I got a chain link (vinyl coated black) to help protect my little fenchie. We had neighbors who let their dogs run off lease. They would come and attack her. She got to the point of not wanting to go out to potty. They made my dog a happy camper, she had so much joy when she saw the fenced yard. I also want to point out, that at first she was able to push underneath the fence. I complained and they came back to rectify the situation. Great customer service. Value We called L.F.O. for our wood fence estimate due to great reviews online. Also, it's a family and veteran owned company which makes their service and approach more personal. Mr. Richard, the owner came on time as scheduled for an estimate ang gave us a fairly reasonable price. Sean, the owner's son came with his crew on day of installation and supervised everything making sure there will be no problem with the project. You can tell that they are very knowledgeable in this business and does it with a passion. They are so efficient and finished our fence in just a few hours and left our property clean. Sean Obrien builds warped fences. He doesn't honor the warranty and doesn't respond. I purchased $4,500 of fence from Lowe's where LFO was their contractor. I had it installed last October. Nightmare on install, they were a day and a half late, didn't notify me they were going to be late, I had to text and call several times to only hear back a day later - and I waited, took time off work, 2 days for them. Now 5-6 months later, I have several warped boards, boards with no nails, my gate is sagging. I have emailed lowe's over 10 times to get LFO to honor their warranty. Sean finally called, after over 6 weeks, he wanted to show up in the next 30 minutes. I was on conference calls and couldn't go out to walk the fence. He adjusted the latch on my gate (not the sagging gate), nothing else. He said he would come back with appropriate boards and hardware to fix...but again, never heard from him. I didn't get to walk the fence with him to point out the issues because he only wanted to come over on his time, not his customer's. I won't do business with this company again, they do NOT honor their warranty. read more

LFO could not have been more helpful or courteous. LFO helped me save more than $200 on a boundary survey. And when it turned out my neighbor had built part of is fence on my lot and was reluctant to acknowledge the problem, LFO was the shoulder i leaned on. Suddenly my neighbor problem cleared up. Richard and his team has installed two fences for me -- to manage the outside activities of my 6 rescued dogs. They did a wonderful job and the quality of the fencing is absolutely outstanding, greatly enhancing the beauty and value of my property. He did a super job. SEE MY PRIOR REVIEW OF 11/10/15. But the true measure of any business and of its quality is the after sale care provided in the unlikely event something needs adjustment. I recently had a screw break off that held one side of the gate closing lock keeper that needed a rapid repair and a deteriorating alignment issue with another gate because of settling. Within a couple of days of reporting these issues, Richard had a technician at my house who fixed both problems -- all under warranty without any charge to me. Real "grace under fire" so to speak and in circumstances others might simply blow off. Richard didn't -- was there for me -- came through for me and stood behind his work.
