Do not go to the place I went in for a gel polish change the price is $27 paid for a mani/pedi for my 4 year old and I got a pedi..... they charge me $30 for the polish change and stated $3 to take off the old polish..... a polish change by definition involves changing the polish..... did I mention I brought my own gel polish...... will NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE, price gouging at its finest and the service was average at best. read more

I had an acrylic full set and the polish job was awful. Christy Tonnu cut my skin around the nail. I felt it that started hurting when she put my nails into the blue liquid. I noticed there was blood in my nails. Then the worst part was later at home. I was in so much pain all night and Im still sore. Im not able to touch water with my nails cause it hurts more. I have pain in Every single nail skin around. My sister came with me and she had an acrylic fill done. She was lucky than the other lady didnt do this damage to her.. She was fine. DO NOT COME HERE.... I am on vacation + decided to get my nails done with my cousin. She highly recommended this place since she comes here regularly. We had appointments schedule for the same time; she was getting a fill + pedicure and I a dip powder set (which is recommended to do a soak off + then the process of dipping, to help the health of your nails) + a pedicure. We were sat at the same time but while hers took half my time even with the add ons (longer massage, gel and paraffin) she still sat and waited an extra HOUR for me to finish. When we were sat at the pedicure station I asked if I could begin my soak off, they told me to wait for someone. Okay I did which took a while 20 mins. When I asked again they said yes but proceeded to not set my nails in foil but brought a bowl out to soak my hand in. While I was soaking my hand the lady start to finish did my pedicure. She then proceeded to my hands, but to her shock my nails weren't fully ready to be removed. So she LEFT to start working on another customer then sent another person (the person working on my cousin) to work on me. Yes she finished her pedicure and fill them moved on to me. When she began removing my previous work she said my nails were too thin + she would need to apply the dip like an acrylic, which is a lazy way of applying dip nails. I don't get acrylic because it compromises my nails but at this point t I am just trying to get out of this place. She begins the process + I ask for her to do a paraffin + show the design. The process of my nails takes 1 hour + she forgets to do the paraffin. She says I can call my cousin + wait. At this point i am over it because I walked in at 2 + walked out at 545. Upon getting to the store I notice that 3 of my nails have visible hairs in it + my pinky is cracking it because all my nails are SOFT! My flowers look like my 8 year old child could do it... but the worst of it all they charged me 135 (before tip) for a half assed job. So I called to get them fixed (as pictured) + there is still hairs + my nails look worse than yesterday. read more

This nail salon is incredible! The service is amazing and everyone is so nice & welcoming. The water bottles they hand out to customers are a great touch too! The store is kept very clean and it is obvious the management and employees take pride in their work. I visit this salon to get gel manicures & pedicures and there are so many colors to choose from! Jenny is an extremely meticulous and creative nail artist. She often makes suggestions that I love and I am ALWAYS pleased with the end result. Nice little spot. I agree with one yelper - they didn't do what I asked, however my nails didn't come out looking like total hell. I don't recommend getting a set of acrylic nails here for a special event. However if you're short on time and just want a basic set of nails this place does the job. I like pink and white nails (used white white powder on the tips not clear) and with a nice curve to them. They didn't do either. I may go here for a mani or pedi because they are very nice and prices are cheap. read more

