Great sandwich, plenty of prime rib and a good balance of caramelized onions. The fries were so well done that they deserve an entire review of their own. In summary it was the perfect steakhouse experience.

    After dinner surprise from Micky!

Great food and awesome customer service, Micky, is the best! Ambiance was warm and inviting.

This was our first time here, and it exceeded our expectations! The steak was cooked to perfection and the flavors were amazing. While the interior could use a bit of an update - the chairs looked a bit worn out and could be replaced or refurbished - the location is great and parking is convenient and our server is kind and approachable

My sister picked out this local steakhouse for a family dinner on a Sunday night. She had a reservation and got seated right away. We also appreciate the free parking with validation. Restaurant isn't big but clean & rustic. Love all the wood & ambience. Our gentleman server was AMAZING and hilarious. He engaged with my 5 year old and made all of us laugh. Definitely made our experience so enjoyable. Prices are decent for great seafood & steak. We were impressed! My husband loved his steak & frites. Steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered the fish of the day.. fresh halibut w/black rice & spinach. It was amazing and all went together nicely. We ended up ordering three desserts: espresso creme brulee, key lime pie & cookie skillet w/ice cream. DELICIOUS! All three hit but key lime pie was my fav. Affordable price at $11/each too! Highly highly recommend this steakhouse! Wish we lived closer so I can try other dishes. Can't wait for our next visit!

We visited Prime for a celebration dinner recently and had an excellent meal. It has more of a casual atmosphere for a steak place, but the food is really good. Service was nice and fast (and they were particularly good filling water glasses and clearing plates). It is not a big wine glass, but they have some good Washington reds and we ordered one. For appetizers, we had the bruschetta. This had great tomatoes and I loved the garlic crostini. For the steak, I had the tomahawk (which was a bone-in ribeye). It normally comes with something called a cowboy rub, but that included coffee which was not of interest. The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly at medium rare and very flavorful, just wonderful. I ordered this with the baked potato--make sure to get this with cheddar cheese and bacon. We also had the mushrooms and asparagus--both those were excellent as well. Then for dessert, I split the flourless chocolate cake. This was good, but was elevated with great ice cream and then caramel sauce. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The food was fantastic! We started with the baby greens salad and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice blend of flavors. I would have liked to get more of the goodies (strawberries, cheese) but it was still great. The lamb chops are a must! Cooked perfectly and not overdone. I got a 8 oz filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes. I haven't had steak in over a year because I like my steak medium and had to wait to have my baby to truly enjoy a great steak. This was the best steak I've had in a long time. The service was nice. Our waiter was kind, but I did notice he did take longer than what I would have expected. We went during lunch and it was pretty empty. Other than that, the place is clean and a very friendly atmosphere.

Prime rib dip! Best I've ever had.

Came here for a lunch meeting and didn't want to get a heavy steak. Noticed there was a prime rib dip sandwich on the menu for a decent price. I was absolutely amazed by how delicious this sandwich was. It had some caramelized onions and a very light amount of horseradish already applied to the bun. It was as if they knew what I wanted on my sandwich. Each dip into the au jus was as if an angel were diving into a lake. The sounds of the church choir in the back of my head pressed on with each bite of this amazing sandwich. I was amazed and yet so happy with this piece of sandwich perfection. Absolutely the best Prime Rib Dip sandwich I've ever had in my life. Great job Prime Steakhouse!

When we got there at 11:40am, we checked in and the staffer said it would be approximately an hour to hour and a half wait on top of our already 25 minute wait. Whoa! We didn't know these were typical weekend waiting times. My MIL was willing to wait so we took off and came back in an hour. At that time, they were able to seat our party of three at a table outside. So, it took us about 90 minutes total to get seated. Note to future diners to get on the waitlist early if you're coming for weekend brunch!!! You use a QR code to order from an online menu. Liked how detailed the menu was and how we could remove or add ingredients. With my dairy and eggs intolerance, this comes in handy. My MIL ordered Eggs Benedict, I got the smoked turkey sandwich on focaccia, and my hubs got the chicken sandwich on focaccia. Our sandwiches were packed with lots of deliciousness, but my MIL's English muffin was toasted so hard she couldn't even cut through it with a steak knife. So she sent it back and she also asked for her poached eggs to be cooked harder. The staff member was apologetic and said no problem. It took a while to cook it, but when she got her remade Eggs Benedict, she really liked it. We split a slice of apple bread which was delicious. So happy it was dairy free! My hubs also enjoyed his London Fog. My MIL got a huge slice of coconut cake to go and loved eating it later, telling us it was very moist and coconutty. It was a bright day with nice weather and was a perfect time to try out DERU Market. Even though it was very busy, all of the staff were friendly and attentive. They worked like a well-oiled machine. We definitely want to come back and try more of their dishes, pizza, and desserts.

