We had a great experience with Steadfast. Before choosing them for our deck and screened in porch project we met with approximately 10 different companies. Steadfast stood out from the crowd, and while they weren't the cheapest (or highest!) we couldn't be happier with our choice. James did an excellent job not only working with us to understand what we wanted, especially with an ask related to an ADA compliant ramp in a tight space, but also communicating promptly and thoroughly, asking for clarification and stopping by for in person meetings when I wasn't quite able to cover what I wanted with words and pictures. He also offered great design suggestions and helped us figure out how to get the most value for our dollar. Towards the end of the project James coordinated with the siding company we were working with to ensure there was a seamless connection between the new screened porch and the new siding, including working with the other company to resolve a communication breakdown resulting in a design issue. Franklin and his crew were efficient and easy to work with as well. We'd highly recommend Steadfast to anyone looking for deck or porch companies in this area!!! read more

Update: turns out Steadfast built the porch over the service electrical line. It corroded the line and now my backyard has to get torn up to reroute it. read more

This is a follow up to a major porch renovation that was completed with great care and quality craftsmanship by Jack P and his team. After a little over a year, a small problem developed and a quick email to steadfast was answered and the problem was put on the schedule and fixed completely. Franklin showed up and made sure the job was done right. Thanks again again to Jack and his team a lot of small businesses do not follow up on warranty work and so far I am very very impressed that Steadfast Construction does . Thanks again.! read more

Very happy with the final product. James was a great sales man, and as he promised before I signed the contract he remained very responsive and available to me throughout the project. The deck and screened in porch came out great as well as, what I considered the marquee of the project, a 16ftx8ft sliding glass door where they had to cut a complete new opening in an exterior wall. Already getting many compliments from friends and family. I would recommend Steadfast to people who rely on me to give them solid recommendations. There was a couple of missteps that shouldn't have happened in my opinion, but Steadfast offered reasonable resolutions, was NOT combative in anyway to my concern, and also accepted my proposed solution. No large project like this comes without challenges of course, and I am definitely happy with the final product so definitely don't let that lack of one star sway your opinion away from giving them a shot. As for price, I talked to a lot of companies and got a lot of quotes. Everyone seemed around the same neighborhood for my project, so it wasn't a major differentiator for me to go with Steadfast. However, what really sealed the deal for me was the level of interaction from James. Every question I had, was met with near immediate responses. Every new estimate or design change arrived when promised, etc etc. This was NOT the case with ANY of the other companies I spoke with and ultimately what led to me signing the deal with them. If I had a need to build a deck again, I would use them. read more

I signed a contract to replace 2 existing decks in September 2022. Work didn't begin until April 2023. Despite having done a similar job a few miles from my home in Arlington less than a year before, they appeared to be totally ignorant of the permitting process in Arlington. I had to do most of the work to get the zoning (that's another story) and permitting documents processed. I was able to speak with the other customer who confirmed his experience was identical to mine. I wish I could have met him before I signed a contract. Communication was the major problem with the Steadfast management. Once it began the work itself progressed smoothly. Now, in June 2024, I see some minor quality issues, but overall it looks good. read more

My wife and I own a single-family home near Herndon Virginia. We had Steadfast Construction build a new deck and covered porch for us this past November and recommend them strongly. Nick was our sales representative. He provided an easy-to-read estimate on time and within our budget. He always followed up in a very timely manner during the project. He also provided building plans in 3-D pictures we needed to get approval from our homeowners association. He was very knowledgeable and personally pleasant. His professionalism was a major reason that we went with Steadfast Construction. Rene was our foreman. He was extremely hard-working and professional. We are extremely happy with our deck and porch and highly recommend Steadfast Construction. read more

I set up an appointment with company. 5 minutes before our scheduled meeting, I receive a text: "traffic". I was not sure what this meant so I called. He said he was running about 45 minutes late. We met and went over the scope of work. He said he was going to email me that day but never received. I emailed him through the Yelp email system but never responded. Waiting another 2 days and he promised by the end of the day he would email me. Never did. Not sure how this company stays in business. read more

