This was when we were moving out we decided to hire someone to clean the house to do a general cleaning, she came a few days early and gave an estimate which was not true to the final price. Pictures were taken to show how bad of a job she did and there was no accountability taken, no refund offered, and when we tried to get another cleaning scheduled she was all of a sudden full and not available. Completely unprofessional, pictures are from the internet of her cleaning services, and her and her company do not deserve your money. You can clean your own home for the same results if not, you will do a better job than them. Not sure what she was doing at our house for 8 hours when she was "cleaning" with her crew.

I only had a front yard at the time for maintenance so it was a small job. Some gardeners would say they come, but then they'd flake out because gardeners in Phoenix are more interested in doing big jobs involving pavers and backyard renovation. No gardener wanted to deal with my monthly small job. I was referred to Miguel by my neighbor and he began to come out monthly and did a great job. Last year I was finally ready to get my backyard fixed and Miguel and Sons helped do an amazing pavers project with pavers going from the front yard to back. We also got grass and they built a turtle enclosure and garden planter for us as well. His prices were of great value and now he maintains the backyard with care.

My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. Stay away from this outfit.

Roger states on his website "I am committed to pay attention to quality and detail, and motivated to provide customer satisfaction.
