He's ripping people off ! 1.99 for a single print ! Not even colored ! I went to another location and they chargers me .39 cents for a single and he's charging 1.99

I don't really use this store for much other than dropping off FedEx or UPS packages, making a few copies, or buying stamps, since it's closer to my house than the post office. I've never had an issue with my packages not getting where they need to go. The guy isn't overly friendly but I'm not looking for a best friend, just someone capable of getting the job done.

One of several paper copies of old customers lying around on the counter top.

They are not doing Livescan right now. It may be a few months. Don't go in and waste your time.

I've been a few times and it's been okay. I've used the notary and FEDEX and faxing regularly and which were fine but very expensive.

Offer postal service on door and window but refused my prepaid USPS boxes because they don't like driving to the post office.

Despite being extra busy with over nine+ customers, my transaction returning large Amazon Package was deftly handled. Highly recommend this UPS Store & Staff

Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

It was in one of their private rooms and it was very chef driven. Everything was delicious that night so we had a really great experience on the weekends in San Diego and we're trying to enjoy the weather. We usually head down to either Carlsbad or Encinitas walk around with our dog and kind of see where the wind blows us as far as where we're gonna go eat or drink that day or night. This time it was a weekend morning on Memorial Day weekend we had gone to get some coffee around the block, walked our dog and then saw union kitchen and thought we had a really great experience last time. Let's see if they're open. They were open for brunch. They have both a covered patio and uncovered one and my husband being the redhead that he is we opted for the covered patio. They're super dog friendly. All of the waitresses were really awesome and kind they came over to say hi to us even if they weren't the ones helping our table one of the waitresses even brought my dog bacon, which we so appreciate love a restaurant full of dog lovers. My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.