I'll let the photos do the talking... we love our new deck!! Franklin and his crew did an amazing job and were absolutely wonderful. They took great pride in their work. They started the demolition the day after Christmas and completed the project right on time. Throughout the process we worked directly with Jack who was awesome and very easy to work with. If I emailed him in the evening with a question or concern, he would be at our house the next morning to address it which I really appreciated. Definitely a 5 star experience! Completely separate from the company, a word of caution about the decking material. We went with Fiberon for the flooring and we are finding that is scratches very easily- even the Good Life line which is supposed to scratch less that the higher end lines. Luckily they left us with a few extra planks of the Fiberon so if it bothers us too much, I'm sure they will just replace it. But just be aware, since reviews on Fiberon are few and far between. Overall though very happy with our deck and counting down the days until the weather warms up so we can use it!! read more

The manager was very rude and aggressive when I voiced my complaint. He didn't try to hear what I had to say and instead taunted me with the idea of suing their company - that I wouldn't win if I sued them. Never once did I mention legal action. I had to pay additional charges to the guy who did the manual labor because even he felt bad for having left the deck in the condition it was in. The salesman who worked on my proposal even admitted to making a clerical mistake on my contract but as mentioned, the manager wouldn't budge. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Steadfast construction installed a deck for my home. They did not properly grade under the deck so I had to have them tear down the frame to properly grade! AS you know Arlington can have flooding issues and we also have a basement. They did not plan for a proper installation and the crew was clueless on what to do. The EXPENSIVE deck was not installed correctly.  The Fiberon composite deck should have an overhang on the stairs, which was not done.  The Border was also not done correctly.  They used TREX spacers for the deck instead of Fiberon which voids the warranty.  So that also had to be replaced. The decking should be laid from the front to the back, but again was not done correctly and the deck is awkward and unprofessionally done. the VP of the company Jack was VERY unprofessional and told me I reminded him of his WIFE because I asked him to fix my almost 20k deck!  Every step of the deck installation was done poorly and it is reflected in the "final product". This deck is crooked and falling apart already!! It was an awful experience.  Please BEWARE of this company. They are shady and unprofessional.  I was so disappointed.  They cut so many corners! This company is DISHONEST. read more

We are so happy with how our porch and patio turned out. the team completed the work in less time than expected and their pricing was the best quote we got. I highly recommend that anyone considering hiring Steadfast for any project look elsewhere. They are extremely unprofessional and do not understand how to treat customers. Their deck work has been good in my experience however their fence work is poor. They also do not pay attention to details and appear to lack the ability to accurately plan and schedule projects. The Fence they constructed for me was poorly built and had to be redone multiple times. They failed to pull necessary permits that Arlington County requires and told me on the phone when I questioned them that they "Never pull fence Permits" even though Arlington County's website clearly says they are required. Miss Utility was also never called for my project when it should been. For the placement of the fence they consulted a rough sketch instead of asking for my plot which resulted in the fence initially being placed in my neighbors yard. A couple of the sections as well as the 3 gates had to be replaced multiple times due to poor workmanship and the front fence still looks shoddy. I was told that I was a liar when describing the events and situation around my project and I also believe I was cursed at by one of the Owner's, Kenny Krogman. All in all this has been an exhausting experiences and I wouldn't wish for what I experienced to happen to my worst enemy. Yelp doesn't even give me enough space to describe it all in detail. I can't even begin to describe how unpleasant and unprofessional the owners are, especially Kenny Krogman. Check my more detailed review on Angies list for more info. read more

The initial work performed was good. The workers were very professional and courteous. If you had asked me six months ago to give Steadfast a review, I would have given them five stars. However, over the winter, some of the the balusters they installed came lose. After two months of e-mailing and trying to call them, they still haven't gotten back to me to even look at the problem. Their work order stated that labor was guaranteed for two years and materials for life. The guarantee is no good if they won't perform the warranty work. In short, once you've made your payments to Steadfast, don't look for any further support. read more

We are so pleased with our screened in porch and deck combination. We had been defrauded by a previous deck builder and were armed with lessons learned in working with Steadfast. They exceeded our expectations with starting when they said they would, demolition of the old deck, construction, finishing, painting and electrical subcontracors, clean up and timeliness. We were happy with the work from Omar in the office, Nick as our stand-in sales rep and especially Rene as our crew chief. read more

Steadfast built our deck and gazebo and did a terrific job. They're responsive to concerns. I had some concerns with the gutter arrangement on the gazebo and the owner, Jack, took the time to come out and help figure out a game plan. They go above and beyond to do things right and make sure the client is satisfied. With such an expensive project that's how things should be! They do things right in my eyes. The structure of the deck seems to be engineered very well. We're on a steep hill so the structural integrity of the deck was extremely important to us. They understood our concerns, and have highly skilled builders and use high quality materials. We're happy we chose to work with Steadfast. read more

