The food (3/5) was okay. We came because we use to vacation in the area. I would not order what I had. The Italian night special seafood linguine. The noodles seemed fresh, but they also seemed to be cut into smaller pieces. My partner had the burger and he said it was good. The service was 2/5. As we ate we saw a couple come sit down and got ignored, and left. Our server seemed fake, unhappy and felt like she didn't like me. Which is not how you want to feel when you're going out for date night. The ambiance- 4/5 I love the decor and music is good.

So, my partner and I went for dinner here last Saturday night. We had reservations which was good because it was very busy. The host seated us right away, however we had no service (or acknowledgment) at over 15 minutes. Not even a glass of water. We had to ask the host to bring. And took the opportunity to ask for beers too. It just seemed like we were invisible, although staff was chatting with other customers for long periods of time. Perhaps regulars. The truffle fries were great. Period. Highly recommend. The signature burger and fries, just ok. The Burrata salad nothing to speak of, was very cold. And so small. To be honest, not worth the money for what we were served. It's a lovely place in terms of ambiance to be sure. Of course we know it's been a tough few years in the restaurant business, but it was disappointing and too expensive. I'm sorry to say. Staff were very pleasant and as always we tip generously. We would return for drinks at the bar, but not to eat. Other than the TF.

Customer service: Great staff members, kind and friendly. They made sure everyone on the table was satisfied. Food: The food was good. My steak was served medium well instead of medium rare. But they were willing to correct that. The potatoes and veggies are meh...however the vegetable soup was excellent. Atmosphere: Great decor. Very classy and clean. Parking: decent parking spaces around but you would have to pay for it. Overall, I had a good time here. Prices are fairly okay.

First visit to Prime Seven Nine. Well pleased with the experience. The service was excellent. We were carefully walked through the menu when they found out I had allergies and needed to eat gluten free. The menu came with multiple choices. The food was fast, and the food was cooked perfectly and even the vegetables left me wanting more. I ordered the steak and seasonal vegetables. The steak was cooked to a perfect rare, and veggies were perforce and seasoned with a little parmesan and garlic. I wanted more. Delicious. I'm not a dessert person but tried a bite of the gluten free turtle cheesecake. Also known as a cheesecake. One of the better ones I have had. Well presented, not overly sweet, and delicious. The cheesecake was served with pecans, caramel, chocolate sauce, as well as fresh fruit. The plate was well decorated with drizzle and fresh fruit. It was soft and luscious. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys good article and excellent food. They went the extra mile and delivered a top notch meal. Four stars.

Hummus- super tasty with the bread Osso buco - the meat was very good with the sauce it was in I love the live entertainment. The guy was talented!!! For our mains, we got the grilled salmon skewer and Beef Stroganoff to share for the 3 of us us since our appetizers, perogies, borsh soup and meatdumplingsitems were more substantial (not light dishes)so we didn't need individual maiins. They also give you a basket of complimentary bread slices to start so I recommend you get get the Egggplant Ikura spread cause it goes nicely with the bread(double check that you'll get bread).Since this was our first visit I'm not dure if they always give bread.Booth maindishes were delicious! The restaurant is located at the corner of King Rd and Keele St. Parking was easy as you can park on the street in front of the restaurant (ofc if it is not packed) and there is also a parking lot on the other side of the road. The historic restaurant used to be an inn, now there are lots of seating with separate indoor dining areas and a lovely outdoor patio upstairs. They also have a pub downstairs with more outdoor seating. You can see a nice view of the corner street, pub outdoor seating, and the railway from the upstairs patio. We were fortunate to have a very kind and attentive server that evening. His well mannered service added to the pleasant dining experience. We ordered the Wild Mushroom salad, Herb Crusted Ontario Rack of Lambs ($59) and Chilean Sea Bass ($58). The lamb and sea bass were cooked exactly how we expected, with the sea bass especially crispy outside and soft inside. We felt the dishes were a bit pricey and could be improved like the sauce texture but overall there was plentiful portions and delicious. We enjoyed the Sea Bass and the dish's complement to it, so recommended if you want to splurge a lil! (They do have other variety on the menu to choose from.) We'll definitely keep this gem King City restaurant in mind for future trips coming from north and near GTA.

