Multiple times he has insulted me or my friends For requesting bike parts that he doesn't carry "it would be stupid to have that in my shop". His attitude seems to be infectious because all of the employees at his shop appear to not care about the level of customer Service they are providing. Honestly, I don't believe Christian at ride bikes would care if I or any other customer never returned again. I have no idea how or why he is still in business.

However, I do like the convenience of shopping in store when I need something right away. I will say the parking lot of the Bellevue store always makes me jittery when going there because the spaces are tight or awkwardly designed. Not to mention the amount of cars circling the parking lot makes me concerned about fender benders, which leads me to avoid it if I can.

After my first ride, the charge went out quickly approx 3:30minutes in lowest mode vs expected 30 hrs claim when they did in their sales pitch. Since the return was two days old I went with original packing and receipt. The guy at the store was completely rude and argued he needs to test in case he is satisfied that lights are faulty he will speak with the dealer for replacement. ( Takes 5 - 10 days ) . He was not ready for exchange or store credit. when I pulled the return policy they mentioned it is not applicable. Prices are high (actual cost for the light combo in REI and AMAZON is 60$ whereas I spent 83$ ) with no support. Please don't waste your time and energy.

I told him to not buy me a new bike, I just wanted My Bike tuned up. He went to Cycle Therapy. They sold him a new bike. (It was going to be about the same amount of money to buy a new bike as it would be to overhaul my old bike). Upon seeing my "new" bike I called the store and ended up talking to the owner Ric. I explained that I wanted my old bike back and tuned up. They still had it and Ric offered to allow me to return the new bike and that they would go ahead and overhaul my old bike for me. Chris and Chad did a GREAT job. I am so happy. But here is the best part... the customer service. All of the team members at Cycle Therapy were totally about making us happy. Honestly, I think they were trying to save my hubby money by selling him a new bike (did I say my Trex was old...it's super old). In the end, they overhauled My Bike for the same price as we had paid for the new bike (that might sound like a lot to pay for a tune up - it would be, but this was an Overhaul...as in darn near built me a new bike on my old frame....). All the while, the Team was sooooo accommodating, pleasant, (they could have turned their noses up at My Bike, but they just seemed to understand that I like my old bike) and they wanted to make it right for me in any way possible. Saved me from purchasing a new stem for my e-bike and problem was solved in 10-15 minutes max. The screws on my stem were too soft, so he put in steel screws.
