Do not trust shipping your valuables from this particular franchise. They take a hands off policy basically once they accept your payment and supposed courier pick up is made. I was assured repeatedly that the parcel would make it's destination on time. Come to find out tracking did not start until 48 hours later, finalizing a delivery date a full week later. I even followed up w/an inquiry to USPS and was informed they scan ever parcel as policy to overt this type of situation. A reasonable attempt was made to find out what happened on Tuesday. ., 1 vauge response basically denoting responsibility another the same day requesting information that they should have already had. Okay so the plan was simple. Go in, pack up my items and send out my package. This would have been a 5star review if not for the fact that I was there for over an hour because of what seemed like a computer error, but now thinking about it was more like a user error on their part. I brought all of my items to be boxed up there and I wanted to use flat rate boxes. I was given " flat rate" boxes to use and it turns out they actually weren't. Which I completely understand people make honest mistakes, it happens. But what kinda left a bad taste in my mouth was that no one really seemed apologetic.Like I said I was there for a good hour maybe hour and a half, I had to repackage my items and no one seemed to ask " did you want me to pack it for you?" I didn't get an extended apology for waiting so very long when I was the only person in the store for quite some time.i was somewhat expecting a " I'm so sorry you had to wait so long and for the inconvenience". I just got a " sorry about all that". The people seemed nice but I work in customer service as well and I feel like I would have handled the whole situation differently to make the customer feel like I was doing everything I possibly could to make their visit easy and fast. Idk I feel like I would have had better luck at the post office. read more

I never send packages as I am a frequent Amazon user, but this year I decided to wrap and send my niece and nephews their gifts for Christmas. One package got sent via UPS and the other via Fed Ex. Well, found out Christmas Day that one of the packages never got delivered and their was no info tied to the tracking number. It appeared as if it never got sent, so the next morning I called Postal Annex and the owner, Diane, answered the call. She was very sweet and genuinely concerned and did not give me the run around or get defensive. She took down the tracking number and my info and said she would look into it and call me back. She called me back later that day and let me know that she spent some time on the phone with Fed Ex and insisted they open a case to find the package or reimburse me for what was lost because she had proof the package did get picked up. They did open the case and she let me know that she would stay on top of it and make sure they either find it or reimburse me. I was just very impressed with Diane's genuine concern and impeccable work ethic. Although my first time sending packages wasn't ideal, she has set my mind at ease and I would definitely go to this location again for any mail/notary needs. It was refreshing!! read more

Wow what a difference in business owners. The community has definitely lost a treasure. The previous owner Diane was the epitome of great customer service. When you walked into the door it didn't matter how busy she was she always stopped and said "welcome good morning I'll be right with you!" The new owner? he doesn't even bother looking at you. I've been a customer for two years regularly every week and as soon as a new owner arrived I do everything I can to stay out of there but I have no choice because I have to print documents for work. At this point I think I rather spend the money on a new printer and waste money on my own ink at home. I have seen him interact with other customers and he is so slow there is ALWAYS a line of people just waiting. Diane use to charge one dollar to use the laptop to access a USB or email to print your documents will a new fee was implemented and it is now a two dollar minimum and if you use the laptop for 15 minutes is three dollars and it just goes up from there. Pathetic way to nickel and dime the college students around here. I understand the last business owner did not make as much as she could if she decided to nickel and dime everyone but she made enough with the customer satisfaction and return customers that would continue to place orders or print documents at her Postal Annex. Every time I go into use the laptop it is never even plugged in. I don't even think I've seen the owner smile once. Today I told the clerk that Diane was much more welcoming them the new owner and he said, "oh." To which I replied yeah but anyways have a good day and of course no response. I miss the old owner who used to say thanks for coming in have a great day see you next time good to see you. Sad. read more

I came here requesting a very large quantity of brochures to be printed on a very short notice. I talked with Bryan over Yelp and he gave me a great price to print all of the brochures out, which took at most 15 minutes to print all of them out. Bryan is a great guy and was very helpful from beginning til end. I definitely recommend coming here for printing services! Wow, the fax prices here are absolutely ridiculous. $1.99 for the first page, plus $0.99 per page thereafter. Total highway robbery! Employees were definitely not friendly. When I said I needed to fax documents, they didn't bother telling me the price until they were ringing me up afterwards. I wish I asked first, but never in a million years did I think they would be charging an arm and a leg to fax some documents. read more

I was shipping a package out with overnight delivery and they did their very best to provide me with the best rate possible. Would not recommend postalannex....had a problem with DHL packages being returned and although DHL assured me there would be no charges associated with the shipment the owner still does not want to refund my money. What should of been a simple refund is now turning into a disputed charge with amex.... So much for customer service. read more

Diane the owner is the sweetest. Everytime I go in there she always goes above and beyond to help her customers out. Today I went in wanting to print out a prepaid shipping label and for some reason it wasn't printing, so she went out of her way and called Fed ex, but unfortunately they couldn't help us. After that she had one of her employees call the company I got the label from and they were able to send us a new one, and they printed it right out and then shipped my box out. They also have a bunch of cute small stuff in there. I got an adult coloring book for $5.50 :) I always forget about this little place, but after today's experience I will definitely be going back! I run a non-profit organization in Las Vegas that provides medical equipment for children born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I organized equipment from California to be delivered to Namibia for a child in need. Diane the owner agreed to ship for a price of $1140 which was well above our budget but I agreed bc the family desperately needed this medical equipment called a Cough Assist. Diane, sent a receipt of $1743 to the wrong email address and then proceeded to sign the receipt without my knowledge. When I noticed the over charge I called Diane and she told me that the $1140 was the shipping cost and the other $600 was packaging and labor. She deliberately stole money from non-profit.
