Here's a breakdown of the work: - Finished construction of an unfinished basement - Herbert guided me through the entire floor plan, explaining the electrical layout, wall placements, and ideal appliance orientation - Built a kitchen from scratch -- excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail - Painted the entire house, including ceilings, walls, floors, and even the garage They completed all of this in just over two weeks, working 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM. The quality of the work was outstanding. Herbert was reliable, responsive, and extremely accommodating. I had multiple change requests during the job, and he handled all of them without hesitation. After getting several quotes, Herbert's pricing was the most competitive. All work was completed to code and with professionalism. If you're looking for a skilled, jack-of-all-trades contractor, Herbert is your guy. He brings in specialists for larger tasks (electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and manages the project seamlessly. I'll definitely be calling him for future work on my properties and strongly recommend him to others.

They were able to start the work within a few days, which meant they were able to complete it before we moved into our new house which was great. The paint job was excellent -- they repaired dry wall and painted ceilings, walls and trim for us. The price was very affordable. Communication was good and the whole process was seamless and convenient. It really doesn't get any better than this. We are grateful to Davinci's Painting and would definitely recommend them. When we have other projects around our new home, we will definitely have them do it.

George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing. The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house. The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections. The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues. Panorama's crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Shout-outs to Hector (Team Leader), Randy (Lead Plumber), Karen (Kitchen Designer) and the electrical team.

Update: Apparently if you are critical and review CPC you will be called out as a coward, a…read moreschemer, and accused of racial bias by the owner. All because I was following the condo associations rules, especially since my wife is the president of the board, as mentioned. It's a bold strategy cotton, let's see if it pays off for him! He also fails to mention that his conversation with Crystal (a black woman since we're mentioning race) took place 3 days before the job was to be done (and almost 3 weeks after he told me he'd send over the COI). I also paid the deposit for the job and secured the date on May 4th (not the 19th as insinuated). All I have to say is that if you do business with Willie...good luck! I had hired Cabarello Painters twice before for my rental property, so they were my go-to hire to paint my condo before new tenants were moving in. I called up Willie (the owner) and scheduled about a month ahead of time as we had a tight timeframe between move out and move in. I paid the deposit to secure the slot. At the time of booking, I informed Willie that per my condo building's rules he had to sign a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This is required for all venders (plumbers, movers, contractors) that do work in the building as it is a high rise. No other contractors/vendors I have used had any issues providing the signed COI per the building's instructions. Willie initially pushed back on this, but after I confirmed the requirements with my Building Manager, he told me that he would "send it to me tomorrow." About two weeks later I had still not received the COI from Cabarello painters, so I followed up again with Willie, who told me he had sent it, and to ask the Building Manager to "check her spam folder." After confirming that the manager didn't receive anything, I asked Willie a 3rd time if he could provide the required COI. Instead of sending it over, he asked to speak directly to my Building Manager, so I provided the required contact information. After their conversation he called me back angrily stating, "They want me to cover everything to the left, right and above and below - F&%K that, man!" I later found out that he took a similar tone with my Building Manager as well. Three weeks after accepting the job, he told me that he would not be able to do it and he would refund the deposit. I now was left with only a few days to schedule new painters in the tight timeframe between move out and move in. If Willie had simply been honest up front and told me that he could not or did not want to do the job because of the insurance requirements for vendors, I would have understood and simply found another painter, which I ultimately had to do under extreme time pressure. Instead, I was lied to multiple times and treated very poorly, especially for a repeat customer. I was very disappointed that this happened because I had used Cabarello painters before at my rental property and was satisfied. Finally, to add insult to injury, my deposit was paid back to me after a month, instead of the 15 days that Willie had promised me on the phone and I was not refunded a "materials" fee, which he had never mentioned. Unfortunately, it seems to be Willie's MO - telling you one thing and then doing another. After hiring Cabarello Painters for multiple jobs in the past I will not hire them again.