Carefully read and question Jack the owner about their cancellation fee if you decide not to proceed with a project. I put a deposit down while still deciding on a deck or porch. Canceled within "three business days by midnight" as stated on their agreement, but apparently Jack hasn't read it. They tried to keep 8% of the entire project, not 8% of the deposit! I totally get cancellation penalties and the need for them to be in place, but follow your printed policy Steadfast. I sent all my documentation to Visa and they agreed with me to remove the charge. RE: STEADFAST CONSTRUCTION INC License Number 2705058852 Address: 111 BERRY ST 103, VIENNA, VA 22180 And find my filing: DPOR File #2020-00997, See License Lookup: License Search Results (virginia.gov) under disciplinary actions Fairfax County permit # 182280112 ( I was assisted by Melissa Smarr, and Scott Hagerty at Fairfax County Code Enforcement. Contracted with Steadfast build start Oct 2018. Oct. 23, 2018 Steadfast Failed County inspection. They stopped build completely after inspection failure by County.did not resume work until County inspectors came out with them in Aug. 2019 to correct failures and complete build with remedies. I called this abandonment as They even withdrew the permit in Nov.2018. They left the electric meter can unsafe, the siding torn off to expose my building all winter, the dry vent was a slipping hazard and FIRE HAZARD etc. They had my $19k fully paid as billed prior to inspection. Lattice work and few details was supposedly left to finish to my knowlege before they failed inspection. Here is the list of violations made by Inspector Hagerty Nov. 2018: "Meter is in violation of the utility company (Dominion Energy) locations allowed. This is a violation of Dominion not Fairfax County. They have direct authority of the meter can location. The County has authority from the meter can connection on the line side in to the panelboard. R303.5.2 Exhaust openings; This code states exhaust air is not to be directed onto walkways. Since the dryer exhaust is directed onto the landing area of the garage door it would be in violation of this section. M1502.3 Duct termination; The duct has a screen or fins that block the exhaust exit point. It also discharges within 3 feet of an opening into the building. I don't see a backdraft damper either. This would be multiple violations of this code section. R507.3.1 Installation of wood/plastic composites; There are several screws missing on the decking used to form the stair treads. This would be a violation of the manufacturer's installation instructions. R507.7.1 Deck beam to deck post; There are washers missing where the post and beam connections are made. There should be washers on both sides of the carriage bolts to prevent rotation inside the drilled holes. R703.1 Exterior covering "general"; The siding is not complete and will need to be repaired/replaced where the ledger will lowered or the meter can moved. R301.5 Minimum uniformly distributed live loads; The guardrail attachment brackets are not secured to the post properly and must have the nuts tightened to the bracket in line with manufacturer installation instructions. The permit must be amended to show the lattice included in the description because the deck is over 4' tall in some locations. This is a zoning infraction and isn't something I can write up criminally but is never the less and infraction of the zoning ordinance. This shouldn't be a big issue as the deck should meet minimum setbacks to allow for the lattice to be installed." Also lighting on steps to be installed per code in contract. In addition to the violations, I had to put out $3.5k for the move of electric circuit box inside my house. This was unplanned and never mentioned prior to the build or in contract. All along I tried to address reasonably with Steadfast these issues. FIX them. They were unprofessional in conduct and delivery of contract. They still are. Steadfast's solution to the problem they neither identified themselvesinitally or to me, in Oct 2018 was amputation of a large area off build. I would not accept that. That amputation would have disconnected them from the problem lthat they had not identified only to be caught at inspection and le but built around but left me with a silly looking deck that had lost 1/4 space. That remedy and willingness to resolve issues that they overlooked and then built around shows who Steadfast is. But their idea of fixing what was obviously their responsibility did not fall to reason and I feel you should know who these people are before choosing. June 2021: there are still issues that I have requested be resolved, emailed and no response from Kenneth Krogmann. These issues are about damage of threshold of french door, about caulk at corner failure and at step area, and finish nails across fascia board at front of deck that are showing and look like chicken feet....as they filled with crayon that melt/evaporates. Understand that I have a warranty and these are problems showing up that I asked remedied within a yr. It cost me extra money, time, aggravation and I did not get a product that I consider first rate for a premium price. read more

