My Mercedes is my baby, spoiled and well taken care of. I am a highly educated, tech savvy motor nerd. I needed a headlight adjustment for my bi-xenon, adaptive headlights which could not be adjusted manually. I was referred to Mano and Yogi at this facility because they have the most updated, Mercedes dealer software and diagnostic technology which was required to fix my headlight problem. I was delighted to see how knowledgeable and enthusiastic they were. They share my love for German luxury cars and it shows in every aspect of their work, attention to detail and customer service. I'm so happy to have found them. DEALER QUALITY DIAGNOSTICS AND SERVICE without dealer prices. I also had an oil change on this visit. My only complaint was that I thought 150 bucks was a little steep for a headlight adjustment that may have only taken 20 minutes with the STAR diagnostic software plugged into the car. Wow, can't believe that nobody has written a review for them before! They are the most honest and trustworthy mechanic in town. Not only do they explain everything too you in the beginning, they're very honest in finding the problems with the car. I had loud clicking noises in the engine which I thought for sure would need some sort of expensive valve job but it only required an oil change because the oil level was running low. I was expecting an expensive job and ended up with an oil change, how do you beat that? They do all sorts of cars too, not just imports so don't let the name fool you. They'll even pick you up and drop you off if you live nearby while they fix your car. WIth kids and myself at work all day, the rides really helped. Thank you Mike and Manel! read more

FABULOUS SERVICE... TREATED ME LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER! Nothing worse than having your car break down out of town where you need towing and then repair late in the day. Your first worry 'Will they gouge me?" is quickly followed by, " Will they repair it correctly so I won't have to come back here?, and that is followed by, "Will they do it quickly so I can get back on the road?" The serpentine belt tensioner pulley on my 16 year-old Mercedes disintegrated and needed to be replaced. The parts people were saying they could not get one til the next day. But Mano, the owner of Precision, loaned me his personal car so I could go and get it at a dealer 30-minutes away while they prepared to replace the part... unbelievable service. Once I got back through the traffic they quickly had it repaired and had me back on the road with a smile on my face. The charges were extremely reasonable and the car operated perfectly on the early evening 65-mile drive back home. If we lived in this area Precision Import Auto Repairs would absolutely be my go-to car repair source. Went to go get my brake and lamp inspection can say that and 100% satisfied with the way they handled everything very knowledgeable . They quoted me about an hour wait over the phone but as soon as I got there they were able to take my car back and get it done in under 15 minutes. Took my car here a few times & never have had an issue.. this last time I took my car it looked like they had new staff & techs. I took in my 2011 BMW 335i here to get diagnosed... Received a quote from Michael, told me it was the valve cover assembly (estimate around $1,200). I paid the diagnosis fee & decided to come back a different day to get the job done. I then saved up some money & decided to take it in. I leave my car there to get worked on... the following day I received a call saying it actually isn't the valve cover assembly. It's actually the turbos & that would cost $3,000 just for new turbos alone. At this point I was confused & wanted to take it somewhere else. After a long argument of telling him to give me my money back so that I can have it checked at another shop - Michael finally decided to give me back my money. I took it to another shop to get diagnosed. Come to find out it actually was the valve cover assembly... Good thing I took it to another shop & didn't take his word on it being the turbos. read more

Professional. Personable. Honest. Fair priced. This place is now my go to. I've been here a few times for minor things like brakes, and thermostat. But after my last trip here I couldn't in good conscience not write them a great review. Needed a new transmission on my 2012 A6 along with some new engine mounts. Not only is my car running like the roadrunner on a desert highway, the guys at the shop especially Terry went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress of the the work, and to check up on the car after a few days. They really had to work hard to get through all the chaff, but they never gave up, and kept me well informed as to what was going on, and nailed an oil leak that I don't think most places would have been able to find as quickly. read more

I took my Truck here to have the heating core replaced . Though is was holding pressure the smell of coolant in the cabin was very noticeable. Mike was very helpful the whole process. When we got the truck back it smelt great, and ran great . We did have a light out in the Gauge cluster from removing the dash but they were very quick to handle the issue which is all you can ask for .
