Servers are professionally attired and seem genuinely happy to serve. The menu is pleasantly limited--no pages and pages to look through and NO phone required to read the menu! Yeah! I had the duck pate--I could eat this on repeat forever. The gnocchi with a large shrimp added was a perfect portion. Lemon curd tart was an unforgettable last course, finishing with a correctly served grand marnier which the bartender was happy to heat up in the glass. If you plan to dine in, you pick a seat and then order at the cafe and settle up then they bring you your food. There's a place outside for you to place your used dishes after you're done. The lunch menu (after 11am) is limited. The croque monsieur ($19) was the size of a regular slice of bread and came with a salad. The roast beef sandwich on baguette was the tiniest sandwich I've seen at a cafe. For almost $15 we thought it would be a much bigger sandwich. The sizing of it would have been more appropriately advertised as a kids meal. We thought the meal was very much overpriced for the portion sizes we got.

Of course, the only Asians in Collingwood found the bubble waffles it was pretty good! Also ordered a single scoop of pralines and cream ice cream. It was a huge scoop so I was happy! The taste was just like Baskin Robbins too. The service was really good. The young lady helping me asked me to ignore the phone ringing in the shop. I was surprised and pleased that she prioritized completing the transaction before taking the call. They also sell bubble tea, freeze dried candy, and other goodies.
