I called Precision contracting and had a fairly small job. I know they don't usually do projects as small as what I needed, but they came out took a look, gave me their honest opinion and my options for what I needed to have done. In the process of selling my home and needed repairs done after the home inspection. Missie was very quick to respond to my yelp request and got me an appt for an estimate within 2 days. She was professional and very helpful. Matt came to see my home and was very understanding of my situation and very honest. The estimate was fair and the workers were punctual and efficient. 11/10/20 Last week I received a phone call from Precision Home Services regarding an up coming multi home cleaning service. This was set up by one of my neighbors (Mrs. Hawk) for better rate than by doing on your own. A lady named Missy, had a pleasant voice and a professional attitude. She called to confirm contract work to be done for power washing our home.  She informed me that once the work was completed, she would get back intouch with me.  One Friday a guy came to the house to power wash the grim off the walls, decks and steps. Apparently,  my house was the last in line to get washed. Due to the sunlight going down, he was forced to stop the last part of the power washing. On Saturday I met the guy (We will call Manny) who was working on one of my neighbor's house. Manny told me he would be finishing off my house on Sunday. I got a look at some of the work that was done on my neighbor's house.  I liked what I saw.  This got me thinking about some things done to our house. Upon looking up Precision Home Services, I saw they do a lot more things than just power washing.  There are several things I would like done with our house and I am planning on using this company to get it done.   The power washing came out nicely, but there are some spots on the metal plating we don't like. This has nothing to do with the power washing itself.  Still, after doing some painting on my home, I got to thinking Precision Home Services specializes in painting too.  I will be sure to get an estimate on Painting,  Window Paneling and Fencing to name a few.   I think this will be a very good company to get our home remodel with and I will be seeing them next Monday.  In the words of Adonis "Donnie" Johnson Creed, "Let's Get It." read more

I explained again that I already had the work done. He then said he wanted me to remove my review. These guys were amazing. Prompt responses, up-front pricing, and extremely professional. I had to replace a main water shut off valve, and two gentlemen arrived within two hours of contacting the company through Yelp. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. They were knowledgeable and explained the job and cost to me clearly. They were done with the job within the hour and left a clean work space. Upon request, they also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the water heater, with a few options. Told them I was considering going tankless, and they explained why that probably wouldn't be necessary or efficient for my household and home. Really appreciated their honesty and information. Everyone I conversed with throughout this transaction was incredibly polite and wonderful to deal with. Will certainly be working with them in the future. read more

Had multiple water leaks from an upstairs bathroom into the subfloor and ceiling of our kitchen. After finally getting the plumbing straightened out it was time to fix all the damage to the ceiling. Hired Precision Home Services and couldn't be happier! Edy and Marvin were extremely professional and courteous. Excellent service. They came to redo the floors of a bathroom and a room. They work with attention to detail and excellence. Also, very professional COVID etiquette. They wore their masks the entire time and the bathroom vanity and toilet were reinstalled very cleanly and neatly, as if they were never removed. Matt has done for as an entrance door replacement ( including frame), and the electrical work and flooring in connection with our kitchen remodeling. At the entrance door, due to termite attack he had to replace two of the four house framing beams. He recommended for us the best exterminator in the area. All his work was finished to perfection. Just got done with a bathroom remodel, we chose Matt to preform all aspect of this remodel, we had a deadline of 14 days from demo to finish, and these guys were able to get it done in 11 days. We engaged Precision to remodel our guest bath. Nick, the job manager, arrived on time to inspect the bathroom and take measurements, and provided an estimate by email within a few days. The cost was quite reasonable, less than we expected. Changes were made promptly and effortlessly. We were given a six- to eight-week estimate of job commencement and work started in seven weeks. The installers, Mario and Carlos, were friendly and polite, and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. Nick also monitored the job and checked in with us regularly. The installers were careful to close off the work area from the rest of the house to limit dust and noise, and finished the job in about ten working days, as promised. There were a couple of finishing issues that were promptly resolved, no questions asked. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and recommend Precision without reservation. We just had Precision complete a very significant flooring and wall repair job necessitated by a sewer line replacement in our house. This was something close to a bathroom and laundry room remodel with floor replacement, which involved extensive tile installation in both rooms. Vitor and his team and Nick (who gave us the initial estimate and was in communication the entire time) did a really fantastic job, in terms of the quality of workmanship, speed, communication, and professionalism. From start to finish, everyone was not only easy to work with but courteous and helpful. They came up with creative solutions and went the extra mile more than once. It felt like we were working together to get the job done. Good communications, they were prompt, and clear about when they would arrive, how long the work would take, absolutely clear on price, good value. They were professional, did good work, no time wasted. Downside, there was some damage to the walls that was unanticipated, I think the job (idiosyncratic older structure) required improvisation, but some of the holes in my drywall were unexpected, despite assurances beforehand that they would not need to open up the wall. read more
