Such a great spot! Our server, Mia, was absolutely amazing! She had great recommendations for drinks and was just a gem. So excited to come back again! read more

When you go to board and bottle, they're usually so busy you forfeit good service for a good price, but Marraye gave us amazing service, she was super sweet, food and wine were amazing as always, we were super appreciative of the gluten free bread. We came in unsure if they had room for us but we were really glad we got sat with Marraye because she made our night! Literally ask to sit with her; the place itself is super cool, great vibe for date night or celebration, even ran into friends there so obviously it's well known as the place to go! read more

Service was horrible! We ordered the Burrata as a appetizer. It arrived with three small bite size pieces of bread. We asked for more bread several times . The bread finally arrived about 10 min after our meals arrived . My husbands order was wrong and it took 20 min to receive the correct cup of soup . When the correct soup finally arrived it was cold read more

The service was impeccable! Our waiter Nate was attentive, friendly and thorough. The food definitely left a lot to be desired. It was very expensive, for the quality and what I received. The soup was kind of flavorless and the beef sandwich was just lunch meat. Ambiance was good. Was disappointed with the quality of food. read more

Some of the best service i've had at a 'chain' restaurant, you would never guess! Happily ate my weight in cheese and olives and bread. Our bartender Jade was very accommodating helping us navigate the unique menu. After basically licking our plates, Brittany came and checked in on us ensuring all was well and taken care of. Left completely satisfied! read more

Had Chris as a bartender and service, food and drinks were all fantastic. Attentive service, spot on espresso martinis for me and the date, followed by a properly made old fashioned that was alcohol forward without too much sugar. Stopped by after my work day for happy hour and so happy I did. My bruschetta board was AMAZING and I was tempted to order a second. I love how you can mix and match various selections and customize the board to your liking. The bread was so soft and the toppings and sauces were all savory. Highly recommend the sweet potato wedges and riesling as well. Cherry on top? Top notch service! read more

I've loved Postino for years, and this location has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I'm extremely disappointed. We came in for lunch around 2 PM, and they were out of nearly everything on the menu. Even items we did order were missing components. For a restaurant I've trusted and recommended in the past, this was a huge letdown. Sadly, I can't recommend this location anymore. read more

Kenzie was fantastic! We are such huge Postinos fans! Always great service and food, and best happy hour around!

This was my second time at this place. I really like the ambiance, the service and the food. It can be a fun night out with some colleagues or can be a fun outing with family or friends. Salads are super delicious, the paninis are second to none and the boards are definitely a must get. We tried the one with hummus, burrata, salmon. All GREAT choices. Happy hour deals are awesome, specially for international wine (Austria, Germany, Italy, Australia, France) fantastic choices for beer as well. read more

This place is amazing. The seasonal burrata plate was so fresh. Roasted mushroom fondue has a great backend kick. The bruschetta board was choose 4 for 18.00 Mexican street corn, smoked salmon & pesto, mushroom & marscapone & salami with pesto. Main dishes ordered: Tuscan tuna panini Italian beef dip panini Chicken mozzarella panini 1 bottle of perfekt German Riesling. This food is so well executed. This is not complicated stuff too make it's the execution where these guys just crush it. The place was packed at 8:30 and our food came out fresh, hot and quickly. The breads are amazing and the service is great. Cool vibe looking out onto pearl street. This place is legit and for those that like tapas style dining this is a must try!. read more

Cute spot in Boulder off of Pearl St. Happy hour throughout the day and lots of drink options. Ordered a sandwich and a salad. Both came out quickly and were delicious. Probably could've gone for any of the sandwich and salad options and been satisfied. Friendly staff. read more

We tried this place on a Thursday evening. It was rather busy but we had no wait for a party of two. We ordered the charcuterie board, a bruschetta sampling, and a pick two including Italian dip & tomato basil soup. Our pick two (which was our entree,) came out with the bruschetta before the charcuterie board. A little odd, but not too big of a deal. The pick 2 was really disappointing, very bland and lacked any kind of flavor. The charcuterie was probably the best item of the night. The restaurant itself is really cute and is well lit and has good vibes. Was hoping for tastier food, but unfortunately was let down. read more

OMG ---- umm WHERE is the cheese? Layered gruyere, brie, whipped goat cheese, white cheddar on the Grilled Cheese. Do you see it? We didn't either. Was the word "or" missed in the description? Where we supposed to specify we wanted all four as described? $14.95 for half hearted swipes of some substance that at best acted as glue to hold two tiny toasted bruschetta slices together with a dabble of bacon bits on one end. Side-note to all considering this place; the wine pours are incredibly controlled, and you will not get 1 mL above what has been determined as a "glass"... Not even sure if it is 5 ounces. $14 for a glass of red blend. $72.49 for two snacks and two drinks plus tip. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I don't care to ever contribute to this cause again. I eat out a lot, more than I should. I understand you pay more at some place for certain amenities. Yes, the location at the end of the downtown space is nice. But this place has a vibe of posing as friendly plus high-quality while penny-pinching their offerings and charging a premium to the point of making it not special any more. Come on Postino... 4.5 stars? Are your past ratings making you complacent? Did we catch you on a bad night? Did you run out of cheese? Should we have signed up for the wine club for higher quality offerings? Very disappointing. read more

We stumbled into Postino in Boulder after a day of exploring RMNP and it was such a delicious experience! I'm gluten-free, but my family is not, so sometimes it can be hard to find something that fits us all and Postino came in clutch with several GF dishes and some really delicious GF toast to go with the other dishes! We started with the crispy cauliflower over romesco sauce, and it was hands down the best cauliflower I've ever had. The cauliflower was perfectly cooked and the romesco sauce was so flavorful... like, 2 weeks later and I'm still thinking about that romesco! We also loved the charcuterie board, which had a great variety of meats, cheeses, and accouterments. The pick 4 bruschetta boards were a fun way to try a little bit of everything! The service at Postino was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and he made great recommendations... plus they operate on a team waiter system, so we were continually cared for. We look forward to our next visit! read more

Fabulous dinner! we sampled the burrata, a couple of appetizers, soup and salad. everything was delicious.

We've been to Postino a number of times (we live near one in AZ too) and it never fails to deliver! It's my favorite girlfriend meet up place around 4:30 for glasses of wine (specials until 5)! We tend to love the choose two - half panini and salad or soup. So many choices. The bruschetta is delicious too and it's fun to choose new ones to try. The patio is delightful and it's summer so we love to sit out there! Great service, wonderful wine and food. Holly's Chardonnay is my favorite! read more

cool vibe and ambiance. Wine and food very tasty. If you don't want bruschetta and / or panini, go somewhere else. Also- no liquor yet - just beer and wine- but we heard that is temporary. Very delicious but not many options beyond that. Staff very cool- especially Jade! Love the decor! read more