He quoted me $1800 which I agreed to because I have never had wall paper installed and I assumed that's the going rate. It did not include prep or moving furniture. He asked me to have the contractor who was working on my basement complete the prep, which we did, but it was not good enough. After an aggressive discussion over the phone with Willie, I asked his wallpaper installers to leave and I went forward to hire a new company. I receive two quotes from two separate companies for prep, furniture moving, and install one for $400 and one for $650. Willies price was three times that. I advise you get three quotes before hiring Willies company and also be advised that he has quite the temper. I will just copy and paste the text from the owner of this business to me. It is outrageous and completely Unprofessional.

He was able to show me examples of his work and give me a quote on the spot. After he knew I was going with his firm, things turned a bit sour. I wanted to chat about a few things so he told me to call at 5 o'clock the next day. I called at 5 o'clock the next day and he seemed a bit irritated. So I asked him if it was a good time to talk. He said well if you want to talk with a toddler around. He was quite curt. He told ME to call him AT 5! The next day I reminded him he told me that I should call at that time and he was still complaining about talking with his child around. If you do not have a baby sitter do not ask clients to call you. I thought he would apologize for his rudeness, he didn't. Instead, I believed I was apologizing. Nuts. Then, I realized I had to remove two medicine cabinets that would leave holes in the walls that would need drywall patches. I told him about that and he said it would be $50 each extra just to do the drywall patches. Fine. Then a couple weeks later he said well are those the kind of cabinets that are hung on the wall or leave a hole when removed. I said there are holes. He proceeded to tell me then that that would probably be more than $50. So, if there are nail holes in the wall it's $50, but if there is a drywall hole it's more? I do not understand that. Mind you, I have emails where he actually wrote "confirmed" on items/clarifications to make sure they were included in the contract. I knew to do that because of the way his contract was written. Apparently, his contract only goes one way, his way. He states specifically that his contract is the entire contract: "Exclusions--Anything not mentioned in scope." I had in the contract to paint the outdoor shutters and white dry lock on the exposed cinderblock walls in the "downstairs laundry room." He's talking to me on the phone the day before, obviously not reading his own contract, and he says the shutters were not included, but he says that's okay. I reminded him they were in the contract. The next day when he goes to start work, he tells me the entire basement is not included. Mind you, he agreed to use dry lock in the "downstairs laundry room." There is no exposed cinderblock in the home except in the laundry room in the basement. He told me he didn't have the basement in any of his notes or video and he asked me if I remember going down there with him. I said I didn't remember. I reminded him of the cinderblock dry lock paint and he said well I assumed that was in the ground level - - so he didn't refer to his video that would clearly not show any exposed cinderblock above ground level ? Mind you, the contract states "Prep and paint all walls, ceilings, trim, and doors throughout the home." Well, he asked for an additional $2800 more. When I said no, it's just getting too expensive for me he dropped it to $2500 more (the contract was already ~$11,000). Mind you, he contracted with me to do the entire home. He reneged on his contract. What was I going to do? Take him to court? I need my home painted and I don't want someone to be forced to paint and do a bad job. Not saying that he would do a bad job, but I also needed it done as soon as possible. At a minimum, he should've owned up to the error. Instead, he tried to put the blame on me because I did not go in the basement with him. Seriously? If he had owned up to the mistake and given me a much better price, I probably would've gone with him. Mind you, his crew was already there and he had started putting paper down in a few rooms. He probably lost more money taking his crew away and losing a day of scheduled painting. I am just very disappointed. I think he probably would do a beautiful job, but I can't go with someone who changes the price while at the job. Is it my responsibility to walk into every room with him to make sure he has every room in his notes and video?

For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. Wilmer is warm, personable, proactive, and an excellent person to have on your team as a part of the work to transform your space! His team is also wonderful, expert, and easy to be around (I know, because i hired them for a second job and this time didn't leave town). Feel free to reach out to me with questions.
