The website ran into some problems, so Roy reached out to me directly to confirm the appointment time. Roy showed up right on time, was super nice and professional. Finally Velofix is in the Eastside!!! It's about time and we got a good one with Roy. I set up an appointment with Roy and then had to change it the day before the appointment. He was accommodating with a new appointment time and arrived on time. With the winter months in the PNW being cold and wet I needed Roy to come and tune up my bike and my Wahoo Kickr trainer. He replaced the batteries on my Bluetooth connections as well as the chains on my bike. I highly recommend Roy for anyone that needs their bike tuned up. They took their time with the initial analysis, carefully made a list of all parts, and were (to our surprise) able to come out just a few days later to make all the repairs! This was my first experience with velofix and specifically with Roy. I just got my new Canyon Endurace and unfortunately the front SRAM disc rotor was misaligned and rubbing. Roy responded immediately and had a time slot open later in the afternoon. We bought a kids huffy bike for our son recently. Between missing parts and putting things together wrong, it was an ordeal. I reached out to Velofix to see if they could help since sending the bike back would cost more in shipping than the actual bike. I must say- the owner was very responsive to my constant questions,even within a few minutes. The bike mechanic Ryan showed up wearing a mask, on time and was very professional! He completed the work in the quoted time frame/price in his mobile bike Van-shop and was very nice about the "putting the bike together a little backwards." :) It was so nice that we didn't have to lug this bike to a crowded bike shop and now our son can zoom around the neighborhood!
