The advantage of my old Trek hybrid is not a lot could go wrong. That's not the same with an ebike. I also didn't want to put it together myself. I like to go fast at times, and I don't trust myself to set the parts correctly. Josh's knowledge of bikes is incredible. I knew I was getting a bike that was set up correctly and could be fixed. Can't say enough about my experience. It's been just over 48 hours, and I have nearly 40 miles on the bike!!!

It's hard to describe the nightmare of working with this shop. I dropped off two e-bikes for new…read moretires and a tune-up. It was over a month before I was notified that they were ready. However, once we took the bikes out for a ride, it was apparent that the bikes were in worse shape than when I dropped them off. My wife's bike power assist was inoperable. I took hers back to them and told them their 'crafted' control disk was the wrong size. I had to wait for the part. A couple of weeks later, I picked it up and noticed her tires were wobbly. I told them they had put on defective tires from the manufacturer and needed a new pair. In the meantime, I noticed my display was no longer working. The list goes on and on. Bottom line. They are incompetent bike mechanics and terrible at customer service. Save yourself.
