    Seafood Ciopino

If you happen to be Redmond WA area, check out this restaurant! They have new chef and just added this wonderful seafood cioppino on their menu. The lobster broth is tasty and has a perfect kick of spice. Clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops are also in good portions. Served with sour dough toast! My favorite soup so far! Delish!

Attached to the Hilton Garden Inn, this little breakfast nook was a fun little find. Decorated with a fresh, clean aesthetic, located in the heart of Redmond, it's convenient and open on non-guests of the hotel. The Classic Breakfast was average. Nothing over the top but, cooked to order and the bacon was nice and crispy. The French Toast had a good amount of strawberries and blueberries and the batter was just right in the bread. The oatmeal was served as ordered...with almond milk and no raisins. Because this is a hotel restaurant, complimentary tea and coffee is in the corner of the restaurant. Overall, it was a decent experience and a great breakfast option for in-house guests.

3-egg omelet. Chicken sausage. Whole wheat toast. Everything tasted fresh.

The burger and fries were fine. I came during happy hour so the food wasn't too expensive, but I know the appetizers are pricey.

Service was good. Prices like a hotel (which means a bit high). Food was overall just ok.

Breakfast was simple and a smaller portion. The potatoes stood out as above the Denny's level, but the eggs Benedict was average.

It's at the corner of one of the buildings. Dark, mid sized interior with some cool neon lights and light up marble pattern bar counter. Not very busy when I went at happy hour/dinner time on a Friday night, but the place is busier later at night on Friday/Saturday during the warmer months. Sometimes they have events and DJs. Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while.

They were salted appropriately and they were a nice appetizer before we got our sushi. Our server was quick to check up on us and made sure to come by regularly to fill up out water and to make sure everything was good. They had a good personality as well which I appreciated as I was able to joke with them. I also liked that other servers would even stop by if they noticed a finished plate as well. Very nice! My friend and I decided to get some items off their happy hour menu. We got a couple of rolls and some sashimi as well. Everything we got as very tasty. While I loved the huge ice ball from a decor standpoint, I would have preferred more cocktail as I felt like I was shorted. I ended up drinking three (guess they got my money) and I think the three equaled one normal sized cocktail. I'm not a big drinker either, so the fact that I had no buzz whatsoever helped prove these were tiny tiny drinks. But they were VERY tasty and a beautiful pink color. Noise/ambiance: The music didn't fit. It was loud techno music and it was distracting. I heard the next table comment on how they didn't like it as well. My maki rolls were okay. Honestly, I thought they'd be better. The royal casino I got was coated in the shishito peppers, which didn't have much flavor. I wish the peppers had been marinated or given some flavor or a sauce. It isn't a roll I'd recommend. My other two were okay.

Safe to say that everyone loved it and now I'm getting ready to book another party after multiple requests. The food is 7/10 - I loved the fried pickles and I had a couple wings which were good, but I'd try something different next time. Others ordered sandwiches and other sides and seemed to like them. The service was great as the KJ got all our names added to the karaoke list before he even got his set-up running. We also had a great server (I forgot his name - so sorry!!! I think it might have been Ian??) who started us off with a couple food orders and our initial drink order. The expectation was set for us that we would get a better experience going to the bar whenever we want another drink/add more food to our tabs. I love that they were honest about this from the get-go because it gets CRAZY crowded on a Saturday night and our tables were adjacent to the dance floor. Excellent people-watching entertainment. Karaoke starts at 8pm, our party got there at 7pm. Karaoke process here is that the KJ puts your name on a list, you give him your song when it's your turn, your name stays on the rotation until you tell him you're done. There are A LOT of names in the rotation. I sang my first song at 8:15 and my second song after midnight, everyone in between only sang once. Get there early if you want to sing early.