I don't go often enough for a pedicure.... I walked in one morning by chance and got kimmy. I have had so many bad experiences in the past. People rushing through my pedicure to the point that when It was done it didn't look like anything was done except polish put on, and all the while talking in their language making me feel like they were talking about my feet. I've been to Kimmy three times now. She is very thorough and doesn't complain about how bad my feet are. I am so glad I walked in and got Kimmy that day! I am very happy with this shop!! Friday I came in got a pedicure... I wasn't satisfied... So I thought I would go in and see what they said. Natalie took care of me They were very apologetic and sat me down. My mother came down to visit from LA and wanted to get a pedicure. This salon was the closest to my house, she stopped by late afternoon and got a pedicure. After the nail polish was applied my mom waited for it to dry for at least 10-12 minutes, before heading out. We came straight home. By then the nail polish should have been well dried, only to find out after the nail polish had smudged. $25 dollar pedicure service and they can't even provide higher end nail polish that does a fast dry? When you walk in seems very welcoming and very nice inside. But I would never go back! I went as a walk-in and there was a 30 minute wait and I didn't mind wait time so I waited. I told one that I wanted a full set get. And then I sat to get my nails done apparently she wasn't able to do my nails and I had to wait for the other who I told what I wanted. And I'm guessing she was the only person there who could do a full set. As I had sit there getting one thing done at a time!!! She kept going back and forth between clients!!!! I spent most of my time just sitting there waiting (waiting time I didn't mind) but afterwards. I only got a full set and I spent a total of 1 hour and a half there! And they didn't even do a decent job on my nails. Seemed like the third and last person who did my nails was rushing and they were very lumpy and not something worth what I paid for. read more

This salon is under new management as of today (06/01/2019) and I'm happy to say things have vastly improved. After my last visit (with the old management), I was not going back, but the new manager, Haley, seems like she really wants things done right. I'm glad I gave them a second chance. Nancy was meticulous with every step of my pedicure and gel manicure. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. In fact, I don't think I've had a better manicure. I won't go back here. They time your pedicure. So no matter how slow the girl is, when your time is up it's up. So despite the fact that I paid for an EXTRA five minute massage, it took her 26 minutes to do the rest of the pedicure (without polish) so I got a total of 4 minutes for massage. Not 9 minutes. Stupid. I actually said something and the Owner didn't say "you know what, we'll give you the extra 5 minutes. Because you paid for it". He said "another 5 dollars". Totally NOT WORTH IT. She didn't even give a good massage. Lame. Terrible customer service. Opportunity missed. Big time. read more

I came here after getting the worst nails done from a different salon! Not only did they do my nails insanely fast for a walk in, but they also executed the picture phenomenally! In this picture the nail tech Sophie did my, but during my visit she informed me that everyone at this location is just as talented! I am upset. I have been here more than once and had good service! They do a good job on my nails and are friendly. HOWEVER, I was surprised with an $18 up charge to my $35 pedi because I got gel nail polish. Which I have not had in the past. Which she didn't even ask if I wanted gel in the first place! WHAT THE HECK? Not how you run a business. $18 is a huge up charge for putting a "special" top coat on my nails. read more

This place used to be great before covid but recently i've have several awful experiences there. When you call to make an appointment they don't even write it down and i noticed this because when I come in after booking an appointment I have waited 45 minutes the last 3 times because of them taking walk ins. The last time I went I waited until someone came and put me at a pedicure chair, which I waited in for an additional 20 minutes while the water got cold. The woman that did my nails was so rude as well. She rushed so much and scrubbed my feet so hard it physically hurt. She also cut 3 of my toes with the buffer. went to look at my toes after she finished them and she yelled at me to "not mess them up" when i didn't have my hands anywhere near my feet. She then realized after walking away that I was also getting my hands done and proceeded to soak them and then use solely a drill to get the previous gel off. I honestly didn't want her to do my hands because she was so aggressive with my feet. When she did my hands she would yank my arm every time to grab it. I mean actually yank. She made the gel too thick on two of my fingers and kept yanking my hands out of the drier so they didn't dry properly and immediately started bubbling and peeling. I am not one to leave reviews like this but it's about the 6th time i've had a terrible experience there and i didn't want to give up since it is so close to my house but never again. read more

This place is terrible. Not recommended. Had a full set put on and one popped off the very next day. I went in to get it fixed and they don't have any staff working other than whom I assume to be the owner. He is rude and not professional. Place is empty other than one person inside and it's a 30 min wait to have 1 nail repaired. The original job did not look good and he was aggressive when putting them on. read more