Unfortunately, the following was filed with the BBB. Facts of our Project: * We want to point out that Mirko & Jose (carpenters) did an amazing job. They are both extremely professional and produce a high-quality product when they are onsite. * Work order was executed on July 31, 2017 for a $100K+ Screened Porch with a start date of 9-10 weeks from execution and a project completion date of 3-4 Weeks. * Work began on October 30, 2017 * Last Draft of $6000 was requested on January 13, 2018 when the project was still not completed. * We agreed to pay 50% of final draft ($3,000) on January 14, 2018 and hold back the other $3,000 until porch was stained (weather permitting), barn doors fixed, and fireplace/roofing stopped leaking. * Steadfast was informed in writing of the fireplace/roof leaking on January 12th, January 28th, February 13th, March 5th, June 21st, and August 9th * Steadfast was informed in writing of the custom barn doors (3) not working properly on January 12th, April 11th, June 21st, and August 9th * Mirko (the lead Carpenter) reached out through text on Wednesday April 11th at roughly 2pm to schedule staining the porch floor on Thursday April 12th. We had to ask them to reschedule since the floor needs 48 hours to dry and we were already hosting an event that weekend, which would utilize the porch. * After not hearing anything from Steadfast for over two +months we finally reached out on June 25th to find out when we would be scheduled to get our floor stained, fireplace/roof fixed so it's not leaking, and the barn doors in working condition. * This was the response we received from Steadfast on June 25th "We've got Santo's and Mirko now booked solid the next month plus. As soon as their available, we'll reach out." and "Mirko is now on a $178,000 project in Great Falls that must be completed by 07/24 and Santos is now 2 weeks behind, on a month's worth of projects that already had been scheduled, due to the rain. As stated, as soon as one is available, we'll schedule you." and "UPDATE: As of this time Mirko may be available early August...weather permitting." * We are not sure how these projects have anything to do with or impact our project which began on October 30th of 2017. * After receiving these responses on June 25th we have patiently waited for Steadfast to reach back out, hoping for the best. * Since we haven't heard anything since June 25th while constantly checking our junk/spam folders just in case, we reached back out to Steadfast on August 9th, 10th, and 11th with no response from either Owner (Jack/Ken), the general office email, nor the Project Manager (Mirko). * This project was expected per the Work Order to be 3-4 weeks. It wasn't, things run over, and Change Orders occur, we are completely fine and expected as much schedule wise. What we didn't expect was for work to wrap up January 13th and for them to walk away from a project with a roof that leaks, barn doors that don't work, and a floor unstained. This is exactly why we were hesitant to pay 50% of the last draft but did so in good faith. DESIRED OUTCOME/RESOLUTION: Steadfast stain our floor, fix the barn doors so they are in working condition, and repair the leaking roof/fireplace as contracted on July 31, 2017. The fact that we've had a roof leaking for 7 months with little to no concern is perplexing. We will update this review if warranted. read more

