This company has excellent service. I used them when I 1st moved to my townhouse and discovered that the inspection mislead me that I had walls between my neighbors. Had a rat problem and they removed insulation, put up walls etc 9 years ago. Called them back, rat problem but not due to them. Came in through opening in roof. Chris, was beyond through in finding location. Professional, extremely honest, someone I trust. Rita is secretary, does billling and always available to answer any concerns. I had a previous termite report from another company. Prestige's quote was about $700 more. I called and asked why, and Ramon pointed out that the other company was merely treating the rotted areas (and that they missed a lot; even two areas I repaired myself, so I know they were rotted; The other company missed it all together). Worse, the other quote included "no painting." Prestige's quote included REPLACING 132 feet of fascia boards with brand new 2" x 6" x 16' treated lumber and painting. The lumber and paint alone had to cost $350, not to mention, the labor involved in removing, and hauling the old boards. ...and, did I mention, their quote included painting. I could have gone with the cheaper company, but I'm glad I didn't. These guys did their due diligence, and protected my house for years to come. In terms of efficiency, they knocked it out of the park. They got everything done in about a day. Chris, the inspector, is a great dude, and I feel like I got a great price. Ramon and his crew were cool, professional, prompt and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. You might find a cheaper company (like Chris G, the one star-reviewer), but if you want it done right, I would not hesitate to reach out to Prestige. read more

Rita, who runs the office, is nice, professional and efficient. She is prompt to reply and completes it with a smile. Prestige Termite Service are absolutely unprofessional and predatory to say the least. Without my permission they cut locks off my property and haphazardly left my keys on the premises and phoned me and said I had been robbed. Then they removed evidence and did not provide me with photos of how the property was invaded through their tarp. Instead I received conflicting stories. Also placed a lien on my property got not paying. Neglected and disrespected my property and me as a client. Horrible people... read more

Long overdue review for Prestige. We worked with Ramon after the purchase of our house after the seller refused to pay for tenting or rafter repairs, so Prestige was hired by us to tent and repair and did an excellent job. Beyond that, this review is specifically for Chris who has completed quarterly sprays at our house for over two years now. He is ALWAYS so friendly, pleasant, and very easy to interact with. He's passionate about what specific issues you're dealing with to know exactly how and what he can spray to help treat and stop any pest, bug or infestation issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable on any and all bug species I've questioned, just by my terrible description of a bug I saw once, and without fail he takes care of the issue every time to rid us of that problem. After putting off repairing the dry rot / termite damage to my house for too long, I contacted 3 companies to bid for the work, one of which was the company who tented my home in 2017. This company did a good job in handling the dry wood termite issue back in 2017 when they also called out the additional work (dry rot, etc.) needing to be addressed. I just didn't want to pay the extra $$ at the time. When I had the 3 bids completed, Ramon at Prestige was the ONLY company that called me and asked if I had any questions, if I had made a decision yet, etc. No hard sell, just good business sense. Prestige's pricing was not the lowest but in the middle of the 3 bids, close to the previous company I had worked with. Fair. The work was completed extremely well and efficiently. I worked closely with Ramon and Lalo to assure all the damage was addressed, even if it had been missed in the original bid. Lastly, another point of difference is Prestige primes and paints all of the work done, not just prime it. I found working with Ramon and Prestige very comfortable and would highly recommend them for any dry rot / termite damage you may have. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ramon came by to give an estimate for repair. He busted up various areas of wood , left a mess, and his estimate was $1000 greater than the competitors. I was angry to receive a text video from my realtor of the mess and damage done. Completely unprofessional and pricing is highly suspect! He then got notification of my Yelp review and decided to bombard me with threatening text messages. Hired this company to take care of a rodent problem inside my house. Chris showed up and gave me an estimate which was accepted and the process started. He showed up once or twice a week for the next couple of months and completely eliminated the problem. He trapped over ten rats and was timely and professional. I had a rat problem at my rental home. I called Ramon, and made a good deal and the problem I thought was solved. However, a few months later, a rat was found in my garage. So I called Ramon. No answer. I called again no answer. I called on my wife's phone and he picked up. I explained the problem. I asked to have the house inspected again because it was days away from being sold. We just had our home fumigated by Prestige Termite. Even though there were a few bumps along the process due to various reasons, Ramon handled our problems very professionally and offered us a free pest control treatment service in the future. Ramon catered to our needs and really tries his best to work with his customers. The fumigation process was quick and he offers us a 3 years warranty for the fumigation (better than some other companies that only had 2 years of warranty on termite fumigation). I hired Prestige back in November of 2017 to help me with a rat problem at my house. Workers were very respectful and nice, however, failed to complete the job. With it now being February of 2018, I still have my rat problem and had not heard from them ever since I paid my last bill (several weeks ago). I had expressed my concern with Ramon about my continual rat problem even after a month with them. Ramon promised to make it right, but failed to follow through. I am very disappointed and I felt that I had given them a fair amount of time to complete their job. I would not recommend this company to my family.
