Jason should be the to-go guy. No meaning to go to store do pricy tune-up which take the reservation weeks after. Jason answer the ask the drive to your home. He provides receipts, too! Amazonian should go to this guy for a fair price tune-up because do remember your reimbursement is taxable income :) read more

I couldn't even get a bike shop to get back to me. Jason showed up on a Sunday afternoon and in an hour got my bike in top notch working order. I think it's a better ride than when it was brand new to be honest. Super friendly and knowledgeable and showed me how to change a tube myself although I think he made it look too easy and I have no chance. Super reasonable price. I'm a customer for life now! read more

Found Jason on Yelp, gave him a call on a Monday, and Tuesday he was at my house to fix up two bikes. He worked on them for over two hours and they both ride great now. He also taught me a few new things about them and was super friendly and kind. Highly recommend Jason for helping fix up your bike and so happy I didn't have to transport them anywhere. read more

Couldn't recommend Jason more. I got a flat on my E bike the other morning on my way to work, and he saved the day. He responded to my call immediately. We set a appointment, he was on time, super friendly, super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, he explained everything he did, and I couldn't be more pleased. He did a full tune up on my bike and it's rides better than ever. I will definitely be calling him for all my future bike needs. 10/10 read more

Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, was communicative on the day-of my appointment, and got my bike up and riding much faster than I ever could. I love that he was able to come to my place and do the tune up because I have a small car and getting the bike in it is a pain. He was even willing to show me things I should be looking for to keep my bike in good condition. I didn't feel judged that my bike wasn't super fancy. We had a good conversation about music, weather in the South, and things we appreciate about Seattle. All of this added to the reasonable price and speediness of the appointment mean I will definitely call Jason the next time I need help with my bike. read more

Great service from Jason! Definitely knew his stuff and he chatted with me while he did his work

My ebike had not been tuned up since I bought it two years ago. It definitively needed some TLC. It does not fit easily into my car to take it in for maintenance. Fortunately I found this mobile repair service! On a Sunday I called this business and left a message. Jason, the owner, called me back that day and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was punctual and very pleasant. He definitely knows his craft. He went way above and beyond when working on my bike, instructing me regarding maintenance and mechanics. It was a great experience. I learned a lot. Jason will definitely be my go to for all things bike maintenance and repair. Something I should add....I am pretty much a biking novice. I felt very comfortable asking questions and Jason's answers were easy to understand and implement. read more

I rarely leave 5-star reviews because I'm picky. So that means that in order for me to leave 5 stars for JJ's Mobile Bicycle Repair...I WAS IMPRESSED! Jason was quick to respond to my initial email, offered reasonable appointment times, and showed up on time. I felt as though my $300 bike was given as much attention to detail & care as a $3000 bike would have been given. All of this for an extremely reasonable price?!?!? yes! I would definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone. read more

Thanks Jason - I'm thrilled your service exists! Jason came to my office for 2 full days and tuned up most of the bikes in our bike room; people had noticeably better/safer rides.