Steadfast construction installed a 2 level back deck in my townhouse back yard. Nick came out and was very polite and professional. However that changed over the course of the project and nothing went well. 1-it's a 2 level back yard deck. I told them where upper level needed to end, had it put into contract. They extended the upper level farther then what was in contract. Which meant the pot that I had planned to use, could no longer be used so I had to spend $139 to replace it with a pot that would fit that spot and work w my design needs. It also meant that the clematis that was to grow on the pole there, now needed a larger trellis around the pole. I asked if they would build the trellis since they made an error and they said yes. But they then could not find wood trellis w proper dimensions so I said I'd buy new trellis. 2-Before project started I asked if they could plant a small tree in corner of back yard and leave a hole in deck to accommodate the tree. They said they don't plant trees but I can ask the guy doing the deck to do it on the side for extra money and he agreed. The day they started Project I see him digging along fence where my utilities are and I did not see any Miss Utility flags. I ran upstairs as quickly as I could to tell supervisor he had to stop Bc utilities are somewhere in that area. He said they never call Miss Utility on small jobs Bc they can see where the utilities run and he said he can see mine and it's fine to dog along my fence line. Well Deck is all done and he goes to dig the hole and says he can't dig Bc there's a large utility box on the ground there. So now I have this large area in my deck for a tree and no reee when I told the company we needed to get Miss utility out before starting the job. Bc they initially seemed nice and they seemed very concerned about having to tell their boss, I said I'd brainstorm to see if I could find a way to do something with that space. I turned it into a wild bird feeding area, and had to spend a few grand to do that. 3. Then I wait 3-4 weeks for project to start, no big deal. But when they started, a neighbor saw them outside and asked him to his yard too. Job was supposed to take 3-4 days. Starting on about day 3 I was told they would he done that day, but weren't. Why??? Bc he's a few townhouses down doing my neighbors deck. For at least 3 days he spent most of his day at my neighbors extending my installation by several days when I waited a month to get started and my neighbor waited 24 hours. I'd call supervisor and ask why this is happening and he's call installation guy and nothing changed. He'd still be working at neighbors. 4. Them I had wanted a new lock on my gate Bc the past few locks had all been similar style locks installed by different companies and I had the same issues repeatedly. So I was told a different style lock would be put on. Job is done and it's the same style as the last lock. When I pointed that out, installer said he was never told to do anything else. And this is their standard lock so he bought what they always buy. Nick made a fuss and said it's not the same style so he did not want to replace it. We finally agreed on a certain style lock, installer comes out to fix it and asks me what he needs to do with lock Bc his supervisor never told him. I didn't have photos of what we looked at. So he left and had to return a different day. He then installs a lock on similar style but not what I approved. Problem is as soon as the wood warps the gate will no longer open and close Bc it's a very tight fit as it is. 5. Within 1-3 days of deck being installed, wood beams started making loud popping sounds as I stepped on them. And then the board would be higher then other boards. Supervisor stated that boards needed replacing Bc screws were coming undone. Installer came out and said he was never told to do that, the screws are not coming out, and he added more screws. 6. Installer set 2 metal plant baskets and their chains on my ac compressor. Compressor went on and ate the chains. I was told I'd be reimbursed the money for those 2 baskets but that has not yet happened. 7. When they installed deck it messed up my brand new $7590 sliding glass door. I could barely open it. They fixed something again, it looses but now I get tons of my flies in my house every day. I never had this issue before. This also resulted in my alarm sensors on my slider not working and so it thought my door was always open. So alarm co had to come out and fix that. 8. Worst part of all is Nick went from being this nice guy to having a temper even though every error they made, I was the one that felt badly and didn't want him getting in trouble so I'd find a way to move w his mistakes and spent several thousand extra dollars to do so. Bw new pot, bird feeder stands, trellis, etc. yet he's raising his voice to me on the phone as if I did something wrong. read more

Steadfast built a large deck and screen porch for us in our yard, which included a large tree with a lot of big roots in the way. I was impressed with the company from start to finish. First, they worked with us to satisfy the picky Reston HOA application requirements which is a job in itself. Then construction started: everything went very smoothly, and the deck was completed in about three weeks, which, given the winter weather kept the guys from working on some days, was pretty good time, I thought. Manuel, the foreman on our project, is a real craftsman. The details of our porch are well-executed and beautiful! He asked for our input any time there was a minor issue or when there was a decision to be made. Communication with the company in general was good, by phone and by email. Billing was clear and detailed. Clean up afterwards was meticulous--there is NO junk left over in our yard. Steadfast was not the lowest estimate we got for our project, but the cost was reasonable, overall. It is worth paying a little extra for this kind of service and this kind of result. We are very pleased with our screen porch and can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can use it. :) read more