My sister and I ordered 2 cabbage rolls, Potato and Cheese Pierogies, Meat Pierogies with bacon and onions to share. For my son, we tried ordering the schnitzel sandwich, but was told that was unavailable. My son doesn't eat mashed potatoes so I asked if I could just order him a schnitzel and she said yes. The food came out in about 15 minutes. The cabbage rolls were fantastic, the perfect amount of acidity in the sauce. I really don't like tomatoes or cabbage, but there is something special about the cabbage rolls. I ate very bit of mine. The pierogies were wonderful. I usually prefer just potato and cheese, but honestly between those and the meat, I couldn't decide which I liked more. Both were flavorful especially with the sauteed onions and sour cream. My son's schnitzel was huge! He could only eat about half of it and when my son asked for ketchup (much to my dismay) the owner was very nice about it and commented that's the way her daughter likes it too. Honestly the food was absolutely wonderful and the service was great. It was very similar to what I had in Poland. If this restaurant was closer to my home I would visit often. We had no issue with parking. We were able to get a spot on the street right in front of the restaurant. Parking was also not too expensive since you aren't in the downtown area. If you are in the area and want a wonderful meal, be sure to visit.

This is not one of those huge typical banquets and your not just another number! You feel like a VIP guest invited by the owner; who at all times is in site, the stage and visits you at your table and makes sure all your needs are met! The decor is classy sophisticated and the music is really fun and up beat (mostly European, Russian, Romanian, Latin, jazz and even a mix of the Middle East) and it's always LIVE. I especially love their food! Since I'm a 'foodie' it's definitely a fusion of Europe and some.. And the way it's served is very unique! It's not the traditional 'per plate servings', you gotta see it to believe it! As soon as you arrive you notice the cozy modern fire places, warm decor lit up by cozy candle light, you hear the soft mellow music in the background (before the band goes on) and are amazed as you approach your table; it is set with your 'starter menu' (each event, table setting is customized by you and the management/owner) You will see multiple styles of salad, antipasto style cold cuts, seafood, caviar with fresh crepes and much more!!! Later as the mood picks up and the band starts playing the dance floor gets really full, and in between breaks, as you visit your table for a little break, or a drink you notice the starter apps leaving your table , but don't worry! Their being replaced with warm food, multiple times / and finally your main meals which could include shish-kabobs, Kiev cutlets grilled or baked salmon or other selections (depending on what was chosen during booking) the drinks keep flowing, the music keeps playing and if there's even a tiny ounce left in you, you will be served fresh hot tea and coffee, desserts and fresh fruit! Want to feel like a king or queen for the day? I definitely did! We've even had our children's party here for brunch, they have large screens by the stage, they catered to all our needs, with child friendly entertainment (clowns, dancers etc) kids menu, music and even kids movies playing on those huge screens I mentioned earlier! We have a blast every time! Need I say more?

There seems to be a lot of drama between the management and the entertainment staff as we've witnessed a couple of meltdowns by the singer on more than one occasion. This results in a far less than enthusiastic performance and no singing past 11pm. She also acts aggressively towards patrons as we witnessed when she sang happy birthday to one of the other groups that were celebrating the night we were there. The staff yank the food off the tables quickly, so you need to make sure you eat as soon as they bring it out. There are other oddities that soiled our experience. Upon arrival we were harassed by a rabid coat-check guy who insisted that everyone check their coats. No need to be so aggressive...not a great way to welcome people to the venue. There is also an old guy that comes around taking pictures and tries to sell the prints. If you decide to buy from him, give him exact change. Our friends bought 2 photos from him for $30, but when they gave him two $20 bills he took off without giving them their change. All in all, too much hassle, sketchiness and drama. There are a ton of other similar banquet halls in the area, so we would not consider booking a party here.