Even though we had a reservation for 12:00 PM, our group of six had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. When we finally got a table, they put us in a small booth meant for four people. I asked for a bigger table, but was told all larger tables were reserved--yet many stayed empty the entire time we were there. We brought flowers for the celebration, but there was no room for them because the table was so cramped. When we asked if there was a vase or bucket for the flowers, the hostess seemed visibly annoyed, just like she was when we asked about changing tables. Our waitress, however, was wonderful and did her best to make the experience better, which we really appreciated. We were also told that we had to leave by 2:00 PM because of an event, but it seemed like we were the only ones asked to leave, and no event ever happened. To make things worse, the doors were left open, making it freezing cold inside. We were so uncomfortable that we left after only an hour to go somewhere else and warm up. I'm very disappointed. After years of coming here, I expected much better service, especially for my birthday.

While there's a street door, main entry is via the hotel lobby. We parked in hotel parking under the building, for no charge. Your mileage may vary. The vibe was very "hotel restaurant" - but we could see that with the lights dimmed if would be softer and cozier. We were not disappointed - it was pleasant and bright and clean. After looking at the menu we opted for a couple of pints of Mac and Jack's African Amber and three shared plates. Our server, Chett, was awesome - super attentive, made good suggestions and was on point in taking care of us. Checked in between plates and promptly removed the prior before delivering the next which was very welcome We started with the Ceviche Tostadas, which were delightful. Seriously this may be the optimum way to eat ceviche and this was the best I'd had since last I was on the Gulf Coast Next was the Caprese Salad, made with fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes. It was very good, with the pesto and extremely good balsamic adding just a touch of sweetness. Last was the Classic Italian Meatballs. The house made marinara was spectacular - not too sweet and not too spicy, just right. The meatballs themselves were plump and juicy, holding up well to the marinara. The grilled bread was perfect for soaking up the dribbly bits. For desert we wanted the Ube Crème Cronuts but sadly they were out, so we opted for the Cheesecake Tower. There was no "tower" in evidence but the cheesecake was competent with a spattering of strawberry chunks and some blueberries. A nice ending to the meal Highly recommended, particularly if you're a guest in the hotel.

When Archer opened years ago, we became regular customers, and Archer became among our top three favorite hangouts. Recently, there have been significant and disappointing staff changes. We walked in a few weeks back to find that some of the staff that helped us for years, were not there. We figured there were schedule changes and that we would come back another day. A week later, we entered and again saw the bartender was not there. We contacted the former employees and were told more disappointing news that they either were terminated or resigned. The hotel relies heavily upon travelers to promote their location. The bar/restaurant relies upon them too, but more importantly relies upon the locals to promote the business. Since they only had 3 things on their brunch menu, we opted for the restaurant week menu. We tried the shishito peppers, poutine, tomato soup, burger, spaghetti, lemon tart, and a pate choux. A 3 course was $35 which is reasonable (portions were pretty small so easy to finish). The highlight were the tempura shishito peppers; the aioli that came with the peppers was delicious and the peppers themselves were hot and crispy. The poutine appetizers was unfortunately disappointing (very meaty, actually no curds at all and large soggy potatoes). The entrees took awhile to come out which wasn't a problem since we were just socializing. The burger was decent; it came with a goat cheese and the soup was good. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the pasta; portion was very small and it was very very salty (and had capers on top which did not help). We ended up getting our desserts to go since our group was heading to the wineries and tried them later. We did enjoy the dessert. The lemon tart portion was very small but tasty and the pate choux was also good too, so I would recommend the desserts here. I think this place is great for large groups and had a pleasant experience overall, but the rating is for the food alone which I was unfortunately pretty disappointed in.
