This gem is kinda tucked away back behind the store fronts off of Meridian, right before the Sonic…read more The parking is a non issue. Easily accessible and there are signs, just not flashy ones. I believe they close at about 4 on Fridays. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Super professional and does a great job of diagnosing and addressing the problem. Called with questions and he answered them no issue. He was super accommodating so I stopped in at my first opportunity. The shop sells bike supplies and tools. I believe they sell bikes as well, but it's pretty much a one stop shop for all things bicycle. It's a smaller space, but big enough to get the job done and some. I brought in my daughter's bike that I couldn't fix and he quickly went to work. He was very thorough and meticulous with the issue I presented, but he also gave the entire bike a good look over. He tightened everything up for me and we are back on the road. I got the education I needed if I had future issues with the bike and pricing was super affordable! He didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff or recommend other services. Very efficient and personable. I'm more than happy with the result and my daughter is back outside in the sunshine riding her bike. Might bring over my sons and get a tune up as well. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone 10 times over. This should be your bike repair spot from now on if you're in the Puyallup area.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Great, great, great customer service. I asked my hubby…read moreto get my 20+-year old Trex bike tuned up. I told him to not buy me a new bike, I just wanted My Bike tuned up. He went to Cycle Therapy. They sold him a new bike. (It was going to be about the same amount of money to buy a new bike as it would be to overhaul my old bike). Upon seeing my "new" bike I called the store and ended up talking to the owner Ric. I explained that I wanted my old bike back and tuned up. They still had it and Ric offered to allow me to return the new bike and that they would go ahead and overhaul my old bike for me. Chris and Chad did a GREAT job. I am so happy. But here is the best part... the customer service. All of the team members at Cycle Therapy were totally about making us happy. Honestly, I think they were trying to save my hubby money by selling him a new bike (did I say my Trex was old...it's super old). In the end, they overhauled My Bike for the same price as we had paid for the new bike (that might sound like a lot to pay for a tune up - it would be, but this was an Overhaul...as in darn near built me a new bike on my old frame....). All the while, the Team was sooooo accommodating, pleasant, (they could have turned their noses up at My Bike, but they just seemed to understand that I like my old bike) and they wanted to make it right for me in any way possible. I am in a front-facing customer service job myself and when I experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is rare these days, I want to let the world know - so here it is! Support this shop and this team, you will enjoy the experience and the end product.

I went in to get my derailleur adjusted for some ghost shifting issues and to bleed my breaks since it had been a few years and I noticed that my rear breaks were feeling spongy and were taking a while to engage. I have a hardtail mountain bike that I like taking out on trails, so I did not want to be dependent upon my front breaks. I was told that they would take a look at my bike and then text me a quote for how much the service would cost before they did any adjustments. They did not text me a quote for service, but instead went ahead and made the adjustments without my permission. When I went to pick up my bike, I was ignored while they helped the men who walked in well after me. When I was finally able to get my bike, I was told that my breads did not need to bleed since they felt "solid" and just needed a little extra pull on the lever. I was then condescendingly told about my front breaks, and to "use this one when you're going downhill too fast and feel scared". Rode my bike around a bit, and the issue with my derailleur is not fixed. This shop is a waste of time and money.

Told me the work was done but when bike was submitted to me they had disconnected brake cables (to do tire work presumably) and left them disconnected!! A guy named Will took over and reconnected front cables. The brakes had always worked great until I took the bike to this shop. Now the front ones are ok again but the rear wheel slips when I brake. If you do go to this shop ask for Will, he seems more ethical and competent than the other guy whose name I don't know.
