Ordered one with white meat and one with dark. Also ordered both with two slices of bread instead of three. I got both sandwiches with white meat (which tells me they are now using Deli meat) . They use to use really turkey and if they still did I would have gotten one with white and one with dark meat. Both came with 3 slices of bread. Not sure what was so hard about my order that couldn't get it right, but not impressed. I do try to suppose local restaurants, but if you screw up my order, it makes not want to support them!!! Apparently there are line ups down the street during the summer so plan accordingly! We enjoyed our dinner dishes! The seafood bouillabaisse had a tasty broth and the burger was juicy. Music was a good volume so you could have a good easy conversation. It was also nice to see local students working here part time.

I was overall impressed! We came once for dinner, then again for lunch. We tried many dishes but overall the beautiful salads & great cuts of meat for their steak mains stood out to us! BEE STING PIZZA (4/5) - hit the spot after a whole day's activities. It was a warm mid-thin wood-oven crust pizza with delicious cheese & salami. Wish I got more of the hot honey taste and I felt the dough was JUST cooked enough (almost underdone) SUPER SALAD (4.5/5) - beautifully plated and loved all the ingredients, definitely consider adding protein to make it more filling 8OZ NY STRIP LOIN (4.5/5) - they did a classic steak main dish right. Great cut of meat, cooked medium rare, awesome sides. EMPANADAS (3/5) - overall pretty dry but the creamy sauce that came with it gave it a bit more spunk JAPANESE TROUT CAESAR SALAD (4.5/5) - loved the large portion of fish & so many fun Asian-inspired flavours & salad toppings Lamb main dish with potato pavé & cauliflower with added Lobster tail (4/5, seasonal dish) - loved all the textures, steep price for this though Bread pudding with ice cream (3/5, seasonal dish)- I'm always a sucker for a warm dessert served with cold ice cream on top. This bread pudding was lacklustre in flavour and was overall dense...pairing it with the caramelly sauce & ice cream was its saving grace.

The restaurant itself tries to be more fine dining than casual. The pork chop was really good, but the calamari was not appetizing at all. It looked like the manager was going around to all of the tables to see how their meals were both times we ate here. And both times we ate here the manager never came to see us. I wouldn't travel to come here, but if I was in the hotel I'd probably eat here.

The omelettes are made to order, so be prepared to be a bit patient, but they are fairly good and have a good choice of options. The service was great and quite attentive. For about $50 for the three of us including tip, you get a decent brunch and a great view of the gardens! When your up in that area, Memories would definately be worth a try. Next time, I would likely check out their dinner options-Zuk

A few minutes later, another server did return to the entry area so we approached her to ask for a table. Eventually, we were seated and the wait wasn't the 45 minutes we were told it would be (thank goodness). You could tell this place is a local favourite. It was packed. Lots of screens showing the olympics and would be fun for any televised sporting events. We ordered 4 servings of 5 different flavours of wings. They were all plump and delicious. We also had loaded onion rings and a poutine with pulled pork. The evening picked up with better service and even better food so we were happy and full.

While waiting for our meals, I ogled the meals being delivered to other guests and have to say, they all looked quite appetizing! When our meals arrived, we all were pleased with how good everything looked and started right in. The fish was crispy on the outside, nice and firm on the inside, beautifully done. The fries were good too. My chicken Parm was excellent, served with penne & Alfredo sauce. The chicken had a lovely breaded crust and was tender on the inside, had a nice sauce and the cheese was perfectly melty and chewy. I've had chicken Parm many times, none of them were terrible, but this was the best I've had. We all agreed we would be happy to come and eat here again. The seating was comfortable, not crowded, with various seating options. There was nothing negative about this meal or the service so I have to leave all five stars.
