I ordered espresso and latte, the coffee is average, lack of flavour and aroma, I think it is because the bean quality is low. giving its named as espresso post. I hope they can improve their bean quality.

Okay, I was surprised. It's Collingwood - a city only by the standards of people who live far from any city. That they had a coffee bar at all was a pleasant surprise and I was quite content to roll with whatever they happened to serve. This is not me being judgy - Collingwood has a lot of small town charm, but I wouldn't expect the market to sustain artisanal coffee and that's just fine. Imagine my surprise, then, to find a place with a great feel (rustic, lots of unfinished wood, but more pottery barn than log cabin), tall ceilings, quiet but acceptable music, and a pretty competent coffee bar. My cappuccino was not over-wet, the espresso had flavour, and I'm pretty sure the baked goods came from an oven, not a freezer truck. To be clear: the coffee's not brilliant, the baked goods I tried weren't phenomenal, this isn't a 5-star coffee shop. But you could do much worse, indeed you ought to *expect* to do much worse in a market this small. 4 stars is grading on a bit of a curve, but you're in Collingwood for goodness sake, be happy this place exists, and venture to it boldly.

I had the best cup decafs ever. I enjoyed it, but it was self serve. The price was out of our budget. I don't see is frequenting it often.

Morning. Latte.

Pleasant atmosphere, good panini sandwich, and the London fog was tasty. Can't go wrong if your downtown and want a good coffee and snack.

Espresso Post is a great place to go if you want a drink with a cup made for toddler-sized humans for $4.

The patio was unfortunately in the shade and it was a bit windy and cold, but our hot beverages helped keep us warm. Get there early if you want pastries as they do sell out. If you plan to dine in, you pick a seat and then order at the cafe and settle up then they bring you your food. There's a place outside for you to place your used dishes after you're done. The lunch menu (after 11am) is limited. The croque monsieur ($19) was the size of a regular slice of bread and came with a salad. The roast beef sandwich on baguette was the tiniest sandwich I've seen at a cafe. For almost $15 we thought it would be a much bigger sandwich. The sizing of it would have been more appropriately advertised as a kids meal. We thought the meal was very much overpriced for the portion sizes we got.

I brought many friends with me and we all LOVED the coffee and pastries. The SERVICE was absolutely amazing, many of the employees were super helpful, passionate, caring, happy, and actually wanting to have conversations with you! They remembered my name and greeted me with BUG SMILES!! Thank you so much to the staff in this establishment! Also, the esthetic/ambiance was super cozy, warm, light and felt like a great spot to eat, drink, have a conversation, date, and even watch the busy staff making pastries, serving and drinks. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.

We had the chocolate croissant (5/5) which was buttery and flaky with the rich decadent flavour of the chocolate. The chocolate cookie (5/5) was a delight. It was soft and perfect for those looking for a nice sweet treat. The nutella ice cream latte (5/5) was so good. It wasn't overly sweet which was enjoyable. The iced americano (3/5) was decent. It's more on the acidic side which I'm not a fan of but I still enjoyed sipping on it. The service was fast and both ladies that worked at the espresso bar and at the counter were friendly. Overall, such a great spot if you're in town for a cute cafe that will help you wind down and relax.

Inside, one may order food and buy some knick knacks that are bohemian chic. There is also a clean washroom for one to use. I ordered a super bowl which was $17. The size was great, but I felt it lack some flavour and half the bowl was filled with quinoa. Not a big fan of it, I would have liked less quinoa. My partner had a veggie burger and he liked it. There was a spice kick to it. He wished it came with a side instead of paying additional for it. The following morning we returned to try their açai bowl for breakfast and it was delicious!! Frozen blueberries were provided instead of fresh berries. They could have used seasonal fruits. The crisp coconut pieces added a crunch to each bite. This dish, I would order again. They have a reward system if you sign up. Overall, a nice healthy place to stop by while one is up North enjoying some sports or a little get-away.
