From the first call, these guys were all about service and communication. They were on top of status updates and follow up phone calls. In addition, I brought my car in with some previous damage, several one to two inch scratches from a sliding glass door dog door insert that fell into my car during a storm. I have been to many auto body shops over the years and Precision Auto Body is by far the best service. My daughter crunched her Lexus twice. The first time, the car was restored to brand new condition. Zack was extremely thoughtful, the shop is clean and if there is an issue, he will take the time to fix it. The second time, her car was totalled but Zack provided a second opinion and offered to look over her new pre-owned Lexus, free of charge. I was so happy, I returned with my 2000 Dodge Durango that suffered two bullet holes in the side of the car. They made my baby look like new and came under budget. He installed new headlamps and there was a slight headlamp alignment issue (OK, I am a perfectionist) and they made the proper adjustments and showed me how for future reference. read more

Precision was recommended to me by a friend. I went in for a quote on my SUV which I smartly ran into a large boulder while camping. The damage wasnt too severe mostly it knocked pieces of the bumper and front end out of place. I spoke with Zack who said it might be easy to just pop everything back into place and bolt it down if there was no internal damage. I agreed to let them take a look. 15 minutes later Zack handed back my SUV all fixed and NO CHARGE!!! Zack and his staff are excellent. Will come back again, hopefully not too soon! My car had severe damage about a year ago and Precision was the shop my insurance recommended; they did a fantastic job with the repairs and kept me informed along the way. Just recently I hit a pole in my parking lot and the front corner of my bumper was covered in white scratches (on a black car) - it looked terrible! I thought I was going to have to fork out a lot to get it fixed but when I went in for an estimate at Precision he buffed/waxed it out in less than ten minutes and it didn't cost me a thing. After reading the other reviews I am questioning if I went to the same shop as everyone else here because it has been a vastly different experience for my wife and I. There has been no communication at all unless I initiate it. When the parts needed were found to be damaged, after having them in their possession for multiple days and it pushed the timeline out into the next week, they didn't bother to tell us, I only found out when I called to ask what time can I pick the car up on the initial planned day of completion. There was never an update or status report willingly given on their end for the first 4 days of work, it has to be pulled out of them. High prices that more than doubled the initial quote and a complete lack of transparency during the repair process (like saying they ordered parts after the estimate to guilt us into using them and then come to find out then come to find out that wasn't even true and our car just sat untouched in their possession while it waited for those parts) and a complete absence of communication has be wishing I went elsewhere. Quality of work may be good, but lack of customer service has me banging my head against a wall. read more

very disappointed!!! think twice before taking it here. make sure you take millions of pictures of your vehicle before dropping it off with these people if possible video. if something happens to your vehicle they wont want to take responsibility. they are not honest. other damages were made to my vehicle under their watch and they didnt want to take responsibility. read more

Sorry but my experience was not good. From not answering phones(I got 2 different stories on that one) to being late with the car so I missed an appointment and then I got there to find they had not even touched one side of the car after 3 days. I felt as though I was treated like a silly little woman who could just be ignored. Yes Scott called me but my trust with them has gone and if the car needs further work to finish off the job they were supposed to do, I will take it elsewhere. read more

I had a hard to repair bit of vandalism on my 1986 Porsche. PA did a great job, leaving the car looking like new.

These guys do decent work if you can put up with the lack of communication and not doing what they commit to. When I initially had my car towed there after rear ending someone, it took them 3 days to call me back. I had to take it back after the paint set for them to put the clear bra on. When I dropped it off the night before, I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours, that I was first on the schedule and to call at 10am to see how they were getting along on it. I called a little after 10am and several more times finally finding out at 1pm (3 hours later) that they would need my car 2 more hours. They let me know at 4:30pm it was done (3 1/1 hours...not 2). When I went to pick it up, it had been left out in the rain and was so spotted I could barely see out the windshield. My time is valuable and I don't want to spend it chasing after someone that should be keeping me informed. Very frustrating...I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

This guy Zac was the worst I had a horrible experience and it is not over yet I dropped my car off on Oct 3 of this year and right from the beginning there was no communication he told me he would give me an update in a week, that week went by and I had to call him. He informed me that he had not even started on my car car because he did not like my claims adjuster at Progressive. I stated maybe I should take my car since that is who I have insurance with. He said no he would get another adjuster there. Another week went by no call, on to the third week he answers but tells me it will be another couple days. I got my car almost 4 weeks later he then tried to tell me I owed him $1000 for a deductible I guess he thought I was crazy because I am female. I stated to him he was incorrect, but had i not known this information he would have tried to get that amount. When i drove my car home and parked it, there was fluid come from everywhere. He refuses to take the car back and stated to the insurance i refused to bring it back. He also lost my alarm key, and my car was gone through from the glove compartment to the trunk when i asked him about things missing he stated that I signed the clause in the contract that stated if anything is lost or stolen their shop is not responsible. My advice is to be careful when searching for a body shop. I am still dealing with issue and it is over a month later! Terrible customer service. Precision auto told me 4 or 5 times they would call me back with information about my car and failed to do each and every time. They told me my car would be ready on 5 different days before I actually got the car back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not take my car there again. read more
