Multiple times he has insulted me or my friends For requesting bike parts that he doesn't carry "it would be stupid to have that in my shop". His attitude seems to be infectious because all of the employees at his shop appear to not care about the level of customer Service they are providing. Honestly, I don't believe Christian at ride bikes would care if I or any other customer never returned again. I have no idea how or why he is still in business.

I've seen The Line previously in random youtube videos where people would rent to ride around North Bend in or the trails, glad to finally see it in person. Biking is the norm in North Bend, and this store represents well. While Im a road cyclist, every visit here tempts me to dive into MTBs......