We had a great experience with Steadfast building a portico, screened porch, and paver patio at our home. Omar were fantastic with onsite work and keeping crews organized. We were moving back into the area and wanted to build a bigger deck, excavate land under the deck to put a concrete slab for a shed, and build a bigger patio around the slab. Our land is on a hill and several retainer walls needed to be built to make sure erosion wouldn't ruin any of the patio and slab. From start to finish, Nick (our contractor) was very responsive. It was a bit hard finding contractors to want to work with us because we lived out of state at first. Not for Steadfast. He worked with us throughout the project and we felt at ease with how the project was executed. Even when our design had to be changed due to the slope of our yard, it was addressed immediately with Nick coming to us. The onsite workers were respectful and cleaned up everyday. The quality of work is superb and we couldn't be happier with our new deck and patio. The built for it to last a long time. So I had an appointment with Steadfast yesterday to look at a prospective job at my house. I came home from work and waited for them. They never showed up. This may have been okay if they had a good reason or at least handled it professionally. BUT, I got really irritated when I called the office to inquire as to whether the gentleman was still coming or could still come given I was home anyway. The person at their front desk was able to quickly locate my appointment on their calendar and admitted she didn't know why the individual didn't make it. She never apologized for the inconvenience but did proceed to put me on hold two separate times while never quite explaining what she was doing about the situation or why. After the second hold she came back and said "your appointment was entered on the schedule wrong...", as if I was supposed to understand what that meant or it should've resolved the situation. She then said, "hold on, I'll put you on the phone with the manager." So I'm thinking he'll come on and apologize, explain what happened, or etc. Except no one picked up the phone and I was then back to the front desk. At this point I started to get irritated. I kept my cool but stated "look, I don't see why this is so complicated. Why not just call the guy who was supposed to come and see if he can still make it?" At that point the Individual snapped at me: "THAT'S WHAT I JUST DID"! (No; you told me you were routing me to the manager). At that point I said "look, if the guy can still make it, please tell him to do so. If not, forget it. This sounds overly complicated and I think I'll just take the job to one of your competitors." So, despite a neighbor's recommendation and nice photos on their website. I found dealing with Steadfast to be quickly exhausting. They didn't keep their appointment, and the people staffing the business need some serious mentoring on customer service (here, try this next time: "sir, I am deeply sorry. That's not like him. Let me get into contact with him, find out what happened, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible." NOT difficult!). read more

My wife and I hired Steadfast Construction to build a wooden deck on the front of our home. The home has an awning on the front and we wanted a place to sit and enjoy our front yard. We called Steadfast for an estimate after reading online reviews, and ultimately had them do the project. We are so happy we did. The first word that comes to mind in describing Steadfast is "professional." They were always on time, courteous, and receptive to our ideas. We had multiple consultations and were given detailed plans before we signed the contract. They built the deck exactly on schedule without any surprise costs. When they finished, we did a walk-through and they did whatever additional work we wanted with no questions asked. Even after we had paid in full, they came out to address our minor concerns for no extra charge. The deck is beautiful. Sturdy. We can't wait to use it this spring while our kids play in the yard. It has totally transformed the front of our house. In total, it added 21x5 feet of usable space where previously we'd had dirt and bushes. To balance out the look of the home, we continued the rail across to the garage (adding a gate where it crossed the front door). The total project, while not cheap, was in line with other estimates we received. Ultimately, it was a bargain given the functionality it adds to our home. If we ever build another deck, it will be with Steadfast. read more

We started our deck and patio project last year but due to Covid, only got finished this February. The end result is a beautiful deck and stone patio that we are now able to enjoy in warm weather. The overall cost of our project was $100K. Given the amount we spent, I'm already noticing small issues that shouldn't already crop up less than 6 months later. Part of the material is popping out of the eaves, wires on the deck need to be tightened, one of the deck lights are already out. We contacted Steadfast to come by and fix these minor issues but response times are delayed, and no one has been out yet. I'm a little disappointed with the after-the-fact customer service. During the project also, there was very delayed communication from the project manager. I won't name names as it's counterproductive. Suffice to say that I'd really expect top notch customer service for any client so they can stand by the end product they've produced. Truly, I'm enjoying this beautiful deck but it is marred a little by the small imperfections that can be easily and timely remediated. Hopefully, they will come out soon to get this resolved. read more

We're pleased with the deck Steadfast built for us. Their price was competitive, they built a solid, attractive deck, and they were responsive to our requests for follow-on adjustments. We've received positive feedback from our neighbors on its appearance and would recommend them to others. read more

I just had a small deck built and installed by Steadfast, and I am very pleased with the results. The whole process was smooth, from the initial quote from Miguel - who provided competitive pricing - to the fast construction of the deck itself by Grover, who did an excellent job. Less than 5 minutes after the deck was complete, a neighbor knocked on my door complimenting me on my deck and wanting to know who did it since he was also in the market for a deck. I'd definitely use them again for future projects and recommend their services to others. read more

We picked this contractor over others because the person who came to review our needs seemed truly knowledgeable. Over the next three weeks, we received no response to three phone calls and two emails. I called and talked with a manager who said he would have the original person call me back. I've heard nothing in the two weeks since then. Disappointing. read more
