    This is how I found my vehicle after 64 days at this body shop.

    Bare with me as this is going to be long, if I could give them negative -5 stars I would! I had some minor cosmetic issues with my vehicle, I was given their card by a Acura dealership that services my vehicle. I contacted this Tempe location and was given a date for service and dropped my vehicle off, this was February 7, 2023. My insurance company paid for my rental which was 30 days per claim and I had 2 separate claims on my vehicle. The 1st 30 days my vehicle was at this shop I spoke with the shop maybe once. Then as the 30 days went by I had to return the rental and obtain a new one, which I did but as time went on I started to reach out to the shop for updates on my vehicle. By the time 50+ days had gone by and I knew the rental had to be returned I attempted to get in contact with the person who was in charge of my vehicle which was Zach the manager. He does not communicate neither return your calls. So I started pulling up to the shop every week and every week Zach would have some lame story about ordering parts and my vehicle was almost ready blah blah blah, by week 3 (Monday) of his lies I decided I was going to pop up and search for my vehicle on the property so I can see the progress of my vehicle myself. Before I could leave the house I received a call from my insurance company telling me Zach had just called them and said my vehicle would be ready Wednesday, I immediately responded with "bs" because I knew Zach was lying, every week he finds a new lie as an attempt to buy hisself more time. I went to the shop anyways it had been 64 days they had my vehicle, I immediately became unhinged upon setting my eyes on my vehicle, it was sitting by its self with bondo on it no paint. (photos included) I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I had just caught this guy in a lie! Caught him red handed with his "bs". I immediately demanded my keys and vehicle back, I was met with "I apologize", from a woman who works the front desk. I refused to calm down and leave w/o my vehicle. Not only was I paying for the rental car out of my pocket but I now clearly see this business has been lying to me and holding my vehicle hostage! They called the police on me and I was trespassed off the property, I explained to the officers I just wanted my vehicle back and I no longer wanted anything to do with these people. Zach refused to give me vehicle back. So I drove to Acura and spoke with them about the situation and asked how are they referring their customers to such a disgrace of a business. I was told that they do NOT refer their customers to the Tempe location, they ONLY send their customers to the Chandler location! So I realized I had made a huge mistake with taking my vehicle to the wrong location! Acura got on the phone with the manager of the Chandler location (Kevin) who was upset about what I was going through with Zach, Kevin said he would fix it and make this right as I am a customer of Acura and Precision Auto Body does a lot of business with Acura of Tempe. The next day (Tuesday day 65) Kevin attempted to dispatch a tow truck and retrieve my vehicle from Zach but he refused to give up my vehicle stating they had just painted it and it couldn't be moved, I refused to except that so I called the police for a civil stand by to get my vehicle back. The officers explained to them that they had no choice but to release my vehicle as the other locations manager is stepping in. Kevin then sent a tow truck to retrieve my vehicle and away we went to the Chandler location. Kevin really took care of me and stepped up and got me my vehicle back in a manner of days after it being in his shop. I really appreciate everything he's done for me. However because of the crappy work the Tempe location did on my vehicle my bumper does not sit correctly on my vehicle and the passenger rear door did not lock. I brought my vehicle back to him and unfortunately they would have to take it apart and do the work over again including painting to fix the bumper situation, he was able to get my locks working correctly. I was out of my vehicle 71 days, but the shop paid for the rental. I would not recommend this business, this franchise needs to replace their manager Zach, he has countless bad reviews online and other people have come forward with their nightmare stories dealing with this location.

    Still stuck at the part where you billed 2 insurers for the same work? Fraud!!! 2- 4 wheel alignments, paid 2x to remove a truck bed, paid twice to remove bed liner from the bed bolts, paid twice to for the pre and post service scan, paid twice to strip and remove bed liner, then you upped it to 850 2x, then you decided it needed a bed strip and repaint at 2838 and when one insurer paid, you asked the other and fought over payment without disclosure to both insurers and they are experts and say you committed fraud, you held my vehicle for 7 weeks!! And now I have paint issues, not a "quality repair"! KJ saying "no cost to you", after I told him in the same conversation to credit the steps means no cost to me, you adding a made up cost or a cost of 1 dollar is not what was disclosed to me, I'm willing to bet the 172 you want is probably more than you paid for the steps! Now I have to find a shop to fix the paint, hopefully it won't be another 7 weeks. From my experience they went above and beyond to get paid and held my vehicle for 7weeks to do so with a paint issue that should have been caught while they were ripping both insurers off on that bed liner scam.

    There are good people out there. I brought my car in for an estimate after a young woman scraped it from above the tire all the way to the bumper as she was backing out from a parking spot next to me. A very nice man from Precision, Zack, asked if I would be using insurance or paying cash. When I explained I wasn't sure because I was giving the young woman the option of not involving her insurance if the repairs would be less than her deductible, he said he would take the car back and see what needed to be done. About 15 minutes later when he came back, they had buffed out almost all the damage. What was even nicer, he said he had 2 daughters and he was happy to help keep a claim off this young woman's insurance so there was no charge. Thank you Zack. Thank you Precision. It's nice to see an individual and a company do something purely out of kindness.

    I received this shops recommendation from my service advisor at Scottsdale Infiniti, when my front end had some damage. I can say after using them, absolutely outstanding work and service. Had my car out in and out in a little over two weeks. They had to haggle with my insurance to get a piece covered, but they got it completed and approved quickly. Never once did I have intervene, which is very refreshing. I also had them fix a part that I paid for out pocket, and they actually over quoted the total amount I thought I was going to owe. Which ended up being pretty nice when I went to pick my car up and it was a little less money than planned. They also detailed my car for final fit and finish at pick up. Would highly recommend for any body work!
